• CHRISTOPHE (9/5): - Super petit hôtel restaurant. Personnel très agréable, bonne literie et bonne restauration simple avec assiette très copieuse. Petit déjeuner au top , café, pain, fruits et jus de fruits, charcuterie, fromage. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci. Peut être prévoir une rénovation de la salle de bain, mais le plus important c'est qu'elle était très propre.

• Bernhard (8/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundliche, das andalusische Frühstück ist sehr gut. Von der Straße aus nicht als Hotel zu erkennen, obwohl es direkt am Kreisverkehr liegt. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr merklich in die Jahre gekommen.

• LUIS (8/5): Todo un acierto para un fin de semana - Las cenas y los desayunos son a la carta, te atienden maravillosamente con cantidad y calidad. Viajamos con niño y le dieron todo lo que necesitó y más. Los baños necesitan una reforma y la seguridad de las puertas igual.

We had a room at the front which was quite noisy with the road traffic. Parking is very limited. Breakfast not great, no choice of anything hot, not even eggs.

• Desirée (10/5): Como en casa - La sencillez, parecia que estaba en mi casa. Es un hotel que es lo que promociona, es tal cual las imagenes y tal cual se describe. Tiene un ambiente de pueblo, sus clientes de siempre en su bar y eso. Vivo en un pueblo y es igual que el mio. El recepcionista/camarero/ todo lo que pueda llevar palante muy amable y apañao. Subidle el sueldo que hace 1000 cosas a la vez Pa dos estrellas que tiene no puedes pedirle nada mas, si quieres mas te vas a otro con mas “lujos”.
• Antonio (5/5): Nuestra estancia en el hotel Puerta Nazarí - Me gustó el trato de los empleados que nos atendieron aunque tenían mucho trabajo. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y con mucho ruido. No hay recepcionista, por lo tanto nos tuvo que atender un camarero para solucionar el tema del desayuno que estaba incluido y no sabían si debían ponerlo o no, por desorganización y falta de información. Gracias a Jose que nos solucionó este problema con profesionalidad y amabilidad.

• Folkes (10/5): Great hotel for exploring the Sierra Nevada - Exceptional hotel for quality of room, cost and services. The staff in the bar and restaurant were super friendly and helpful with our poor Spanish. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The evening meal had a good variety, big portions and delicious. The room had a beautiful terrace looking out over the mountains. Fantastic value for money and superb attentive staff Nothing

• Carmen Rocio (10/5): - La amabilidad del personal de recepción. La habitacion estaba bien y la cama y alhomada cómoda. Muy buena ubicación ya que íbamos al pueblo de Soportujar. Y está muy bien que tengan el restaurante abajo para que puedas comer sin moverte de allí del sitio. Las vistas de la ventana daban a la montaña, da gusto tener esas vistas Nada. Por poner alguna pega...los precios del bar eran algo caros, pero estaban por toda la zona igual y el baño quizás un poco estrecho pero para lo que es, está muy bien

• Mariceli (9/5): - Calidad - precio bastante buena, la habitación estaba muy limpia. El desayuno fue increíble, bastante cantidad para no pasar hambre en toda la mañana y todo muy bueno.

Working airco (in October!), though noisy. Location just outside Orgiva. Rickety old shower head in bath tub, plastic shower curtain. All in all it's ok, but the bar is not in line with the price of the hotel. Service is spotty, food is mediocre and expensive, breakfast had us wrestling for attention with the morning workday crowd. Parking is a free for all on the street outside.

Manuel, el gerente, todo amabilidad y servicial. La cafetería era un poco ruidosa a consecuencia de la gran cantidad de usuarios; pero es normal cuando ofreces un buen producto.
