Michael (1/5): Be very cautious, take screenshots when booking. - The amenities in the description are not provided in their entirety. While in the room, I overheard a member of property staff refusing a refund on a booking to another customer. The property is now listed under a different name as a "new" property, so it seems that customers should expect a bait and switch when booking here.

Mi (6/5): Pleasant - I arrived at around 11 am. There was no way to store my luggage before I check in. I end up waiting in a mall with my luggage for 4 hours.
Hilary (6/5): This was okay only as an overnight stay - It was quite convenient for Barcelona Sant station The room was very small and the shared bathroom had soaking wet bath mats on the floor.

Mariliis (7/5): Good choice for few nights - Location was amazing. Metro/bus stops only few minutes walk from the apartment, big shopping mall plus lot of small shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. Also centrum is only 30mins walk away. Apartment itself was very clean and nice. Room was very small but had a window for fresh air,also included big mirror and a place to hang your clothes. It was fine for 3 nights but not the best for longer stay imo. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but also not too bad. And the room indeed was very tiny. If you're a light sleeper, this place might not be for you. Walls are paper thin in this apartment and in this building in general. You can hear if someone is moving around in the building.
Ilhame (5/5): Be careful about deposit!!!! No Money back. - Apparement in a good place , clean , big room with all that a Person need. The only and main Problem is that they ask for deposit 100€ before entry which i paid ofc. But untill now i didn‘t recieve it back and the girl with who i always had Kontakt avoid to answer me now or to give me Kontakt of the landloard. So be careful please!!!!!

Alessandro (7/5): Ok to stay there if you go for holidays but maybe to avoid for business. - Good location, easy to reach the center from the airport. cleaned daily. Easy check in. NO hot water the first two days. toilet paper was missing. The washing machine was nearby the door and it was used until after midnight which makes too much noise for a business stay.

Kilian (7/5): Good! - Located conviently in walking distance to the train station (Barcelona-Sants). Nice room, the shared bathroom was clean. During the night you can hear and feel the vibrations from metro traffic. You have to make a deposit of 100€ beforehand, which I think is not necessary, especially because many other providers do not request a deposit payment!
