• SANDEEP (1/5): Not worth it. - Location Only Bugs in kitchen, Towel on floor had pee smell, Rug on hall was smelling bad. most importantly , No wifi or internet and after talking to Carer, couldn’t provide internet and no response. overall not recommend for others. property so good but not cleaned and not looked after.

• Eva (9/5): sehr empfehlenswert und angenehm - Super Lage, auch wenn es von Aussen etwas schäbig wirkt, ist man fussläufig super schnell in der Altstadt, es gibt Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt an der Strasse. Die Wohnung ist toll eingreichtet, komfortable Möbel und eine sehr grosse Terrasse. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sympathisch und unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein, ein WC steht ist direkt neben der Waschmaschine, so dass es unkomfortabel zur Benutzung ist, das Licht im Wohnzimmer muss bei der Steckdose ein- und ausgeschaltet werden und das Badezimmer ist etwas abgewohnt. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die getrost für all die Pluspunkte in Kauf genommen werden.

• Yvette (9/5): Spacious, conveniently located & well-equipped apartment with private parking in Luzern city centre. - Excellent location, walking distance into town. Spacious apartment. Nicely furnished & very well-equipped. Friendly, easy-going owner. Parking included. Lovely balcony. Bathroom facilities could be a bit cleaner, but that was the only small downside. A bit pricey, but understandable for the size, location and facilities offered.

• Olli (10/5): - Convenient location, walking distance from the center and close to access point to highway. Parking hall a big plus. Big rooftop apartment with nice views from the terrace and a peaceful hill on the other side. Nice and helpful hosts that had provided free bottled water and other things in the well-equipped kitchen. The lamp switch in the living room was a little tricky to find, but this small thing was the only "negative".

• Sue (5/5): A bit disappointed. - Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely rooftop terrace. The washing machine was broken and also the plug in the sink got stuck. Informed the owner a few times no response. We had to make other arrangements for our washing.
• Michael (3/5): Disappointing stay in Lucerne - The apartment is in a sketchy neighborhood, though it is close (maybe a 5 minute walk) to a bridge that leads directly into the old town. There are also several grocery stores that are a short walk away. The apartment location is pretty convenient. This was by far the largest apartment that we stayed in during our month or so in this part of Europe. Three bedrooms and two toilets were great. Communication with the owners was poor. We requested information about accessing the apartment, and received ambiguous guidance. On our first day we requested information three times about the washing machine that we couldn't make work, but did not receive a response. To that point, the property advertises a washing machine, and has a washing machine, but it doesn't work. I had to spend CHF 60 on laundry because the washing machine in the apartment didn't work and the owner would provide no information about using it. In Luzern a property that is collecting the local lodging tax is able to issue a tourist card called the Luzern Guest Card that provides free use of city buses and trains, and also discounts on attractions. This property collects the lodging tax but does not provide the Guest Card. There are no instructions for the apartment. Nothing about how to use appliances, TV, etc. There is no information about tidying for checkout. On the second day of our stay we had to shut the windows on the back side of the apartment to keep out the smell of marijuana smoke. Outside the door to the apartment there is no light, or rather there is a light that doesn't seem to work. It's completely dark outside the door after the sun goes down. The living / dining room has a single light over the dining table; I had to experiment to figure out that it was not plugged in and is not operated by a wall switch. There is no microwave oven in the kitchen. However there were 2 empty bottles of olive oil. There is no trash can in either bathroom. The bathroom towels were thin and hard, and didn't absorb water effectively. Shampoo was provided but not body soap. There is also no window or vent fan in the bathroom with the shower, so that if you shower with the door closed the room becomes filled with steam. I do not feel that I got value for the money I spent on this apartment.

• WY (10/5): Very spacious and beautiful. - It is a really lovely apartment completed with facilities. Very spacious and suitable for the family. The owner is very kind and leaves us some bottle water in the fridge as well. Location is good as well. Just a short walk to the city center. And it is quite too. Definitely would like to come back. Thanks a lot. Just a little suggestion. Maybe put some more towel hooks in the bathroom. It might be a bit unsightly but it does be handy for a large group of people or family.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment isn’t newly renovated and doesn’t have a modern decor, but it might suit those who appreciate a cozy, family-style atmosphere

• Jutta (10/5): Wish we’d stayed longer - This is a home away from home. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The furniture (couch in the living room and the beds) were the most comfortable items of furniture available from any property we had stayed at during our three week trip. The two balconies offered great views - one of the trees in the back and the other the view of the city in the front. There was free parking available in the garage and it was only a short walk to the city and tourist locations. This was a place that we loved so much and wished we had stayed for a longer time. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Lucerne.

• Anjanette (8/5): Overall we really enjoyed our short stay here. Beautiful terrace with amazing views! - This is a really beautiful property. The rooftop terrace has stunning views. The apartment is furnished with everything you could need during your stay with lots of details like umbrellas, portable chargers, phone chargers, iron, etc. The location was excellent and just a short bus ride from town and the train station. It was really close to the Gütsch Bahn funicular. Due to the proximity to the amazing terrace there are a lot of bugs that make their way into the apartment. It didn’t bother me but freaked out my kids. The one twin bed in the bedroom was hard as a rock so my daughter slept on the couch which was very comfortable. One toilet is so close to the washing machine that you can barely use it but it is great that there are two bathroom.

• Rainer (3/5): Wahnsinn - es wird alles nur geblendet - Mega flauschig kuschelige Handtücher Extrem schmutzig, teilweise ist die Ausstattung der Bäder richtig versifft. Die meisten Kleiderschränke sind noch mit richtig alten Klamotten voll, die seit Jahren nicht getragen wurden. Im Bad sind die Möbel mega alt / ungepflegt und in allen Fächern und schubläden gibt’s noch vergessene Relikte vom letzten Jahrzehnt. Die Küche ist der Wahnsinn, schmutzig und der Gasherd ist defekt. Scheinbar erzählt der Gastgeber seit Jahren die Geschichte, dass der Flat TV Gerade kaputt gegangen ist und er gerade einen neuen bestellt hat. Außerdem mussten wir bei ewig vielen Sachen nachfragen wo die sind, bzw ist grad einiges ausgegangen und die „Putzfrau“ hat es dann tagelang vergessen uns zu bringen…

• Christian (7/5): Bien dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré la ville de Lucerne - La situation de l'appartement qui est assez proche du centre-ville. La place de parking protégée dans un garage. Nous avons bien aimé la literie. L'appartement était très bien chauffé. C'était très calme. Nous avons été fort surpris de découvrir de la nourriture dans le frigo ainsi que des habits dans les armoires. Il est mentionné sur votre site que l'appartement dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, nous ne l'avons pas trouvée !!! De même la propreté pourrait être améliorée. Il n'y avait pas la bouilloire mentionnée également dans le descriptif et la cuisinière est au gaz alors qu'il est indiqué plaques de cuisson.

• Helen (8/5): Central and spacious terraced apartment - Central location and clean, big terrace with great views, spacious living room and main bedroom. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped and underground parking is very convenient. Plenty of clean towels and main bedroom has a lovely big bed. Also appreciate that we were offered late checkout even though it was unnecessary in the end. There are quite a few things left in the bathroom, kitchen fridge and wardrobes that belong to the owner(s). No big problem just feeling a little awkward. My friend ended up not sleeping in the second bedroom as the lounge was more comfortable. Some laundry detergent and shower/bath gel would be nice.
• HUILING (8/5): Good for group traveling - The apartment is in the city and within walking distance to most attraction sites. It’s very easy to get around. The house is also very clean and fully equipped with necessities. We are 4 people and still the place feels plenty. Parking included so no worries. The living room is particularly comfortable. 1. One of the single beds in the room has a collapsed mattress, so one of us actually slept on the couch during the night. Hopefully it could be replaced. 2. It would be super helpful if all necessary info could be printed on a information sheet, including wifi password, how to turn off living room light, where to return keys, etc. I actually texted and call the owner like 9-10 times to ask for everything…

• Sandra (10/5): Don’t judge a book by its cover! - Spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you could need including two balconies, so there is always a shady side! The town facing balcony is huge, with a wonderful view. Having free parking and only a short walk to the old town was a huge bonus. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay! The building itself is nondescript from the outside, but the apartment inside is lovely.
