coenegracht (7/5): Wellness sympa et bien équipé - l'espace wellness est très varié, plusieurs sauna beaucoup de choix, la piscine est agréable et le jacuzzi extérieur est très chouette la mise à disposition de peignoirs, pantoufles et serviettes est top pour le lunch nous avons pris des tapas, et ils étaient très bons, mention spéciale pour les calamars faits maison très jolie décoration de Noel le petit déjeuner correct sans plus le frigo dans la chambre est un plus pour le wellness on ne s'attendait à avoir autant de visiteurs pour un jour (jusqu'à 80 possible ) du coup pas vraiment de calme ni à la piscine, ni dans les saunas , transats insuffisants (2 cassés) et pas très confortables. pour la chambre, la déco est jolie mais nous n'avions pas de mitigeur à la douche, donc très chaude, impossible à prendre mais à 18h tout ferme y compris la réception donc impossible de le signaler, et le lendemain l'hôtesse est restée impassible à l'annonce! de même vu que tout ferme , impossible de sortir par l'entrée principale, on a cherché notre chemin et il faut pas avoir une urgence la nuit vu qu'il n'y a personne même pas un veilleur de nuit impossible de se faire un café avec la machine présente dans la chambre

HELENE (9/5): TOP SEJOUR / BIEN REPOSEE - Le personnel ! C est rare d'être aussi bien reçu , j ai vraiment adoré le servie ! La chambre Lodge était juste MAGNIFIQUE et les produits Nuxe pour se laver c est vraiement le Luxe ! Si j ai une seule petite chose à redire, c est dommage qu il n y ait pas une piscine extérieur qui nous donnerait l occasion de se glisser dedans juste après les sessions dans le sauna extérieur mais vraiment rien à redire sur le reste !

Lucas (9/5): Petit séjour pour s'evader dans un cadre idilique au therme d'awans. - L'acceuil, la spontanéité du personnel, la propreté du cite, le calme du fait qu'il limite je crois le nb d'entrée et pour terminer les gens en général très courtois...🤩 Rien à vrai dire, sauf peut-être la carte du resto plutôt simple mais à des prix democratiqies... 🤔
Patrick (9/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt - Sehr schönes Gebäude in dem sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Therme wundervoll, detailverliebt und in einem stimmigen Gesamtkonzept eingerichtet sind. Rundum eine Oase der Ruhe zum entspannen. Das Personal war ebenfalls super freundlich und im Restaurant wurde hochwertige Küche zum fairen Preis angeboten. Leider konnten wir nicht den vollen Umfang des Angebots nutzen, da Massagen und Behandlungen bereits bei unserer Ankunft durch Thermengäste komplett ausgebucht waren.

Ray (7/5): okay - it lacks hotel service, rooms were not cleaned daily, no fresh towels daily, closed on sunday to our horror....we didnt know this and came back form Luik and hotel was closed...... no room service and when you go to dinner everyone is in their bathrobe ;-) its a beautiful spa and with a little attention they can grade up the service to become a hotel. but now its not really a hotel....more like a spa with a few rooms. we told them this in a friendly way and they said we would hear from them but no........ a real hotel was our expectation
Monica (9/5): Relaxing weekend - The breakfast was pretty good with a good amount of variety, the spa was quite nice and relaxing, nice cocktails in the bar. We had a room with a shower and it was a nice one. The spa gets quite crowded in the afternoon. We expected more "cold" options in the spa. The ones available aren't really cold or nice. The room we had was on the smaller side (Authentique room). Bar, restaurant and spa close at 6pm on Sundays.
