Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Susan (10/5): We would love to stay again! - Even though it was not pool weather, my daughter loved the pool. My boys loved the table tennis table. We loved the big dining table to eat together and play board games. We loved the comfy couches to watch a movie by the fire. The beds were comfy and the extra living room was helpful for us all to have time to ourselves. Nothing!

The pool is awesome and the undercover deck and table is in the perfect place to see and hear the kids without actually having to get up lol was a really relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

Satwik (8/5): Everything is good, except heater - Everything is good at the property There is no heater in the room and the outside one heater not coming to bedroom and they need to keep one outside heater as well if someone want to sit outside and eat food, due to this cold weather.

Alexis (9/5): Thanks so much for having us we loved our little family get away 💖 - Loved the property and location such a beautiful house. Pool is amazing! Easy to use everything. Only couple of things are back lights only one works side gate rattled very very loud at night the cleaners missed a few things like chip packets down side of fridge and very very dusty floors as my baby was crawling around I picked him up and he was covered in it. In saying that my floors at home aren’t perfect haha so minor issues really we would definitely stay there again and looking forward to coming back

Leanne (10/5): Loved the house and location and our stay was brilliant. - When we arrived and walked into the property, the house was so clean and fresh. I like that there is a house book to explain how to work the appliances. The swimming pool was great as was in it every day. We are definitely going to book the house again for next year as we all loved it. We have found our perfect getaway. Will be booking soon for next year. Leanne

Annie (10/5): Loved it. Apologies, think we forgot to hit Go on dishwasher that was full with tablet ready to go. - The house was gorgeous and perfect for a family of 6. Two living TV areas was ideal. The pool was a bonus for afternoon entertainment. Close 10 minute walk to main drag. Clean and cosy, we loved it. Would definitely stay again. Thank you. For additional cost of $30 linen per bed, we were told the beds would be made, but they weren’t. But that’s a small thing.
