• Nicolas (10/5): Praga es maravillosa - Es super funcional. Para una pareja, como nosotros es un 10. Esta a una cuadra de la parada del tranvía (sacas un ticket por el tiempo de tu estadía, lo validas una sola vez y listo. El unico defecto es que es un poco lejos donde buscar la llavd Que la llave este un poco lejos

• Stefy (8/5): Approvato!! - Stanza sempre calda e bell'atmosfera dal camino finto che scalda anche. Comodissima lavatrice se si è in viaggio per qualche giorno, zona tranquilla si dorme bene, appartamento spazioso e comodo a 20 min da ponte Carlo e dalla Piazza centrale. In zona ristoranti e negozi. Nell'androne del edificio c'è anche un locale. Caparra per cauzione restituita subito. L'ingresso e la zona scale sono sporche e mal tenute. La maggior parte degli appartamenti dello stabile credo siano usati come affitto. Suggerisco di cambiare padelle perché rovinate e magari zerbino di ingresso che era inguardabile e vecchio. Tappeto in salotto poco igienico a mio avviso. Aggiungerei anche una sedia in salotto per usare il tavolo in 2. Materasso del letto da cambiare. Troppi messaggi per comunicazioni su booking dall'agenzia che se ne occupa, abbastanza fastidioso.

• Francesca (9/5): Un appartamento bello e confortevole - L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un bell'edificio ed è dotato di un minuscolo ascensore. Si tratta di un monolocale molto spazioso e luminoso, con due finestre, ben arredato e confortevole. La cucina è dotata di tutta l'attrezzatura base e ha anche una lavastoviglie che funziona benissimo. Il bagno ha una doccia molto grande e una lavatrice che noi non abbiamo usato. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima: abbiamo visitato il centro storico di Praga sempre a piedi. Come specificato nelle informazioni sull'appartamento, vengono addebitati 200 euro di deposito cauzionale. La somma mi è stata restituita il giorno dopo la fine del mio soggiorno e quindi è andato tutto bene.

The apartment was well equipped for a short stay. Good communication with the property contact person. The street despite being a small side street was loud in the evening and into the night due to proximity of a few bars on the street and within the building itself. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken and we had to find alternative ways to wash our clothes. Disappointing since washing machine was our key requirement as avid runners-lots of smelly clothing to wash :)

Apartment felt safe, very clean and comfortable and well stocked for equipment. Bedroom and living room are one large room nicely laid out. Kitchen good size and can sit in it. Decent size shower. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the main square which means it’s a quiet area, but bakeries/mdonalds less than 5 mins and a 5-10 min walk to a supermarket. I’m short! Could have done with a step stool to more easily reach into the kitchen cupboards as they are quite high.

• Jung (1/5): Unprofessional Staff and Inconvenient Stay – A Disappointing Experience - Location During my recent stay at this property, I encountered several issues that were both frustrating and time-consuming. First and foremost, there were errors in the instructions provided in the manual, which caused significant delays and unnecessary hassle. When I called to inquire about when someone could assist us, the staff responded with a casual “I don’t know,” which is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. This attitude from the staff certainly needs serious improvement. Moreover, the lack of air conditioning makes the place uncomfortably hot during the summer months, and the ceiling fans provided are extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, the requirement to pay a 200-euro deposit, with the hassle of getting it returned, only added to the inconvenience. Given these issues, I am left wondering how this accommodation is listed on booking.com in the first place. I cannot recommend it unless there are significant improvements in both comfort and staff professionalism.

• Rok (9/5): Host is very responsive - Great location. Instructions for check in are clear (you use key for front doors and code for apartment doors). Apartment is very big, have microwave. In second floor. Host responds were very quick and respectful. There is lift, but very old and one of smallest I have seen in my life. Still you have to walk few steps to enter lift so place is not disabled friendly. Bed mattress are very old and soft.
