- Anonymous (1/5): we feel scammed and completely let down by both the host and Booking.com’s support system. - we had terrible experience with a booking made through Booking.com. We were denied to enter the property. we were then manipulated into cancelling the booking, likely so the host could avoid penalties and rebook at a higher price we immediately raised a complaint to Booking.com, but to out shock, there has been no response or resolution to date. their lack of accountability and failure to protect customers is unacceptable.
- Mei (1/5): Terrible - I have paid for a one-night reservation and it has been approved. Since I checked in at night (within the stipulated check-in time), they rented it out to other customers without permission and forced us to cancel our booking. I planned to let my parents stay there and they had nowhere to go. This is a very ridiculous owner. Very bad experience👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
- Aloo84 (7/5): The negative points are intended to give the host the chance to make improvements - The building and the apartment are new and nice Amazing facilities in the building Direct link to the mall Not far from the metro station Beautiful views from her rooftop If you are getting to the property by car, the GPS will most likely send you to the school behind the property. Unfortunately, the host failed to warn us about this. You must pay the security deposit by bank transfer on the day you check in. This is a problem if you don't have a local bank account as international transfers take a couple of days to process. They do not accept cash or credit cards. It took almost 10 days after check-out to get the security deposit refund. We only got it after several reminders, which was unnecessarily frustrating. The check-in process is overly complicated and cumbersome. It's like solving a puzzle in a stressful situation. The car park is rather far from the elevator. The passcode required to enter the apartment changed twice. We were once stranded. The host told us that the new passcode was permanent but it again got changed. This caused us a huge inconvenience. We didn't know where we were going to sleep the night we got locked out. We paid for cleaning and bed lines but the host never sent anyone to clean the apartment. The manual the host sent us had missing and wrong information. For example, no information was provided about disposing of the garbage so we had to figure it out ourselves. Also, the Sky Terrace and the Sky Pavilion were on the roof while the manual mentioned they were on the 42nd floor. Basic things were missing in the apartment such as hand soap. There was construction noise from inside the building as well as the buildings under construction next to us. We should have been informed in advance about this major inconvenience.
