- Yuval (1/5): Horrible!!! needs to be removed from booking - Location Review on Urban Premier Suite in Prague. STAY AWAY! We made a reservation for the apartment We paid 4000 Euros for it! Upon making the reservation, for the purpose of relocating, it was never stated, not in Booking, and not on the Host’s site, that the apartment was located on the second floor with no elevator, and 45 stairs up. We arrived at night only to find out that we had to carry eight suitcases of 30 Kg each up the stairs! The host,Lucie, made our life a living hell! Everyday we had to deal with her messaging us, being rude , spiteful, and with no respect whatsoever to our privacy. She let her colleague enter the apartment while we weren’t there, and roam around our private belongings. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe To the extent that we left the apartment before the due date. The apartment was supposed to be with WiFi all over the house. In one bedroom, the WiFi never worked. We let Lucie know and she spitefully said to us - “ that we can’t expect to have a full connection of WiFi under the blankets. It’s pure physics”. We rented this apartment because it had two A/C units, which were hard to find in Prague. After a few days one of the A/C’s broke down and the host blamed us for it. We waited for six days !! to get it fixed, And only when we filed an official complaint against her on Booking, she brought a technician. The host doesn’t want to refund us at all. We weren’t ,naturally, expecting the full amount, but some sort of compensation was in order. We rented an apartment with WiFi, that we partially got, an apartment with two A/C s that took her six days to fix. And the shameful and unprofessional conduct of the host Lucy. In short, we didn’t receive what we paid for. To sum up,- Avoid this apartment! we suffered a great deal of an ordeal by the host and the apartment conditions. We feel deceived that the information about not having an elevator was omitted intentionally.
