Even though we spent most time in rulantica and europapark it was very nice to have the extra space during our 2 night stay. The room was clean and beds were fine. I would totally recommend staying here, especially considering the price.

• Toni-Felix (7/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Gegend aber mit fehlendem Personal. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür und der „Check-In“ bzw. Die Sendung des zugangscodes verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Hinter dem Haus war ein ein recht hübscher Spielplatz für Kinder. Der Müll wird scheinbar täglich geleert und neue Müllbeutel installiert (in der Küche). Für eine Art Ferienwohnung eher untypisch und im ersten Moment etwas überraschend. Der Stöpsel für das aufwaschbecken in der Küche hat leider gefehlt. Da die Rezeption an beiden Nachmittagen und Abenden nicht besetzt war, konnte das leider nicht geklärt werden und war insgesamt auch ein wenig verwunderlich.

Le petit déjeuner était bien même si le choix de pain était un peu limite Il y a une aire de jeu et une terrasse - attention ceci est limité à 10 ans max sinon le proprio vient le rappeler à vos enfants …

• Matthias (8/5): Optimal für einen Abstecher in den Europapark - Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt im Europapark mit anschließender Übernachtung Ein Hinweis über die vergleichsweise sehr tiefe Decke (für Personen größer als 2 Meter wäre das wirklich ein Problem gewesen), dass es kein Hochbett sondern zwei voneinander getrennte Einzelbetten sind (das kann man gerne nochmal positiv hervorheben) und dass, anders als vorher per Nachricht geschrieben, Handtücher vor Ort gestellt werden.

Rooms were spacious and complete with a kitchenette, living room and dining room. Hotel was clean and breakfast was included. Staff was accommodating to keep our luggage before check in. The design of the bathroom is bit off, although it was clean. There was an aircon inside and the shower did not have a door.

De plus, la grosse fiole de Nutella était vide… une machine à café non utilisable car défectueuse et une seule machine à café ok mais que du café et de l’espresso. Pas de cappuccino, aucun choix. Donc petit-déjeuner franchement pas appréciable. Et le gel douche dans la douche était vide. Nous avons dû utiliser celui qui était près du lavabo pour se laver les mains…

Attention si vous souhaitez dîner sur place, les photos Google sont trompeuses, vous n’aurez qu’un plat unique sans tarif indiqué, à payer uniquement en espèce mais ça ne vous sera indiqué qu’au moment de régler évidemment… heureusement qu’un « ATM » a 100m de l’hôtel vous permettra de retirer du liquide moyennant de beaux frais de services. Un peu dommage !

• audrey (6/5): Emplacement au top mais quelques points à revoir . - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement d’Europa-Park, ce qui est un vrai plus. La chambre était également suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir confortablement notre famille de cinq personnes. Cependant, quelques points sont à améliorer. Nous avons constaté une odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain, ce qui a un peu entaché notre expérience. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, les deux premiers jours en venant tôt, le buffet était bien garni, même s’il manquait parfois de jus ou de viennoiseries, notamment pour les enfants. En revanche, le troisième jour, en arrivant plus tard, le buffet était quasiment vide et n’a jamais été réapprovisionné, ce qui est vraiment regrettable. Enfin, le stationnement est également à revoir. Lorsque nous rentrons tard à l’hôtel, il devient très difficile de trouver une place et l’organisation du parking laisse à désirer, avec des voitures garées un peu partout.

Also the breakfast time is from 7:00 till 10:00 but when we arrived at 8:00 the little options that where provided where almost gone/empty. We stayed till 9:00 but there was no refill for the egg for example.
