Nima (6/5): Definitely poorer management and quality than regular Hiltons. It feels more like "Hilton Garden In" - Location is great. Beds are comfy. The place suffers from poor management. According to our booking, breakfast was included, but the hotel resisted it. The manager told me that I have to ask Booking.com to contact them, and when they did, Carlos asked me to call them to call him! Carlos confused me with his secretary! Unfortunately, I was the Guest! Anyways carlos did not follow up on the situation. Thanks to Booking.com for covering the costs. Coffee machines in the room are old and of poor quality.

Sarah (7/5): Comfortable and safe stay! - Staff was very friendly, it was in a good location and felt safe the entire time. It was not noisy even over a busy weekend. The pool was great. Room was a little dirty - a couple pieces of hair in shower shelf, dust on the ceiling in the bedroom and some bugs even though the balcony door was shut. They were sold out of my room type so I ended up cleaning the room a bit.

Gerçekten tutmamızdaki tek sebep çünkü bu fiyatta daha güzel imkanları olan oteller veya daha da iyi airbnb kiralayabilirdik. Odaya gittiğimizde genuis kahvaltı promosunun dahil olmayacağını bookingten gelen bu talebi kabul etmediklerini söylediler. Booking bunun telafi sonradan bize iletti. — Tekrar kalır mıyım? Belki çevredekilerden daha uygun fiyatlı olursa kalırım. Otel kahvaltılarını normalde sevmem ve ekstra tercih etmem. Genelde de kötü olurlar. Keava (8/5): Great hotel, only major downside is parking - Room was nice and sizeable for 4 adults. Staff were friendly overall. Some were exceptionally friendly, greeting us as we came in every time. Location was good, near the beach and Santa Monica pier. Hotel seemed newly renovated which was nice and had a nice fresh smell throughout the hallways. Facilities were also good, with a washing room as well as a fitness centre and a pool. Parking was valet only and was pretty expensive. We struggled to get through to the company on the telephone meaning we often had to wait to get the car which got annoying since we were in and out a lot. Breakfast was good but lacked variety compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Milk was also not freely available and had to be requested.

Cléo (6/5): Beaucoup trop cher et le service n’est pas celui d’un hotel 4 étoiles - La chambre était propre et spacieuse, les lits confortables. La piscine était agréable. Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas bon, peu de choix et très peu qualitatif, seulement du café noir long comme choix de boisson avec des jus industriels sucrés. Le personnel était peu professionnel et nous parlait de façon familière. Ce qui est inclus ou non dans le package n’est pas précisé, par exemple le parking de l’hotel avec valet était à 59 dollars la nuit (+ 10 dollars de taxes) et personne ne nous l’a précisé on nous a proposé ce service comme étant inclus. Idem avec le petit dejeuner le buffet est proche d’une salle de restauration où l’on peut commander à la carte et on nous a présenté le menu petit dejeuner comme étant inclus, alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Nous avions la vue de notre chambre sur l’autoroute ce qui n’était pas très agréable. Au final, pour le prix que nous avons payé l’hotel n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur de nos attentes

Alexia (9/5): Excellent séjour - Suite spacieuse, literie très confortable (sur matelas exceptionnel), hôtel très propre et entretenu tout au long de la journée. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours, et le personnel de chambre est très agréable. Petit déj relativement complet et de bonne qualité, le personnel est disponible tout au long de la journée. Pas grand chose tout était exceptionnel mais : il serait bon d'envisager de l'eau en bouteille à disposition chaque jour dans les chambres comme dans tous les grands hôtels pas uniquement un package avec une bouteille par personne à l'arrivée. Et pour finir, quand vous êtes avec le petit déj inclus, et qu'on vous facture 9,17$ hors tip un café latté sans vous dire que ce n'est pas inclus dans le petit déj parce qu'ils ont un bar "Starbucks" c'est un peu moyen (et mettre de l'eau aussi au petit déj c'est vraiment essentiel)

Linda (8/5): Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, freundliche Mitarbeiter - Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sehr geräumig. Es gab gratis Wasserflaschen für alle Gäste. Frühstück war inklusive und war sehr gut. Fürs Parken mussten wir extra bezahlen. Abends war kein Room Service mehr möglich.

Das Frühstück war das schlechteste Das wir in den usa bekommen hatten. Gebäck vom Vortag keine Wurst oder Käse und dies bei so einem Preis.

Besides this everything’s great - Location, friendly staff & good location + parking across the street 40$ Breakfast very very basic and low quality. We stayed at Hiltons all over the US for 2 weeks during our trip through California and Nevada. The only place with a 400$ deposit retained for up to 10 days. I think this is beyond reason considering you’re going through 5-6 hotels, multiply it by 400$ deposits every time.. (LUCKILY for us, all other hiltons took a maximum of 100$ because it’d start to add up)

vincenza (1/5): never again - I chose Hilton for my business trip to Los Angeles specifically because I value reliable service and a restful environment. Unfortunately, my stay in Room 631 was a disaster. The room shares a wall with the electrical room, causing the bed and bathroom walls to vibrate constantly. The mechanical hum and physical vibration made sleep impossible; I managed perhaps 10 minutes of rest the entire night. Even noise-canceling headphones were useless against the structural vibration. When I reported this to the staff in the morning, the response was completely indifferent. I received a scripted "we're sorry" with zero empathy or attempt to rectify the situation. This isn't just about a bad night's sleep—I had to drive over 100 miles the next day for work while severely sleep-deprived. It is unacceptable for a Hilton-tier property to sell a room that is physically vibrating, and even more disappointing that the staff showed such disregard for a guest’s well-being and safety. I expected a professional standard of service that was nowhere to be found.

macarena (8/5): - La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, el lugar de la piscina muy agradable, había lavandería al lado de las habitaciones lo que era muy comodo. El desayuno para un hotel tan grande era muy pobre, poca variedad, y el personal del desayuno muy desagradable, si bien esta incluido en el precio sin decirte te ofrecen cafe adicional y luego lo cobran.
