• Beverley (6/5): Small studio apartment in residential block near to Arenal Beach - The studio apartment was one block away from the seafront which has lots of bars and restaurants. There is plenty of free street parking. The host didn't tell us if we had the option to park in the gated carpark but we thought it'd be easier to park on the road anyway. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small hob. We only used the kitchen to make a cup of tea and some of the mugs were cracked. The apartment should be listed as a 'private host', it's like an Air B&B. It's in a private residential block. While we were there the block was quiet. We liked the flyscreens on the patio doors so we could have the door open at night. The bed was very uncomfortable for both of us. It was too soft. There's quite a bit of wear and tear in the apartment and new towels are definitely needed. They are off white now and looking grubby. It's not on the beachfront as advertised. The process of checking in was a bit strange. The address listed on Booking.com doesn't give the number. We were outside the wrong building to begin with then wander round to find the right building to be met by the host.

• Javier (9/5): Cumple y es funcional para desconectar en vacaciones - La ubicación, además, estaba bastante equipado. No había tendedero y en un apartamento de playa creo que es importante que sí lo disponga. El tamaño de la base de la cama no corresponde para el colchón y resulta algo incómodo.

• Anthony (10/5): Perfect - The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from beach. Apartment was modern spotless clean, nice kitchen if you want to cook, home from home, nice balcony too. Was met by the lovely Agnieszka to greet us even let us stay in the apartment, a little bit later, because no one was coming in apartment after us, has our bus wasn’t due till late afternoon looking forward to another stay at Modern beach apartments, would highly recommend it. Nothing 😍

• Virag (9/5): Great stay colse to the beach - Great property, clean, convenient, at a great location. I didn’t cook but it looks well stocked, and they provide some tea what’s a nice touch. The host’s rep Agnieszka was very helpful and lovely. She even we the extra mile to get me a yoga mat because i had massive back pain. Im ever grateful 🙏🏻 Only one little issue: the bathroom window doesn’t open, hence the bathroom cannot air directly , only towards the living room.

• Amr (9/5): Nice modern apartment by the beach - Location is 5 mins from the beach and modern apartment with almost all you need for a couple. There were some cockroaches in the apartment so it might need some pest control disinfecting.
