Guest Reviews
- Tori (9/5): -
- Martina (10/5): - Extremely helpful and responsive stuff, we had a small issue and they promptly came and fixed it. Good size apartment for Tokyo with enough space for luggage.
- Katty Chai (7/5): - The location is nice Didn't have washing machine in the room
- YU HSIN (10/5): -
- Benjamin (10/5): - Check in facile. Rien
- Leah (8/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location, right near Sensoji temple and the Sumida river. Easy walk to Asakusa station and supermarket very close. Great playground right across the street was a hit with our kids. Room was small but comfortable and well equipped (washing machine was great). Would recommend! Photos were a bit misleading, it was a different (and smaller) room to that pictured. Not many hangers to dry clothes.

- Guest (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the host and staffs reply - The quick reply of host when we have any inquiry from 1 week of the actual date to the time we are staying. The pillows are good it fit well the neck. Soft but not too thin. Having a washing machine and soap. And the staff lending the umbrella with out us asking from them The station to the place needs to use stairs. So it’s unavoidable since this is situated. Apartment cant do anything with logistics🙂. Area a bit smallfor 4-5 luggages

- Krystina (9/5): - The room had a good amount of space, helpful amenities (in shower and kitchen), the air conditioner was VERY appreciated in the summer heat. The street is nice and quiet, with a playground across the street that would be great for younger children (mine are tween/teen and weren't interested). It's a very quick walk to Senso-Ji and the related tourist attractions so there was lots do do and eat very close by. We slept well in the beds and had enough space for our belongings and eating at the table. We would likely return. One thing to be aware of: the shower opens into the main room. This is good to be aware of if privacy is a concern for you. We made it work since we're all family.
One recommendation to the property: the light from the emergency exit sign at the door shines through the windows into the entrance. It would be great to have a curtain on that door to block the light.

- David (8/5): Parfait.
- Francesco (10/5): Soggiorno economico perfetto a Tokyo - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
- Pelletier (8/5): Nice little apartment well placed, good value for money - Nicely placed to go discover Tokyo, not too far from metro station, plenty of “convenience stores” around. There was everything needed in the apartment, also it was very quiet. The staff was very nice, always available for any questions, answered very fast on our messages. The apartment has many windows and all of them have blackout curtains meaning we had light around 4 in the morning ( of maybe even earlier). We had to use sleeping masks to be able to sleep.
- Yazheng (9/5): Superb - Location! Great stuff, accommodate on check-in and check-out. Narrow stairs are not suitable for travelers with luggage. Very unstable WiFi connections.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. A magical area. The apartment was gorgeous. Absolutely loved it. The bed was very very hard, it needs a mattress topper. And it was very bright, needs curtains on the kitchen window. Plus a curtain on the inner door to block out the super bright emergency exit light in the hall.
But despite this, the place was amazing and we still loved it
- Maikel-bastiaan (7/5): Good - Good location, decent amount of room for a family for a couple of days, very clean. Terrible internet connection, on the 4th floor.
- Gavillon (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (8/5): Great spot and very close to the action is Asakusa - The location was great. 5 minutes to main street in Asakusa. The host is very attentive to messages and very helpful with questions. We were allowed to check in early which was helpful for our journey.
The room is a bit tight but not bad. Our room had a washing machine which was handy.
The beds were comfy and the kettle and fridge in the room were good too. Would have been great if there was a microwave.
There isn't any elevator which isn't really an issue, just something to consider. You just need to lift your bag up the stairs when you come and down when you leave.
It's a cozy spot located in a quest street facing a park which is nice as it feels like you're right there in the community. There is limited instructions for how to use the amenities and the information in the ad is limited in explaining what is in the room. The room had a washing machine but very limited space to hang any of the clothes except for a few items in the shower. Not bad if you do small washes each day.
We did find the blankets on the bed did work a bit too well at keeping us warm.
- Tiffanie (9/5): Great location, super close to Sensoji Temple - Very well located in a quiet area, clean apartment and bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Very close to the Sensoji Temple which was nice! Close to a Yamato Transport Office (10-15 min walk) The room where we stayed is located on the ground floor, which was a bit challenging during the first night because you hear every noise outside. We had bad luck and a moto gang drove past the appartment from 2 to 3.30 am, but that isn‘t the owner’s fault. The apartment is in a very quiet street, the second night was very calm. I would still 100% recommend it but if you have a light sleep be aware that it is on the ground floor (which is great for luggage tho) :)
- Rottana (10/5): Overall experience is nice and great value for money. - The location is very convenient, not so far from Asakusa station. The bathroom is a bit small, no elevator.
- Lee (9/5): Clean and cozy apartment in an awesome location! - The location was unbeatable! It was convenient to transportation, dining, and sightseeing. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Unavoidably, the bathroom was quite small and hard to navigate. This is definitely something we expected, though, since bathrooms in Tokyo hotels and apartments all tend to be very small.
- Lara (8/5): Very good - Great bathroom. Small, but that's normal for Tokyo. Easy contact less checkin.
- Ma. (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (3/5): Asakusa Hana Hostel - Photos for the family room were not accurate. Website states that all family rooms come with a fridge/ kitchen/ dining room area. This is not the case. We paid for a family room (which shows a couch, tv, dining table, and full kitchen) and instead got a very small single room with enough room for 3 beds and barely any walking space. There was a bathroom. When I inquired about there being a difference from the website vs what we recieved, the host said only one room had that kitchen, even though online stated every room had these amenities. When we inquired about the difference in price for these rooms we got no response.
- Itay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (8/5): Very good -
- Oscar (10/5): Great value - Everything was clean, appliances and equipment were brand new Had a last minute change of accommodation location due to an issue at the property in Asakusa, but the new location in Sugamo was fine
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet neighborhood hostel very close to a pivotal train station that takes you directly to any major site including Narita Airport. Clean, simple and efficient.
- Lo (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, near Asakusa Station.
There is a small balcony. Wi-Fi is not working.
No body soap in bathroom, only shampoo (the amount is nearly not enough for 3 night), conditioner and soap.
No elevator, the room is at the 4th floor, it’s fine for me as my suitcase is small, but it’s a bit trouble for my family with a large suitcase.
No wardrobe and hanger to hang our winter jacket.
- Xiangrong (9/5): Very comfortable and perfectly located for those who want to visit Kaminarimon, shop, and dine. -
- Yu (8/5): Recommand for family - The location here is best when you go to the suburbs. So I went to Nikko to see the autumn leaves.
Everything stuff was new in the clean-up facility.
It was good because the host responded quickly! Too many stairs. I recommend it to people with healthy knees.
- Ombeline (9/5): Superb - Near to Asakusa temple Bad isolation --> can hear car or trucks
