• Dan (1/5): not good - the woman who finally showed up to help us after 30 minutes was nice. we could not find the location for an hour- the location of the room was actually off site at another location. dirty sheets dirty toilet.
• Evgenii (1/5): - 1. I wrote that I would arrive at 7 pm, and my arrival was confirmed. upon arrival, what they will greet you with. It turned out that this is a private house fenced with a gate and the fence is all closed. No one started screaming and no one came out. A neighbor came out, called her and madam came out. 2. Instead of a shared room with beds, it turned out to be just a couch in a common hallway. I agreed because I have a plane for 2 nights and beyond. 3. I asked to pay in cash and I paid. In the morning it turned out that since I paid in cash, she wrote to booking that I did not arrive. then she asked me to cancel the order, I didn’t understand what she wanted, she took my device and wrote for me that I canceled. Then they charged me a fine in booking for no-show. 4. there is no internet, she just gave me wifi from her device 5. After receiving the money, she went out for a drink, and I was left alone. since this is a private house and not a hostel. when she leaves home there is no wifi. since I'm tied to her phone. 6. the next day a friend or lover came, they locked themselves in the room, and the wifi died many times during the day, I had to ask her to give me the Internet many times, in the end I stopped asking her. Neither he nor she for the entire time that I spent there and at the beginning also did not say hello to me. 7. At 8 am I left and spent time at the airport. although my flight is at 11 pm

Need to run after the people who know English to help me with the key and cash back. Lots of noise and no privacy at all

• Afamasaga (5/5): Not the best stay - The bathroom was okay. Air con in our room was fairly cold and water was coming from it. Left my items in the fridge - nobody touched it. The Fijian girl was helpful. Close to shops. Contacted the owner for airport pickup. However when we arrived we tried to reach out to her, and a few moments later she texted us to get a taxi. Location was hard to find. The blanket was old and looks dirty. The floor is sticky had to wear shoes all the time. Asked for the wifi and they said the wifi is finished and that I can use their hotspot, which was very slow and gets disconnected most of the time.

• Garrett (7/5): Property manager had an issue with his landlord prior to our stay, but was able to get us a room in a different building - Walking distance (albeit far) from NAN Airport! Was only AC in one room that had a queen bed when we booked a triple room, but it was alright.

• Sulieti (2/5): Very poor - The septic leaks and it stinks all the time and you can smell it inside the house 🤦‍♀️. It’s not safe to stay there especially if you have kids unless you’re on a tight budget. Beds on both rooms are not comfortable at all. The only thing good about this place is the air condition. The person who is working does not understand or speaks English. We reported the septic but no one came to fix it. So frustrating

• Asha (5/5): Ok for the value - The proximity to shops in Namaka. No TV. Mattress didn't fit one bed, so it kept sliding off base. Not clean enough, benches not wiped clean, Floor not swept. lounge chair is very old, and one was broken.

• Ariana (1/5): Bad - Close to town Landlords son was rude, every day he would constantly walk into the apartment stand in the in the living room and then walk out. Would bring his clothing upstairs and hang his washing on our chairs on the balcony. We couldn’t ask the reason of his presence as he did not understand any English. The house was absolutely disgusting. We spent a whole day cleaning mold off shower walls, there was empty shampoo, conditioner and soap bars left all over window sills. Most likely from previous stayers, both toilets were completely black at the bottom, bleach and elbow grease got it out. The beds were covered in crumbs and dishes left on the sink. The fridge was covered in overspill of liquid and food. There were no cleaning products even just a simple cloth or dishwash. On the day of our departure we assumed he was doing a walk thru of the apartment and waited outside for 20 minutes, I then walked into one of the rooms to him sleeping on one of the beds. Not very professional at all.

There were no privacy. the pictures which I saw on this booking app and the real room was kind of different. I suggest rooms should have mirrors because we were sharing bathrooms and it was hard to get ready as a woman. I had my flight at 5:40am and there was another couple with the same flight and we were rushing because we both were sharing the same bathroom and we got late. that's why I suggest rooms should have a mirror. Inside the bathroom there were some bugs and we were scared to shower. i hope that apartment owner looks through this. thanks

Took us to the ATM to withdraw money and pay before handing over the room keys . Will never recommend .Very hard to find the property.no name on the property . Broken towel rack, no toilet tissue holder. Will never ever come back to this property
