• Olaf (10/5): Sehr stylisch und zentral wohnen in Tirana - Schicke moderne Möblierung Sehr zentrale Lage Parkplatz Sehr geräumig Parkplatz wurde von fremdem Auto blockiert. Eine abschließbare Sperre wäre eine sinnvolle Investitionen

• Tereza (10/5): - Velmi prostorný byt, moderní a s balkonem. K bytu je možnost i parkování přímo v podzemních garážích. Komunikace s majitelem zcela v poradku, vždy odpovídal obratem.

• Elizaveta Startseva (10/5): Central location with parking - - Underground parking is a must in Tirana as parking on the street is completely impossible - that's great that this apartment has one. - Self check in was a great advantage, the guidelines arrived on time right before 16:00. - The bathroom always had hot water, no issues with that. The shower was clean. The linen was fresh and the bed was comfortable. - The kitchen had all we needed, with oven, stove, fridge and cutlery, salt, pepper, oil. - It was a little noisy at night despite closed windows - both from the street and the neighboring apartments. - I think cleaning could be improved as well, the floor felt a bit not pristine clean everywhere.

• Caroline (4/5): Mauvaise expérience - Emplacement bien, parking privé gratuit A notre arrivée le menage était pas fait ou très mal fait, nous avons trouvé des cheveux partout des traces de pas et même des ongles 🤢😡 la douche sale et pleines de cheveux ça sentait même le poisson, d'autre part le gestionnaire avait mis une machine en route et n'avait pas étendu nous avons dû l'étendre et également ramassé nos propres draps !!!! Ce n'est pas sérieux... Résidence de touristes très bruyante jusqu'à pas d'heure infernale ... Aucune insonorisation entre les voisins ! Le parking privé nous a été pris par un voisin et nous avons dû nous garer sur un autre emplacement plus petit inconfortable... Inadmissible mauvais séjour je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement et cette résidence ! Mauvaise gestion !
• Christof (10/5): Coole Wohnung, zentral und ruhig. Top - Zentrale Lage, zu Fuss weniger als 15min zum Zentrum. Trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sicherer Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Parken aufgrund extrem enger Zufahrtsstrassen etwas herausfordernd und ohne Einweisung schwer zu finden.

• Helen (10/5): Smart city centre apartment - Super smart, spacious city apartment right near central Tirana. All the main sights are within easy walking distance. Tomas is a great host with good communication throughout - arrived late and his video of how to reach the apartment was really helpful. We needed a corkscrew - luckily googling how to open a bottle of wine without a corkscrew was successful!!!
