• Pawel (4/5): - Close to coliseum Beds were not comfortable. Table and chairs were from metal. The whole flat was tiny. A studio divided in two…access to the flat is very complicated through 3 different codes…one to the door downstairs and other two to the flat. Not a good value for money

(8/5): The apartment is in a wonderful location, with the Colosseum is at the end of the road, there are cafes and convenience - Central location, cosy apartment with cafes, restaurants and convenience stores close by. The large street light outside the bedroom lit up the bedroom despite the closed shutters on that window. This meant I had interrupted sleep. I’d recommend an additional window covering (a curtain, etc) to shut out that light.

Could have been more step by step Would definitely return, great location , travelled with locals on bus , eating in Restaurant that catered for locals and tourists Big bus tours bottom of road very good too
• Евгения (7/5): Сервис работают плохо - Недалеко от Колизея, в пешей доступности есть круглосуточный супермаркет. До вокзала 25 минут пешком. Внизу в некоторые дни собирается толпа отдыхающих молодых людей. Очень шумно и нужно закрыть ставни, чтобы было тише. Стиральная машинка пахнет плесенью, если оставить дверцу открытой, то сильно пахнет. Стулья у обеденного стола металические. Приходилось стелить полотенце, чтобы не застудить детей. Мы долго искали с двумя детьми вход в подъезд, так как нам прислали очень странную инструкцию, где фото переставлены местами, а фото первой двери отсутствовало, что ввело нас в заблуждение. Не был указан этаж квартиры и пришлось звонить и записывать видео, чтобы нас сориентировали на месте. Еще мы запрашивали возможность выехать на час позже, сначала на фейсбуке написали, что они что-нибудь придумают и дальше перестали отвечать. Окончательный ответ, что нет никакой возможности после 4 сообщений вечером перед отъездом, что сильно снизило наши шансы решить вопрос.
• Mayra Alejandra (10/5): Espacioso con todas las comodidades - El departamento es realmente cómodo y hermoso, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y más. Lo pasamos increíble en Roma y el lugar estuvo a la altura. El trato del equipo fue muy amable en todo momento, ya que nos costó un poco el ingreso y ellos lo solucionaron rápidamente. Si volvemos a Roma sin dudas volveremos a Laterano Charme.

• Karen (10/5): Bellissimo - There were 2 separate sleeping areas. The outside patio was wonderful. The air conditioning was MUCH appreciated. Rome was experiencing a 3 days heat warning while we were there. The location was fabulous! There were some wonderful local people we met in the neighborhood. There is a family owned small diner across the street and short walk down the street to the left from the apartment. They were quite kind and gracious. Excellent food and very reasonably priced! There is a very helpful small grocery store also across the street to the left of the apartment. The store owner, Kumer, spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. There are some excellent restaurants just a few blocks away from the apartment. The Coliseum, Palatine Hill, Circus Maximus, are all within a 30 minute walk. The apartment itself was quite comfortable. It had a lovely view from the kitchen window onto the street. The patio made sitting outside fun in the evening hours. The staff are amazing. They graciously answered any and every question I asked as I was working through the reservation process. They helped us find a luggage storage place so that we did not have to keep our luggage with us during the day after we had to vacate the property. We decided we would stay here again if we return to Rome for another visit. At first, the entry directions was difficult to download and access, but as we walked through the process, it became apparent how to make it work. The freezer was in need of defrosting. There were a few items from previous visitors frozen into the bottom of the freezer :-) But not a big problem.
• Sebastian (8/5): Great place to stay for a city break. - Great place, and located near colloseum. Spacious for 4 individuals and everything was working as expected, and the terrace is a lovely addition for an evening glass off wine or beer. Indications weren't made clear as to how to turn on the cooker gas. I tried 10 minutes to turn it on, until I contacted the host, and they explained that there is an on and off as button located on the side of the wall, which was hindered by the toaster and could not see it. Also, keyes for the terrace gated doors were placed in a bowl which was an ornamental bowl on the hallway wall. Again I couldn't find it, until I contacted the host. So these indications should have been provided at the check in make everything easier.
• Lorna (10/5): Amazing apartment and stay in Rome - Amazing stay in Rome in YCH Laterano Charme. Beautiful clean apartment in a great location close to the Colosseum and some beautiful restaurants. Communication with the host was brilliant. Anyone looking for a fabulous apartment in Rome I would highly recommend. Comfortably fits 4 people with a great fully fitted kitchen.

• Nellyana (6/5): Honestly, I was suspecting so much more from these accommodation, but it had a very loud noise in the bathroom and the k - The location The bathroom was very noisy, they couldn’t fix the save lock for our passports, the kitchen was a bit dirty and the space doesn’t look like the pictures.
• Emily (9/5): Modern, quiet, fantastic location - very much enjoyed our stay - Fantastic location, really stylish and spacious for our family of 4. Very quiet and sound proof from street noise. The keyless entry system was a bit hit and miss and the instructions could be better sent as an attachment to download with clearer step by step, it was a bit confusing and I had to use my roaming on my data to get in to the room. The heat pump in the bedroom was quite noisy so we couldn’t use it at nice so did get a little chilly.

Kitchen looks great although we didn't use it. Lighting through the house is very cool. Loved it! Pillows are very lumpy and not very comfortable. Couch is very uncomfortable.

The property fell short in several areas, from the uncooperative staff to the lack of basic amenities like a hot water kettle. It’s especially frustrating when expectations aren’t met, and the explanations given by the staff seem inconsistent. we also felt approach were different for people coming from Europe.

• Erin (9/5): Good location for family of four to visit to Rome; comfortable space and great AC! - The location is extremely convenient to the Colisseum. It was a 10 minute walk to that monument which made it very convenient. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store. We liked that the apartment was relatively quiet and the air conditioner worked very well. We also used the washing machine twice during our stay here and that was very easy to figure out. The kitchen was a full kitchen and we cooked several meals while we were there: the kitchen was a huge plus for a family of four! The outdoor area was inside of other apartments and faced directly into another apartment, so we did not use it at all. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, but perhaps that was because the mattress in the sofa bed didn't fit the size of the couch. Other than that it was a good apartment to stay in for our stay in Rome.

• Sylwia (6/5): We had a good stay, although we didn’t spend much time in the apartment. - The location is good, close to Colosseum, Metro and restaurants. Nice interior, especially beautiful old walls. Floor in the kitchen and bathroom was very dirty, there was a lot of dust in a glass cabinet in the living room what didn’t make good first impression. Some maintenance work should be also done in the bathroom. Some products in the kitchen like salt, sugar or dishwasher tablets would be very helpful.

• Tim (6/5): Nice place but terrible system to gain access to the unit. Simple lock box with a key and regular door handles and locks - Location... 400 ft from coliseum. Property looked just like pics Terrible, confusing and ineffective way to get into property. Stuck outside apartment 3 times and couldn't get into apartment. Needed code for front door access then a link and internet to open a gate/door. Then upstairs to use the link your sent to open next door then a further connection to the link to open 4 th. Problem is you need internet access and by the time you get to the last door you have no internet. Called phone numbers etc with poor reception and finally had to go back outside into the street to get phone reception to call owners to let me in and get internet access so the link would work. 3 times I was locked out of the unit and a key wouldn't work because of these special door handles and locks. Extremely frustrating and for that reason I would not recommend this unit

• Josephine (4/5): Highly stressful and inconvenient experience booking this apartment. - We never stayed at the property. Two hours before check in time the property manager contacted us and told us we couldn’t stay there and offered us alternative accommodation for the first night and a different venue for the second night. As it was such short notice and there was a no refund policy we couldn’t easily change. It was highly inconvenient and a stressful situation as we were only in Rome for one day and had to move locations twice. We already had tours organized for the day and had to move our luggage, 3 large bags to a hotel to store and then move to the apartment at a different location. It is very difficult to order taxis in Rome and it ended up costing 67 euros to pay for taxis to move our luggage. The management said that they would refund us for this but they have only refunded less than 50 euros out of the 67. It wasn’t what we booked and it cost us time and money to move locations twice
• Adrian (9/5): Well appointed and well designed apartment in a great location just a short walk from one of Romes main attractions - Great location just five to ten minutes walk from the Coliseum. Lovely apartment, well designed and appointed and very comfortable accommodation A slightly complicated entry arrangement requiring an app to open each door remotely. Our problem was we didn’t have good access to signal and data. However it was quickly resolved by the team who provided an access code to release the door locks

• Kessia (8/5): Grear location, great facilities. - Location to the Colosseum is fantastic. Very well equipped apartment. Great to have a full kitchen. It’s very worrying when the door buzzer goes off when the other apartment comes home, particularly late at night. The bedroom wall to the other apartment is not soundproof and you can hear the people in the other apartment.

• Ewelina (10/5): Amazing apartment right next to the Colosseum - Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. The location is perfect - it's 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and very close to all major attractions in Rome. The access is very easy with the virtual keys and the communication before and during our stay was great.
