• paul (9/5): Would definitely stay here again - Great location - 10 mins from a lovely bay where you can hire sun beds - supermarket, bakery and restaurants within 10 mins walk - 1 minute walk to a bus stop for the Old Town (number 4 bus) - great host (Mateo) - regular contact from him - really nice clean apartment with a balcony Nothing

Nádherná promenáda, príjemná lokalita 😊 Ubytovateľ takisto veľmi priateľský, milý, a nápomocný 😊 Ubytovanie skvelé, čisté, plne vybavené, ako na fotkách, nič nechýbalo. Môžem len odporúčať 😊
• Hannah (10/5): - The location was very convenient, close to bus No 4. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The apartment was tastefully decorated and was well- equipped. Mateo was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time visiting Dubrovnik and staying at the apartment. N/A
• Safaa (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel, j’y reviendrai sans hésiter - - emplacement de l’appartement top, dans le quartier Lapad juste à cote d’une des belles plages de dubrovnik, endroit dans un quartier festif mais en meme temps au calme - appartement très joli et photos fidèles à la réalité - l’appartement dispose de tout ce dont tu as besoin, c’est comme si tu étais chez toi, il y a vraiment TOUT - notre hôte Mateo est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, très très serviable!!! Je n’ai jamais eu d’hôte comme Mateo, il était très réactif à toutes nos questions, nous a proposé des excursions avec des recommandations meme, je n’ai vraiment pas eu de soucis! • Reji (10/5): Excellent, cozy apartment in Lapad, Dubrovnik, Croatia. - We are a family of four adults stsyed at the property for 4 days. Comfort and cleanliness- Close to the bus stop to Dubrovnik - 15 mintues bus ride to Dubrovnik- Excellent Sunset beach 5 minutes walk away- 100s of restaurants- Pormenade walk is beautiful. The host, Mateo, is a wonderful person who would receive you and give you the initial briefing. This flat has everything that you can think of. TVs in every room. Mateo has thought of everything that his customer might expect to see at the property. Lapad is the place to stay if you plan to visit Dubrovnik. Mate's place is the most ideal one in my opinion. If I ever go back to Dubrovnik, I will see if I can stay at Mateo's apartment. Number 4 bus is available evry 20 minutes to go to Dubrovnik. Uber cost you €7. Ferry port to Split and other areas of Croatia is just 15 minutes away. There is nothing thst we did not like.
• Felix (10/5): Lapad is an excellent neighborhood to stay in. - I really liked the location, the cleanliness of the apartment, and how quiet it was. Arriving at night, it’s hard to get a sense of the area, and sometimes you don’t realize how nice everything around actually is — especially compared to how it feels during the day. Just something to keep in mind.

• Keith (10/5): Excellent Clean Apartment - The facilities are everything that you would expect from a well equipped apartment. We had everything we needed and the whole flat gives a newly renovated look. The location is about 2 mins from the beach. There is a small supermarket and bar area locally along with plenty of restaurants. You can catch a bus to Old Town easily or Taxis are easy to find. The apartment has everything you need. Its probably a personal thing but I would have liked a nice duvet. There was no lighting in the main reception area. It should be noted there is a school nursery below the apartment. It could be because its an older building but there was a slight damp smell in the rooms. The cloths rail was a really nice thing to have for swim wear and towels. The balcony was pleasant.

It had everything we needed including an iron and plenty of space and good shower. The host was soooo helpful! It was perfect. Would be nice to have a steamer but the iron was good.

• Laszlo (10/5): Perfect pad in the most beautiful city of the world. - The location is perfect: Lapad beach, supermarket, pizzeria, and bus stop to the old town are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, and has a perfect layout. I couldn't name anything.

• Adolfo (10/5): Exceptional - Located in a quiet area (lapad) with pebble beach closeby. Several good cafes and restaurants, bus 4 in front of it brings you to old town in 10 minutes. Runs every 20mins till midnight. Apartment is excellent: two clean and modern bedrooms, big living room with 55” tv, good wifi (for remote work is great), kitchen and lounge sofa plus big terrace, all rooms with air conditioning. Awesome and relaxing. Owner suggested some good places and he has very competitive prices for excursions nearby. All was good.

Large, clean and extremely well equipped flat. I didn’t like being messaged 20-odd times about checking in. My plane was late and it was highly stressful being pressured about getting ti the apartment. Other than that, I was very happy with both the service and the apartment itself

Very nice apartment with everything you might need for your stay: washing machine, dish washer, a lot of stuff In the kitchen. A lot of space for your own belongings. Good air conditioning.
