• Liz (3/5): - Good location. Close to amenities. Very quiet area. The tv was broken and didnt hold sound. The floor had wet patches on the carpet, that grew larger over our stay (so was a leak not a spill from steamer as originally told). No fry pan. Dirty linen and the blanket had a couple of large burn holes in it. No towles and the untensil draws and cupboards were dirty. Fridge was dirty with food and drink spills.

• Alan (3/5): Very disappointing - Location was good. Bathroom was clean and smelled nice. ALL bed lined smelled bad, even from a distance, like it was used for pets and not washed. 🤢 It should not be called a one bedroom flat. It's a bed placed in the living room. TV was constantly pixelating with mosaic patterns, Ch 7 was not available and wifi useless. Very disappointing! The brown couch in front of the TV was as hard as a park bench. No milk provided and no mention on online booking that it will not be provided. Weary travellers look forward to that initial cuppa before going out to get more milk. We could hear the occupants upstairs moving around. Won't be back.

• Kristina (6/5): Pet friendly, close to shops. - Good location for what we needed. Shops were close. The unit was pet friendly. The bed was very comfortable. There was no room in the kitchen to put your food or food preparation. All the cupboards and bench tops were full. The same issue in the bathroom. You could hear the neighbours upstairs walking and moving furniture around. The couch was uncomfortable.
• Strong (6/5): - It was inexpensive and close to people we were visiting.. Check-out was listed as 1.30pm.! The code to enter the flat wasn't sent to me until after 10PM (along with the wifi password).. someone from upstairs let us in at 7.30pm - having accessed the flat internally.. It was very noisy from movements in the house above both during the evening/ night and early the next day.. It did not feel secure: - we didn't have the code to re-enter if we had wanted to go out for dinner... - there was a young couple waiting on the doorstep at around 8pm - they had booked the flat through airbnb and were wanting to get in.. - there was a door in the flat which led to the upstairs unit (house.?) which was locked from the other side - but didn't feel secure and private.. I noticed at around midday Saturday (the listing said check-out was from 10am to 1.30pm) that an email was sent at 7.30am saying check out was at 11am.!!! Much much too late to do anything about it..
• Elise (2/5): - This isn't an apartment - it's the lower ground of a house. There is no seperate bedroom either. It is a bed inside of a living room. The family is upstairs and you can hear them. Made me feel uncomfortable as I like my privacy. I left after a few hours. There is also Jesus regalia all over the apartment which also made me feel uncomfortable as I am of a different faith. It's clean and tidy but I wasn't aware of these conditions.

• Theodore (5/5): Pros and cons - There were actual glass drinking glasses, heating system was amazing There is no washing machine or dryer There was a camera in the cupboard and it was on and recording which I am very unhappy about due to I was not aware of it nor given that information that there would be a hidden camera inside a cupboard recording our stay invading our privacy There was so much noise upstairs every night and day people stomped loudly and early morning waking us up There was only one roll of toilet paper and over half used one

• Mcleod (1/5): - The furniture and utilities were very organised and supplied Has a bit of an issue with a personal issue that the owner did not advertise that it was a shared residential address it displays a tiny home honestly the level of unprofessionalism with a claimed business women you'd this there would be. Little more understanding if your renting a so called establishment makinf money off this booking and you still get to treat costimers like that I would like a discount or complete refund of the booking as I feel it did not match the advertising and the costumer service was disgusting whcihi. I'm happy to provide messages if the matter And wanna make a formal complaint Being respectful in a environment that you paid for not knowing that someone would be there with windows open and all the above.
• Sue (4/5): Needs a good clean and tidy. - Bed was comfortable Cleanliness was very poor. Kitchen was chaotic most dishes on the bench-top not in cupboards making it difficult to find things. Many left overs from previous occupants in fridge & around the room.

• Susan (6/5): Adequate for our visit, close to shops. - Location perfect as we were with family in Cranbourne for a funeral. Large space. Great kitchen and bathroom is good. Bed is comfortable except that it is 2 mattresses one on top of the other and you lose edge space. It’s really nice to see a space that caters to children, and pets. The essential things like toilet, shower, sheets, cutlery, sink and surfaces were clean but the unit did look like someone had just left the property and we wondered at first if we were sharing with someone else. There was food in the fridge and freezer so we were not sure if we were supposed to use the fridge, we did anyway. Spaces like the cooktop, inside of the fridge and some spaces in the kitchen were not clean and there was quite a lot of other peoples stuff in the cupboards and drawers that it did make it confusing. The toilet roll holder is in a terrible spot and runs off across the floor. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom so we did assume they were for us!! If you want a top sheet on the bed you’ll need to ask for one in the special request. The futon sofa was terribly uncomfortable and very low to the ground so there is really no respite unless you want to only lay in bed. It would have been welcoming to have a guest notice to give instructions on the fridge space, where to find amenities within the unit etc. the email is good but not enough.

• Gail (9/5): Superb - Every effort has been made by the hosts to make their guests' stay enjoyable. The nice big L-shaped lounge was very welcome when my tired body arrived. The separate kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking your own ingredients which could be purchased from the nearby shops, but if you were feeling lazy there are plenty of food outlets just around the corner. All was very clean and in top condition. Highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆ The passing traffic around school finishing times was a little crazy.

The dogs were welcome inside, which is a huge bonus. The unit was terrific, but it was not what we thought we had booked. The advert said 2 beds (1 x double and 1 x single), but there was only 1 double bed and a lounge (which was pretty comfortable but not a bed.

• Glen (7/5): Apart from being kept awake I really enjoyed my stay, will definitely be mentioning this place to friends and family - Everything was there that I needed, big fridge and stove was a big plus for my needs. Open living and dining The bed had 2 foam mattresses not an actual spring mattress so wasn’t happy about that, mentioned it to Ashlin she ordered one straight away but it wasn’t delivered while I was staying there. The person that lives upstairs kept me awake all the time as I get up early apart from 1 night which I wasn’t impressed about
