• EVA (7/5): Muy cerca del metro. - Muy cerca del metro,fue lo que más me gustó. Zona tranquila y venían a limpiar todos los días. La almohada me pareció incómoda.

• Melissa (9/5): - L'host è stato molto reattivo e super disponibile, la metro A è a 200mt dal b&b quindi comodissima per raggiungere il centro. La zona è tranquilla
• Gianluca (6/5): Posizione strategica per evitare traffico di Roma - Presenza della metro, bagno nuovo e condizioni alloggio nuove Stanze sottointerrate, nessuno sfogo per il bagno quindi il bagno inumidiva parzialmente la camera. Consigliamo al proprietario di mettere sbarre alle finestre compreso di zanzariere poiché non ci si sente sicuri di lasciare la finestra aperta per far arieggiare la stanza. Consigliamo inoltre che la porta di ingresso debba riuscire ad aprirsi dall’interno con la maniglia piuttosto che la chiave in modo tale da renderla facilmente apribile in caso di emergenza

• HANNA NADOLSKAYA, (5/5): Были в Риме не раз, но это опыт для нас самый печальный - Только лишь близость к метро. Очень негативное впечатление… Еще не успев подъехать к жилью, у нас уже требовали фото паспортов и оплату туристического налога! Мы запрашивали апартаменты, а по факту это комната в трехкомнатной квартире (как в хостеле), только со своим санузлом🤷‍♀️. Очень маленькая, требующая ремонта и совершенно не соответствующая на фото. Розетки расшатаны, сломаны, светильник не светит, холодильник и все что можно было присоединено на один удлинитель- что совершенно не соответствует требованиям техники безопасности. Полотенца как бы и постираны, но совершенно не приятно пахли… Отдельный квест с парковкой в данном месте, мы кружили ровно 2часа чтобы что-то найти🤯. Платные парковки: 2 из которых в отпуске🤦‍♀️, третья с графиком работы по часу два раза в день( что ни поставить ни забрать авто в удобное для тебя время 🤷‍♀️). Попросили помощи у владельца апартов, на что нам ответили: паркуйтесь у белой линии🤦‍♀️. Во первых: там даже и на синей места не было; во вторых: мы уже не первый раз колесим по Италии и знаем и про линии, и про парковки! Поэтому и искали платную охраняемую парковку! Кондиционер-одно название, совершенно не охлаждал и обслуживался по всей видимости оооочень давно. Наше окно(первый этаж), невозможно было открыть для проветривания, так как не безопасно и как ни странно выходило на дорогу к парковке это дома 🙈

Siamo praticamente al centro di roma ...di fronte fermata della metro A quindi posizione perfetta . Tante coccole in camera ...ti senti veramente a casa . Stra consigliato

• Mārcis (8/5): Laba lokācija pilsētā, viss nepieciešamais, nav auto noparkošanas iespējas un telpā spēcīgs aromāts - Atrašanās vietas lokācija bija laba, komunikācija ar saimnieci arī bija laba, gulta bija pietiekami ērta. Pārāk intensīvs gaisa atsvaidzinātājs, kas radīja galvassāpes. Apartamentus izvēdināt nebija ērti, jo aiz loga uzreiz bija ietve, jo apartamenti atradās puspagrabā, no ietves varēja iekāpt apartamentos. Nebija iespējams atrast auto parkošanas vietu, meklējām 2 stundas. Visas stāvvietas bija aizņemtas arī maksas. Škita, ka apartamentiem ir arī iekšpagalms, kur varētu noparkot auto.

• Rizza (9/5): Ideal for short stay. Great value for money. Easy acces instructions. Highly recommend - Location is great. Building was safe. There were biscuits, tea and coffee available. Mini fridge and the bed and pillows were comfortable. TV needs to be renewed. We could only watch local channels. Tv not connected to wifi so we couldn’t watch :(
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Location of the apartment was great beacuse its close to the metro station and it is near the top city atractions. Room is clean and comfy. Heating was also exceptional if you are going in winter season. Check out is too early. If you have a late flight keep in mind that the host wont let you keep your luggage in the lobby.

• Vanesa (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spotless and beautifully renovated, with a modern feel. It had all the essentials—fridge, coffee, tea, everything you might need. The space was quiet, and it was easy to block out light for a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable.
• Pavel (10/5): A nice and comfortable place with easy transport access to any place in Rome - Just next to a bus stop and a metro station, so easy to get anywhere in Rome, although the apartment is not in the city centre. There's a supermarket on the other side of the street and a lot of small cafes and ice-cream places. The room has everything you might need - a hairdryer, vanity sets, a kettle, a fridge, even a small coffee machine. The room was cleaned every day. Simona, the host, was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place. The room is basically on a 0 ground, so you have to go downstairs when you enter the building from the main strret. It's not a basement - there's a window, and it was totally ok with us, but for instance mobile internet had a poor connection inside the apartment, and local WiFi was not strong enough when the place was full with other guests.

• Radovanović (9/5): If I come back to Rome, I think I would stay her again. I felt safe, clean and taken care of. - It was simply put such a great place to come to after a day of travelling and sight-seeing. The neighbourhood was so homely. Everything was quick, accessable, easy and most importantly clean. No actual complaints, just wish we'd known what time cleaning was happening during the day. We kept running into the workers taking care of the room, who were excellent at their job, but it felt like they couldn't do everything due to us being there.
