• Anton (9/5): Все было отлично - Хозяин очень ответственный человек Он нас встретил, все показал. Его квартира очень хорошо оборудована, там есть все и даже больше. В квартире висят карты в помощь туристам, также сам хозяин дал рекомендации как лучше добираться до города и где можно поближе поесть или закупиться. На третий день хозяин сообщил, что ему нужно показать квартиру для проекта, но нам пришлось отказать, потому что это было неудобно(прости, Марко) надеюсь у тебя все сложится с этим проектом. Парковка рядом с домом бесплатная, сам дом не в ZTL. В 5минутах станция поезда и мы без проблем добирались в цент Рима.
• Lucrezia (9/5): pienamente soddisfatta - assolutamente niente da dire sull’accoglienza del personale, sull‘appartamento (tutto pulito e nuovo) e sulla posizione. Noi siamo stati 4 notti e non avevamo a disposizione alcuna aspirapolvere o scopa per pulire in autonomia il pavimento.

• Sara (10/5): Best apartment in Rome! - Everything was perfect! The apartment is well situated and you can get to the centre of Rome very quickly. The area is quiet and calm which makes the stay more enjoyable of course. The apartment itself is wonderful. You will find everything you need and even more inside! I also felt very safe there. The host, Marco, is the best! Extremely kind, friendly and helpful. He made us feel at home and also made sure we knew where we can find the closest stores and restaurants. We took his recommendation and went to a restaurant called Addore - the food was delicious there! When I come back to Rome I will definitely choose this place again :D

The location was perfect – close to a shop and a train station, from which we could quickly reach the city center. The apartment itself was very comfortable, well-furnished, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. After just one night, we were already gesturing like real Italians! We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Rome and its surroundings in a convenient way.

The aparment is really good connected with the downtown and in a confortable place. If We will come back to rome we obviously will contact to Marco to rent the aparment again!!! • Miriam (8/5): Good - It’s clean, spacious. The beds are uncomfortable. The elevator is slow. The power kept going off. There’s no microwave. The stove is electrical. The dishwasher had a mild smell. The sofa bed kept folding it couldn’t stay straight.
• Moran (10/5): Exceptional - Marco was amazing! Waited to us to arrive lait at night and came to say good buy when we left. In between he offered his help for everything and did his best to let us fill good ( he even remember our children names..) Beside, the apartment is super clean and well equipped. Good location near train station and not to far from rome center. The parking area is under pine trees. The car was sticky.
