• Rafael (9/5): Amazing place to explore Rome and sleep well. Recommended! - Calm area with subway and market close by. Very comfortable! Only the code every time we had to reach the building. Internet is mandatory. It could be a problem if having an internet outage or for older folks. This said, I recommend and would definitely return.

• kevin (7/5): - Good location and équipement, appartement is good with air conditionning You need internet connections to go in and out the appartement, it will be good to let a key after the Check in. The building façade is in rénovation, impossible to sleep after 7AM
• Gabriela (10/5): Apartment is cleand and cozy and decent but the app with the code SUCKED!This made our vacation a nightmare,worrying tha - Everything excepting the fact that the accommodation allows you to enter and exit in the building by a Code and a APP ,you must have internet all the time to enter inside the building and inside the flat and inside the apartment.You keep opening the doors and when the internet it s not working you cannot EXIT OR ENTER INSIDE THE BUILDING AND APARTMENT !!!!!! In the last day we had a train to catch and we were close to miss the train because the apartment door wasn’t opening to leave The APP from the accommodation was freezing and we called the host but no one called us back. We were stuck inside the apartment and we keeping calling the host(no answer) In the end we installed the app again in another phonne to Exit and do the CHECK OUT. We reach the train by a taxi in the last minute 🫣The host never texted us or called back… The acces code and the App to open and exit the building doors and the apartment doors. When the internet was slow or the connection was bad you cannot ENTER OR EXIT!!

• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and very clean and quiet place to stay with family. It's very close to Train station, if you get to Santa Maria Novella terminal you can walk 15 mins to get to the apartment. The host was very supportive, I really appreciate it
• Dobromił (10/5): Nice stay in Firenze - Apartment was very nice and silent with all important equipment. Very quiet place with all necessary shops/restaurants around. Host extremely helpful and patient. Helped me with the parking to avoid ticket :-) Nothing. All perfect.

• Katie (9/5): Nice property, great location. - The location was great, just a few tram stops to the city. Secure access to the property, great very safe. Great size apartment with everything you need. Upstairs apartment was a bit noisy, with a young child running around and they liked to vacuum every morning, but the hours were reasonable, nothing too late or early. Stairs would be a little tricky for older people.
• Katie (10/5): Lovely, neat, clean and central location - The apartment was very clean, well appointed, all the amenities you need (we actually extended our stay). Access to the apartment was great, felt very safe and secure. Located just out of the city, with easy access to the T1 tram.

• Steph (10/5): Amazing location and comfy bed! - Beautiful property, superb location. So handy to the city via the tram. Property was very clean and would recommend for people to stay here! The bed was super comfy, however the pillows could have been better

• Michał (9/5): Superb - Clean and fresh, well equipped apartment. AC both in leaving room and bedroom. Well connected with city center and most interesting places. Very good brochure provided with all the information needed - best I’ve ever seen in Italy. There was no parking close to the building where I could safely park a car. I had to take 20 minutes walk to a car park. Entering the apartment based on webapp so you need to make sure your phone is charged and you have network connection.

• Margherita (10/5): Amazing! - I travel to Florence for work every month and this is the best apartment I have stayed in! Modern and brand new, spacious and complete of everything you need! Good location close to the center and very safe area. Host has been very helpful. I can't think of anything!
