- Cristina (7/5): - Cerca del centro y de la Terminal de ómnibus. Falta de mantenimiento, la cisterna del inodoro no funcionaba y la alcachofa de la ducha se cerraba sola y el agua salía por el grifo. El enchufe de mi cama también estaba roto.

It was only March when we visited so could be even worse in winter.

The owner returned 10% to us due to the problems we had. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, the fridge was dirty, the bedsheets weren`t changed, the floor was dirty, only the towels were changed. There weren`t enough plugs for the appliances. Dirty glasses and a dirty sink on our arrival. No bedside table or bedside lamp. No stuff to clean the room. Incomplete toiletry. Unsafe connection for the television, the cable crosses the room. A very smelly blanket in a drawer. The heater was broken, and there was a gas smell. The parking place is in very bad condition. Some of the pictures in Booking aren't accurate.

- Marie_Canada (10/5): - The owners and staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. We arrived several days prior to our reservation in order to store luggage before our multi-day hike. Not only was the hostel able to store our bags, they also informed us that some of our hike was inaccessible due to the wildfires, then helped us modify our hike to keep it interesting and doable. They even gave us some camping gas containers, since no stores were open that sold it. When we return from our hike, we arrived to a pizza party, which was such a treat. They were able to recommend other hikes in the area and even connected us with rides. I'm not sure what the secret sauce here is, but it's obvious the owners also chose their volunteers carefully to curate a warm and relaxed but energizing ambience. Highly recommend :) Nada

- Ayelet (6/5): - חדר גדול, מיקום נהדר, יש מטבחון קטן בחדר. חלק מהצוות לא היה נחמד. כמעט לא היו מטיילים אחרים, זה הרגיש יותר כמו קומונה שנתנו לנו להתארח בה מאשר הוסטל. היה רועש מאוד, קיימו מסיבות ממש מחוץ לחדר עד חצות בשני הלילות. אין מזגן והיה חם מאוד. אין דברים בסיסיים במטבחון בחדר והלכתי לקחת מהמטבח בהוסטל. צריך מתאם לשקעים (זו הפעם היחידה שלי בארגנטינה שהשקעים לא היו מותאמים גם לתקע אירופאי). מנעול נוראי! כל פעם לקח לי כמה דקות לפתוח ולסגור את הדלת.

- Louise (10/5): Daria mais de 10 estrelas se pudesse! - Lugar impecável! O pessoal do hostel é super querido, muito simpáticos e prestativos, me senti super bem acolhida. Cozinha excelente, bem equipada, organizada e limpa. Na verdade, a limpeza do hostel inteiro estava sempre impecável. Adorei a estrutura do quarto e das camas, bem robustas, confortáveis e com cortina, prateleira, tomada e abajur pessoal que ajudam demais na privacidade e comodidade. Área externa e lounge excelentes. Localização muito boa também, literalmente do lado do terminal de ônibus (mas não é barulhento), e bem perto de um mercado e do centro da cidade. Recomendo demais. Nada. Voltaria a me hospedar sem pensar 2 vezes.

A la noche ya casi no habia y a la mña cuando me desperté (7:30) no se repuso. -puerta de habitacion: deberia tener llave o ingreso con tarjeta magnetica para cada huesped -escalera a la parte superior de cucheta. Habia mucha distancia entre el ultimo escalon y el piso,provocando que indefectiblemente tenga que hacer pie en la cama de abajo, siendo molesto para el huésped que duerme ahi. -colchón de la cama: cambiar. De a ratos recostado sentía la madera.

Eventhough it was a 4 bed room, they were good concepated, so you had enough privat space. Also it was located near the Bus Station and downtown, which was great for planning our activities! :)

- Rafael (10/5): Só venham ! - É a terceira vez que venho aqui, um lugar excelente, muito limpo e com uma ótima vibe, recomendo todos a virem, inclusive ano que vem estou de volta. Se você pensa em fazer snow/esqui não tem lugar melhor, nas outras temporadas (fora as de inverno) eu não conheço muito por aqui, mas no inverno, ficar aqui é o melhor que você pode fazer por ti, lugar 10, e a galera 11!!!

O local é bem legal e a localização é ótima. O wi-fi funcionava perfeitamente. O local estava extremamente limpo e bem organizado. Quando estava chovendo tinha uma caída de água que estava fazendo bastante barulho, então a noite foi ruim pra dormir só neste dia. Outra coisa é a chave da porta, tive muita dificuldade para abrir e fechar a porta.

Hot water pressure wasn’t great. Sometimes a bit tricky to use the kitchen with multiple people/family using it. Lockers require payment.
