- du nouveau monde (1/5): Je déconseille fortement 😡 - Chambre propre Chambre propre et personnel aimable au premier abord, mais expérience très mauvaise. Impossible de dormir à cause d’une climatisation défectueuse derrière le mur, générant un bruit métallique constant, même avec des bouchons d’oreilles. L’hôtel connaissait le problème, aucune solution n’a été proposée. Après plus de deux heures d’attente, aucun geste commercial, même partiel. De plus, sentiment d’insécurité important la nuit devant l’hôtel, avec des regroupements bruyants de toxicomane qui fumé du crack rendant l’entrée peu rassurante. Je suis venu pour me reposer : mission totalement ratée. 👉 Établissement à éviter absolument.

Se dañó el aire acondicionado y no pudo ser reparado durante la estancia, debimos cambiar de hotel y no han hecho el reintegro del dinero que ya se había pagado

- Julio César (8/5): Buena experiencia de alojamiento - La habitación era súper cómoda y espaciosa, inicialmente habíamos reservado una habitación más pequeña, sin embargo, el personal nos asignó una habitación más grande y sin costo adicional. La ubicación del hotel es buena en el sentido que está cerca al casco histórico comercial, a la bahía de Santa Marta y a las calles gastronómicas. La habitación presentaba un tema de humedad, una porción de la pared estaba deteriorada con desprendimiento de pintura. Por otra parte, cerca de la ubicación del hotel hay muchas personas en condición de calle, lo cual generaba sensación de inseguridad en la noche, sobre todo los días que estaba abierto el bar del hotel, donde uno de esos habitantes ingresó al área de la piscina.

La posizione non era male , purtroppo la sera non mi sono sentita tranquilla a passeggiare lì intorno Ho pagato per la camera con finestra (più soldi rispetto a quella senza) e alla fine la finestra era un blocco di vetro piazzato nel muro in alto che nemmeno si poteva aprire. Lo trovo un po’ una fregatura. La doccia era fredda senza miscelatore e dell’asciuga capelli menzionato nemmeno l’ombra. La struttura era poco curata , peccato

Nous nous sommes faits dévorer par les moustiques toute la nuit.

- LeslieP1 (9/5): - Es un hostal muy lindo, el personal amable, el desayuno es sencillo pero rico, la piscina es muy chévere, la habitación limpia, olía a rico y la cama muy cómoda, buen aire acondicionado. la ubicación podría ser mejor tuvimos mucha precaución y no paso nada pero si es mejor tener cuidado.

- Laura (4/5): Disappointing - very nice stuff, room with AC, and a cute bar and pool area in the backyard Since our room was the first one directly next to the entrance with the “window” to the street (there was no window glass in it) we couldn’t sleep at all! It was so loud and noisy all night long until 6am (music, party, people fighting, vendors etc.)

- Marcel (9/5): Superb - The capsule system is great! Good value for the money comfortable mattress and good climate i the room. Pool could have been cleaner but the included breakfast was fantastic also if you think of the price!

- Rebecca (4/5): Nice hotel but not an enjoyable experience for us - The location was good, close to everything we needed and the staff were all lovely and accommodating. They allowed us an hours later check out. Unfortunately we fell unlucky with our room. We stayed when there was huge amounts of rain and in the middle of the night the room started leaking all down the walls and on the floor (soaking my bag). We noticed that we were getting a LOT of bug bites in the room too and I think maybe the dampness was attracting the mosquitoes. Additionally, we stayed on a Friday and Saturday and all you could hear was loud base and music from nearby bars that didn’t stop until 4am. So we had an awful stay overall but I don’t want to completely bash the hotel, we may have just fallen unlucky.

Andrés speaks good english, Juan was very helpful as well and used translator when needed :) Andrés went above and beyond to help us fix a safe and reliable transport to our next destination. Thank you for that! Things we liked: - Affordable price! - The room was exactly as in the pictures. Nice layout and furniture, cozy - Helpful staff - Breakfast included - Central location We liked everything, but here are a few things good to know: - No hot water and low water pressure (which is normal around here, and not a big deal because of the hot weather) - Right outside there are a few homeless people, that might seem a bit sketchy. Juan said that they're not harmful, but just keep your eyes open and aware of them. - Pool is quite small, but enough for a quick dip after a hot day :) Thank you to all, will recommend it to others!
