حسين (1/5): اسوء تجربه سكن مرت علي ومحبط حقيقه من السفره - لم يعجبني مكان الاقامه كل شيء في مكان الاقامه سيء اولاً تم الكذب علي وقالو لي يوجد اصنصير في العماره ولما وصلنا تم اخباري بتعطل الاصنصير وبعدها تم اخذي الى شقه ثانيه في عماره لاتصلح للأقامه اول مادخلت الشقه وجدتها مليئه بالصراصير ورائحة الاصباغ مزعجه جداً وابلغت المشغل برفضي للشقه الثانيه وتم اخذي للشقه الثالثه وضطررت لاخذها ولاكنها لاتقل قذاره عن سابقتها بسبب الروائح الكريهه ونظافة الشقه سيئه الى حد لايصدق

Ntomby (4/5): Please improve cleanliness - The room was smelling smoke even the couches. There were no towels in bathrooms and tissues in other bathrooms. Microwave not working value for money👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Also us as guests can we stop smoking inside the rooms and use balcony instead

Mohammed (1/5): لا انصح بالسكن فيه لان بعد ما تكلمت مع السوبر فايزر عن الاشياء لم يعيروني اي اهتمام ولا اي تعويض - الموقع كل شي لم يعجبني اولا الصور الي فالبوكنق قديمه تدل على ان الفندق جديد وثانيا تعامل موظف الاستقبال الهندي في شفت الليل سيئ جدا جدا جدا بالإضافة انهو اعطاني غرف غير الي انا حجزتها ولمن طلبت التغير اعطاني شقه يوجد فيها حشرات واخذت بعض الصور للحشرات

SAAD (4/5): Good - That’s hotel is looking nice . Staff is very good First they offered us flat no 161 there is one bathroom have a very bad condition. After our complaint they changed room with 181 which is very good condition and our family is very happy
