- AHMAD AL NAEMI (7/5): - انا زبون دائم والفندق جدا مميز والطاقم كامل شهادتي فيه مجروحه .. وراح تتكرر الزيارة . وشكرا فقط الملاحظه اخر زيارة كانت اعمال صيانه قنوات التلفزون قليله جدا + اعمال الصيانه كانت مزعجه جدا .
- Abdulaziz (6/5): كشخص محافظ لن اكرر الزيارة بسبب موقع الفندق "الجفير" - واسعه لايوجد بار لايوجد مرقص الاطلالة حلوه خصوص الأدوار 32 و فوق الحارة غير مناسبة العوائل النظافة متدنية الموكيت قذر جدا المصعد يتاخر السعر مرتفع مقابل تدني النظافة و استهلاك الاثاث

- Mansour (8/5): إقامة جيدة بحاجة لتحسين بعض الجوانب لتصبح إقامة مميزة - الشقة واسعة و تكفي للعوائل . مستوى الهدوء عالي و عزل الغرف جيد . مستوى النظافة و الأثاث يوجد به رائحة غير جيدة خصوصا موكيت الصالة بحاجة للتغيير و تم التواصل مع موظفي الاستقبال بهذا الشأن .

It was not comfortable for my family to sit and relax, the lobby was very small compared to the pictures that you show on your website. I was very disappointed my family did not want to stay there because there.payment was made through booking.com. We had no choice. We could not even get a refund so as far as I’m concerned, it was a waste of money the third day we only went there to relax before we went to catch our flight for a few hours.

- Talal (5/5): غلطة لن تتكرر باذن الله - صوت القرآن الكريم فالممرات فقط المكان أثاثه متهالك جداً وغير كذا كان سئ ووصخ غالباً قبل اخر يوم طلبنا من موظف الاستقبال تمديد نص يوم ولكن الازعاج كان مستمر من الساعه 12 تقريباً علماً باني دفعت مبلغ التمديد وتم تسجيل ملاحضه من قبل الموظف فالسستم المساج مخصص للنساء فقط مكان الباركنج بعيد جدا ومن اصنصير إلى اصنصير عشان تروح لسيارتك الاتصال بالاستقبال تحتاج لك معجزه عشان يتعاونون معك
