- Ehab (4/5): Not clean, building still under maintenance - The location is perfect. In the middle of the town. The apartment was not clean when I arrived. The next day, the elevator went out of service, so we had to use the stairs instead. However, the stairway was under maintenance, with a lot of equipment blocking the way, making it unsafe to use. I reported the issue to the management via the WhatsApp number that was shared with me, but nothing was done. Despite this, I was asked to clean the apartment before leaving, even though a cleaning fee was clearly included in the price I paid. The apartment was located on the third level (second floor), so it was quite difficult to carry my luggage down when I checked out. The bathroom water was very weak.
