• Mariusz (7/5): Gdyby nie sytuacja z uwag. Pobyt był bardzo udany. Tallin nas zachwycił i na pewno wrócimy. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta, terminala promowego, kierunek np. Helsinki. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowana ze wszystkimi naważniejszymi atrakcjami Tallina. W pobliżu wiele knajpek i galerii handlowych. Mieszkanie lata świetności ma już za sobą, przydałby się drobne odświeżenie. Jednak główny problem to check in i check out. Gospodarz udostępnił instrukcję jak odebrać klucze, które znajdowały się 400 m od lokalu. Przedstawione to jest w formie łamigłówki, którą musisz sobie rozwiązać niczym podróż po escape roomie. Następnie wpisując podany na booking adres lokalu w google maps, wyświetla się pięć równych lokalizacji. Nie wiesz co masz wybrać, a w instrukcji pdf masz zrzut z ekranu wskazujący drogę do lokalu - kolejna zagadka ja tam dotrzeć? Będąc pierwszy raz w tym miejscu naprawdę trudno się zorientować. I na koniec w instrukcji jak pobrać klucze nie ma wzmianki jak je zwrócić. Ta dociera na dzień przed wymeldowaniem na maila. Naprawdę gospodarzu, jesteśmy na wakacjach i a nie w pracy nie mamy obowiązku śledzenia poczty. Podróżujemy po wielu miejscach licznych destynacji, pierwszy raz napotkaliśmy takie problemy. Kosztowało to nas dużo niepotrzebnego stresu. Bez urazy ale, ta instrukcja potrzebuje lepszej spójnej formy.

• Vasilis (5/5): - The appartment was OK and the location was very near to the city center 💯 👌🏻 I had REALLYYY a hard time 😡😡🥵 to find the keys 2 the appartment when I first arrived - the keys were located in a...bunch of trees (!), close to a shopping mall!!! - can anyone believe that??? - whereas the appartment was located approximately 700meters away from the shopping mall...!!!. The owner did send me extract details of how to find them, however it was really difficult to track them, let alone the fact it was ALREADY late night and the view 👀 was already limited... So I would like to declare, that NO ONE TRAVELLER IS OBLIGED to get through this torture after a long-hours trip from his home country to a foreign one 🤔 (I was travelling from over+ 9 hours to get to Tallinn and I was in NO such mood "2 play the trace of the lost treasure" so as to get access to my appartment!!!!). Additionally, although I had already informed the owner that I was on my way to Tallinn through Helsinki's ferry shipping transportation (my flight from Greece was landed at Helsinki) and despite the fact that the shopping mall & the appartment were extremely close to the port I arrived, the owner probably forgot to let me know about this "detail" and I went on my transportation until the central bus station of the town... 😠

• Marta (9/5): - Super lokalizacja. Niedaleko stare miasto, odprawa promowa, galeria handlowa. Parking w okolicy 6 euro za dobę.
• Tiina (9/5): - Sijainti oli täydellinen, varustelu loistava. Juuri mitä kaipasimmekin. Majoittaja vastaa viesteihin nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Antaisin 9,5 jos voisin. Liikenteen melu ajoittain kova. Sänky narisi kovin, ihan kylkeä kääntäessä. Latisti vähän "romanttista" tunnelmaa. Pieni miinus niistä.
• Daniel BARBE (10/5): Visite de Tallinn - Les clés sont à récupérer dans un autre endroit. Si vous prenez un taxi depuis l'aéroport, je vous conseille vivement d'aller, en premier lieux, récupérer les clés car en voiture, c'est à quelques minutes. C'est un peu un jeu de piste mais au final le taxi connaissait bien les lieux ! L'appartement est idéalement placé pour un déplacement à pieds. 15 minutes de la vieille ville, 10 minutes du port (pour prendre le bateau et visiter Helsinki (Finlande), Supermarchés à 5 mns (je conseille la marque Selver)... Tallinn est une belle ville mais ils ont bien compris que nous étions des touristes ! En clair, ce qui est marqué dans les manuels de voyages indiquant que la vie n'est pas chère, est complètement faux.

There was an issue with getting the keys, that was promptly resolved, but a key-box might be an option to prevent problems in the future.
