Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und von unserer Terrasse aus einen hervorragenden Blick auf die Pyramiden. Das GEM war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit einem Taxi zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was z.B. den Transfer vom Hotel zu den Pyramiden etc. betraf.

MARIA JOSE (1/5): NO NOS ALOJAMOS ALLÍ - Absolutamente nada El alojamiento no se puede llamar hotel, lo cogimos como hotel de 5 estrellas y no llega ni a una. Como les dijimos que el hotel era un horror y que no queríamos quedarnos, nos dijeron que podíamos ir a otro, de ellos mismos. Fuimos y era más de los mismo. Estaba en obras, igual que el primero y es un edificio en el que hay un hotel diferente en cada planta, lleno de guarrería por todos los sitios. El hecho de que esté en obras implica que hay cosas que son, incluso,peligrosas. En el ascensor había un hueco sin pared ni protección ninguna donde si no te das cuenta te pilla el ascensor. Hay un tramo de escaleras sucio hasta llegar a coger este ascensor. Al llegar a la quinta planta, donde estaba este hotel, nos guardaron las maletas en el mismo sitio que tenían almacenados montones de huevos y cuando pedimos que nos enseñaran dónde estaban hechas las fotos que anunciaban, nos decían que allí, cosa que era del todo imposible. Un pariente nuestro intentó ponerse en contacto con el hotel desde Madrid y la sorpresa fue que el teléfono correspondía a otro alojamiento. En resumen una auténtica porquería.

They are deceptive about the hotel’s name and location. When you arrive at Pyramids Palace iNN, they pick you up by car and take you to Queen Ash Pyramids View INN, which is a completely different hotel in a different location. This is unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel is definitely not 4 stars. It would not meet basic 4-star standards (for example, the size and facilities of the entrance hall). It is closer to a small boutique hotel. I strongly dislike when hotels mislead their guests.

الغامدي (3/5): لا انصح به . تجربة لن تتكرر واتمنى من بوكينق يعيدون النظر في تصنيفه كفندق او خمسة نجوم. حطيت صورة لاسم المكان لانكم ما ح - اعجبتني الاطلالة فقط وهي اللي ورطتني وخلتني احجز فيه اشياء كثيرة لازم تنتبهون لها قبل ما تتورطون مثلي بخاول اختصرها في الاتي : 1- هذا مهو فندق ولا يحمل تقييم خمسة نجوم ممكن نسميه دور في عمارة قديمة 2- اسم المكان pyramids view inn وليس pyramids palace inn زي مهو مكتوب في بوكينق 3- لمن سألت الموظفة في الاستقبال على اي اساس تم تقييمه كفندق خمسة نجوم قالت انها هيه برضو مستغربة ليش بوكينق معطيهم هذا التقييم !!! 4- المكان يطل على اقذر بقعة في الارض براز الخيول في كل مكان حتى الطريق اللي تمشي فيه ومدخل العمارة وبالاضافة الى الريحة اللي ما تخليك حتى تقدر تنام وبجانب العمار مكب زبايل اعزكم الله شكله مقرف يجيب المرض 5- حجزنا كان عبارة عن جناح بجاكوزي ولمن وصلنا لقينا ان الباب ما ينقفل بالمفتاح من برا والستارة ما تقدر تقفلها بشكل كامل والشباك كبير وفيه عماير مأهولة حوالين المكان تطل على غرفتك. طلبنا من الموظفة حل المشكلة وخرجنا بعد الظهر نتمشى على اساس نرجع يكون كل شيء تمام. لكن للاسف لمن رجعنا بالليل ننام حصلناهم ما حلوا المشكلة والوضع زي ماهوه. طلب زوجي غرفة ثانية وعطونا غرفة اصغر بسريرين منفصلة عليال ما يحلون مشكلة الجناح. 6- صحينا اليوم الثاني وسألناهم هل تم حل المشكلة قالوا لا !!!!؟؟؟ عصب زوجي وطلب مقابلة المدير المسئول ولمن جاء المدير جلس يحلف ان محد بلغه بالمشكلة وبنفس الوقت جاب عامل صلح الباب والستارة وانتقلنا للجناح لكن بعد ما ضيعوا علينا ليلة ولا رجعوا لنا فرق السعر. 7- طبعا الفطور مهو بوفيه مفتوح انما شوية نواشف وبيض وكم نوع فاكهة .

Arnulf (10/5): - Amazing view! Great proximity to the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. Helpful staff, Spa bath was a lovely treat. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Abdul (1/5): Very pathetic - Nothing. It was horrible First of all, I am not sure if I can call this property as an hotel. It was more like a makeshift motel located in a very old building which is under renovation. The lift was like a construction site lift with no proper protection or safety. The lift is from first floor only and the guests had to climb one floor with our luggage. This property is in 5th floor of the building, while in all other floors there were private residential apartments. Also, no security at all in the building and the common areas and stairs were very dirty. I don’t know how Booking.com has rated this property as 5 star, while the facilities were extremely poor and not even close to 1-star standards, yet the price they have charged is similar to other genuine 5-star hotels. I strongly request Booking.com to delist this ‘Hotel’ to prevent other guests from being misled and trapped by incorrect ratings.
Debra (5/5): Was moved to different hotel & wasnt 5 minutes from museum, was over 10 with nothing around, scary outside! - The staff were good, welcome was good and breakfast was good. Room was clean & had a fridge.
