It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that there is a 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 1.6% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that this property requires an AUD 1000 credit card pre-authorization prior to check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. Where these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guests credit card will be debited for the excess amount.
