• Camila (8/5): Buen apartamento, mala organización - Ubicación espectacular. El apartamento muy espacioso, cómodo y limpio. Mala organización por parte de los dueños. Me dijeron que se encontraban conmigo en Piazza del Popolo para hacer el checkin y todo, pero nunca aparecieron. Tuvieron que abrirme las puertas remotamente una vez que los llame. Las lámparas de al lado de la cama no funcionan (ninguna de las dos). El wifi es pésimo y eso es un gran problema porque no llega mucha señal móvil al apartamento. Para el checkout se supone que hay un botón que te abre la puerta del edificio pero este no funciona, por lo que tuve que bajar con todas mis cosas, abrir la puerta con llave, trabarla con mis maletas, subir, dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento e irme.
• Le (1/5): SCRAM. Very bad owner. You have to paid me back. - I had booked at Ripetta Street Rooms in Rome for 1 night (4-5/10/2025), paid in advanced 750 euro for 8 people. Before comming for check in, I try to call in contacting property to ask how to take a key but can not contact him/her. 15h13 date 4/10/2025 3 text send to tel No, provide by Booking.com +34 611 86 62 10. No anwer. 4 phone call, 02 call hang-up and 2 call no answer. one text send by Booking.com at 16:40 said that I am comming to check in. No anwer. We Arrival the property at 4:58 but no one there. The door was closed. there are no name Ripetta Street Rooms on the Name list of the door . I try to call the tell No. But they put it on automatic answer. It is not fair because this property was pretent not to give us the key and quit my money. We had very bad experiences last night (4 Oct2025). We can't contact with the owner to get the key. We try to call so many time but they did not pick up the phone or they pick up then turn it off or put it in automatic reply. We come to the property but the door was closed, No one open. They event don't reply a Massages. So we can not enter the apartment that we had paid 750e/1 night in rome. We had walk around the hotel try to book an other place until 11p.m last night. It was also to difficult to contact with customer service of booking.com, event by email or phone. The respond was so bad
• Frédéric (1/5): - Une fois la réservation effectuée, j’ai découvert que les arrivées étaient limitées entre 14h et 17h. Cette information n’était pas communiquée avant la réservation. Après deux mails envoyés et restés sans réponse, je me présente devant le logement à 15h15, en plein dans la plage horaire indiquée. J’appelle le propriétaire qui me raccroche deux fois au nez, prétextant qu’il fallait prendre rendez-vous (chose jamais précisée). À 16h00, face à cette situation, je contacte Booking qui — et je les en remercie — trouve une solution alternative. À 17h00, je reçois alors un email du propriétaire qui ose prétendre que je ne me serais pas présenté avant 17h et que, de ce fait, la réservation était annulée et non remboursable. C’est inacceptable. Le manque total de communication, le mensonge, et la tentative évidente de conserver l’argent sans fournir le service relèvent d’une véritable escroquerie.
• MArco (5/5): piacevole anche se la camera non ha rispetto le aspettativa - posizione pulizia. hanno sostituito la camera con un più "bella" per il clima guasto nella camera prestabilita. la pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare. molta polvere, busta sapone già aperta, calza di altro cliente sotto il divano, climatizzatore molto rumoroso e sporco... la polvere cadeva nella vasca idromassaggio posta sotto lo splitter. vasca idromassaggio inutilizzabile (anche se non l'avevamo richiesto, l'abbiamo trovata per il problema sopra descritto) e con evidenti segni di sporc da usura.

• Celia (10/5): - La situación perfecta , la comodidad , tranquilidad y seguridad Por decir algo, puse un filtro : con parking y no hay parking, es en la calle y es zona azul o naranja, cuidado con esto, tampoco hay parking cercano de pago. Yo acabé aparcando en una callejuela cercana por suerte

• Marzena (1/5): Uważam że bardzo nie uczciwe warunki. - Obiekt wogole nas nie przyjął zostawiając bez noclegu. Bardzo nie ładne zachowanie. Poinformowałam dzień wcześniej we wiadomości że nie możemy się zameldować w godzinach 14-17 bo przylatujemy dopiero o 21 po czym obiekt nie odpisał pobrał pieniądze i wysłał wiadomość że jeżeli nie zamelduje się o 17 to wszystko przepada jak my byliśmy na lotnisku musieliśmy organizować sobie nocleg. Do tej pory zero wiadomości tak się nie robi. Telefonu oczywiście nikt nie odbierał.
