• Ken (9/5): Quaint apartment-like spot in the heart of Rome! - Great spot a stones throw from Trevi Fountain! Super clean and quaint — host is lovely and very helpful. The area is super busy but the windows are so soundproof that you don’t hear any of it! Access to a shared kitchen which is convenient. Felt very much like a little apartment! Nothing. We had a slight glitch the first night when the AC wasn’t working — which only matters because you have to keep the windows closed at night. But it got fixed the next day and all was good. They brought us coffee and croissants to make up for it. Very sweet!

• Angela K (8/5): Location, Specious, Shared kitchen, - The location of Delfini Trevi House was absolutely perfect — you just walk down the steps and you’re right at the Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of shops and cafés around, and the area has a lively nightlife, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and serviced daily, which we really appreciated. It was spacious, with lots of closet space. There’s also a shared kitchen and a washing machine downstairs. We didn’t use them, but they’re a great bonus for anyone who might need those amenities. Overall, a comfortable stay in an unbeatable location. The check‑in process was a bit stressful. I was contacted by someone named Evva through WhatsApp, who coordinated the check‑in and let us know the room wouldn’t be ready until 2 PM. She thoughtfully sent us a link to nearby luggage storage, which was helpful. Later, Evva mentioned that a friend would meet us to hand over the keys. An Indian‑looking gentleman arrived and gave us the key, but also told us the room needed another 20 minutes. In such a busy area, pulling our luggage over Rome’s uneven streets made the delay frustrating. Once we finally checked in, everything went smoothly. The stay itself was comfortable. One thing to note: the room had an old wall‑mounted hair dryer, so bringing your own is a good idea.

Falta de limpieza, encontré ropa interior (calcetines) debajo de la cama. Que no era claro que tenía que subir y bajar escaleras, dice que tiene ascensor, pero para acceder al departamento debes bajar y subir escaleras (varias)

The room is spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and helpful and provided us with all the necessary information for our time in Rome. A great welcome and excellent hospitality.

It's a unit split into 2 guest rooms, so we shared the kitchen - we were a bit mindful of the other tenant downstairs when we go up and down. There's a small safe box and fridge in our room for our use. We really love the place. Thanks Ewa for being so welcoming and providing all the tips!

They don't provide a solution for your luggage in case you arrive before the check in time, even when it was 20 minutes before 2:00pm and I had a Baby stroller with a 2 months baby, I had to take all the luggage with me to the street and wait outside, they don't have a place to stay and sit inside so keep that in mind, so unfortunately I felt no flexibility to this situation. Even though we had the AC on,it was still very cold In the room. Walking on The staircase was really noisy. The apartment is facing the street so at night you hear everything from outside. The price was high compared to what I got

No último dia os hóspedes que estavam acima de nós (nosso quarto era logo na entrada) chegaram tarde e fizeram muito barulho, atrapalhando demais!

Adults Though we didn’t use it there were shared facilities (full kitchen) There was a Miele washing machine/dryer which didn’t need detergent . Nothing (possibly another set of keys would have been handy) as we had to make sure we all went out and returned together.

• Joan (9/5): Great location to tour Rome. - The location is fantastic. It is easy to walk to all of the sites. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The washer/dryer combo was useful. It was nice that Eva booked an airport transfer for us. The checkout time is 10 am, so you should be able to drop off your luggage before the 2 pm check in. It is unreasonable to have to pay to store your bags somewhere or just wait in the entryway for 2 hours. Most apartments provide a code to access the unit. Here you have to arrange a specific time to get the keys from the cleaning person who does not speak English. The apartment has two rooms which share a kitchen. Fortunately our room was next to it and we did not have to go down a flight of stairs to utilize the kitchen. The deluxe room is nice, but smaller than most hotel rooms. There is just one small trash can. There are no maps or restaurant suggestions.

• Michael (8/5): Great location, but parking could be a problem. - Great location by Trevi Fountain and other main points of interest in Rome. Very disappointed about the parking situation and inaccurate parking information. One of the main reasons I chose Delphini for my stay in Rome is the claimed parking availability. The Booking website states that Delphini gives this info about parking: "Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs € 25 per day." Using Booking messaging Delphini told me that I needed to contact Parking Ludovisi and make my own reservation. Prior to my arrival in Rome I was told by Delphini on WhatsApp that Parking Ludovisi does not take reservations, and was provided a phone number for Ludovisi and was told that I should call anyways; no alternative/solution to parking was offered. I called Ludovisi on two separate days and no one answered. I was fortunate enough to find a parking place for my car, no thanks to Delphini. I have used Booking for years and never had any problem with parking requests at other accommodations that I booked, which were reserved/provided for me by the accommodation personnel.
• Amy (10/5): Exactly what we hoped it would be! - Eva’s correspondence and help were exceptional leading up to the trip and upon arrival. The location is brilliant. Centrally located and walkable to all attractions / close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again.

• Steven (5/5): Disappointed expected more for the cost, as it was it was not value for money - Location was very for good although extremely busy and noisy as soon as you walked out of the front door, but to be expected due to its location I found the bed very firm and uncomfortable, the room was not cleaned or towels changed during our entire stay which is very poor. Check out is far to early at 10am, our return flight was at 16.10 so we had to pay for luggage storage so as to make the most of our time. The toilet seat was very loose which must of been seen when the bathroom was cleaned, toilet brush disgusting and filthy.

• Vanja (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the accommodation is excellent, 100 m from the Trevi Fountain, and close to all important sights. Great for those who are in Rome for a few days, and don't want to spend time on transportation, but to walk around the city. Evva welcomed us and provided basic information about the apartment we were staying in, introduced us to the current happenings in the city (during our stay there was a marathon in Rome), warned us about pickpockets who are everywhere, recommended shops where we can buy if we need something. A large number of tourists is inevitable, that's why we got up early, and in the morning hours, when less crowds toured what we planned. In the afternoon, they would have a short rest in the apartment, and continue their tour. In the three days of our stay, we managed to visit everything we had planned, from the Vatican, Trastevere, the Colosseum, the Pantheon... we found peace in the small streets enjoying a cappuccino, surrounded by old buildings, whose facades were washed by centuries of rain, we had lunch in Piazza Navona while an old master played the dulcimer... All recommendations... :)

• Hunnybun (8/5): Perfect Location - I highly recommend Delfini Trevi House! The location is absolutely amazing, just steps away from the Trevi Fountain, making it ideal for exploring Rome. Eva was incredibly helpful, confirming our booking a few days before our stay and always available to answer any questions we had. Elisabetta was also lovely—she arrived at the arranged time and walked us through everything in detail. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the Delfini Trevi House team for making our trip so memorable! My only minor complaint was that the shower didn’t get hot enough, and the towels were a bit rough. However, these were small issues compared to the overall experience, which was perfect.

The bathroom was spacious and - It had a narrow staircase to get up to the second level with no elevator available to carry up 50 pound suitcases. There was no coffee maker and the kitchen area that had a coffee and tea maker was described as “ off limits” for our room. The property was charming and in a nice location close to Trevi Fountain, with great restaurants and shops in the area.

We even heard Italian accordion music, magical! Our host Elizabeth was amazing and very willing to engage in a conversation via Google translator. She is very sweet. This place is steps from the Trevi so we visited many times, sunrise, sunset, and in between. It was a joyful place. Also the shared kitchen with our apartment was excellent, and our bathroom modern and clean. All good Trevi Delfini. Just know that it's busy and crowded right outside the front door. If you don't like wall to wall people, get up early.

The lift itself was gorgeous and Stefano gave us very clear directions and also recommendations. It was quite cold one night, and there was only a sheet in the bed. Stefano went out of his way and provided a doona to the loft! Excellent service. No Lift!! I don't think this was made clear in the description. As the accommodation is a loft on the fifth floor there are 2 flights of stairs per floor. We only left the loft x1 per day, as returning was gruelling! If not for the stairs I would have scored this 10/10

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - You can't beat the location! We could see the Trevi fountain from our window. The space was a comfortable setup for our family of four.
• Lucille (7/5): Overall we had a very good stay. The location and staff was excellent!! - The location was excellent. Walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants. We found that the matress of the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep and unit can do with a set of new bath towels.
• Carla (8/5): Nice facility. - The staff were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make things great for us! If you ran the washer, it would blow the power in our room.
• Elena (9/5): Great location, nice stay - Great location, everything in walking distance. Nice and helpful personnel. A little bit of noise from the street in the later evening, but nothing too bad and not so long.

• Barry (8/5): Very comfortable, excellent location but you have to share the apartment space with other people. - Great location, extremely comfortable bed. We weren’t aware of the shared facilities. There are two studios accessible via shared kitchen. We felt this impacted privacy and was a bit awkward. Not sure why the owner insisted on cash payment.
• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Loved the view of Trevi fountain. Easy to get to the places we wanted to see. Lots of different places to eat nearby. I was glad that the host arranged airport transfer for us. I didn’t find a safe even though it is listed as an amenity.
• Eloise (10/5): I'll stay there next time as well. - LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Eve was very helpful, the taxi driver she recommends is very recommended. Not a problem but take note, there are stairs to the flat, the kitchen is shared between 2 units.
• Charles (10/5): Ewa was so helpful, kind and efficient in every way. Elizabeth took care of our every need and more with a true heart of - We loved the unique beauty and charm of our room! Very comfortable and clean. The convenience of the property couldn’t have been better! Can’t think of anything.
