- Bárbara (6/5): No todo es acorde a la publicación :( - La ubicación es agradable, el alojamiento es suficiente para llegar por las noches después de pasear. El sector tiene varias opciones para comprar alimentos y arrendar equipamiento para la nieve. La publicación indica que se puede pagar con tarjetas de crédito, sin embargo al llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que el pago es solo en efectivo y que ella no había indicado esa opción en la publicación. La leña calefaccionarse estaba húmeda ya que queda a la intemperie y nos costó muchísimo encenderla. Había una caja con muy pocos fósforos para encender la leña y el papel higiénico del baño no era nuevo y quedaba con suerte la mitad, no había para reponer tampoco.

- Xu (1/5): Bad - The house administrator(Benjamin) provided us an exceptional service. He always reply me as fast as he could and try to give us the best support However, there was a significant issue that needs to be addressed. During my stay, there were two consecutive nights without hot water, and the temperature outside was a chilly 4 degrees Celsius. On the first night, we discovered the lack of hot water around 10 pm. We didn’t want to bother the administrator so we heat water manually using a pot. On the following morning, we informed the house owner about the issue. She came to check and told us it already fixed. Unfortunately, in the evening the water still cold and we asked for help to fix it or return part of money as compensation, but none of none of the conditions can be met. And the house owner, rejected our request and no apology. By the way, the house is very dark in night and there is a broken socket in the house that will trip when the power is turned on.
