• Andrzej (8/5): Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, apartament czysty , wszystko było ok, jak się popsuła suszarka to została dostarczona nowa, wiadomo, że to jest stare budownictwo więc nie można oczekiwać cudów jeśli chodzi o wnętrze ale było naprawdę spoko :-)

• Adrian (7/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo duzym plusem. Dodatkowo mieszkanie jest przestronne. Ogrzewanie jest wstanie bardzo szybko ogrzac pomieszczenie. Uwzgledniajac cene do jakosci - polecam W łazience po przybyciu bylo duzo martwych muszek. Mieszkanie ma okna od malego placu gdzie znajduja sie dwie restauracje, co czasem niestety jest przyczyna uciazliwego halasu.
• Mushfiq (6/5): Good for a short stay and convenient location - Bed and pillows were comfy and good location next to many restaurants. Shower area had abit of mould on ceiling.

• Rocio (10/5): Recomendable 100% - Está muy bien ubicado , muy limpio y muy acogedor . Tiene de todo lo necesario , se está súper calentito y el barrio es perfecto. Lo único que revisaría son los enchufes .
• Ekaterine (10/5): We enjoyed staying at the appointment - The location was very convenient, the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped The only problem was that not all the outlets worked and we could only use 2 outlets in the whole apartment, when its 3 people that can be a little bit uncomfortable

• Don (6/5): A good location but some items could be vastly improved. - Convenient location for the bus terminal and the Grand Canal. Close to reasonably priced restaurants and right beside the Scuola de San Rocco, Venice's answer to the Sistine Chapel. Very good heating system Very poor windows that were no defence against the noise of drunkards returning through the passageway at 1.00 am most nights. Completely disrupted sleeping. Five other minor items that needed immediate attention , list left for the owner.
• ROB (7/5): Świetne 5 dni w Wenecji - Lokalizacja, świetny punkt wypadowy, pełno lokali gastronomicznych w pobliżu, 2 sklepy spożywcze w okolicy, blisko do vaporetto. Polecam warto Torebka herbaty lub saszetka kawy na dobry początek pobytu to już standard w Europie a tu brak. Mieszkanie na I piętrze w ruchliwej uliczce, w weekend spory hałas w nocy.

• Kamil (9/5): - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja z dużą ilością knajp i barów w okolicy w dobrych cenach, ok. 18 minut drogi do placu św. Marka. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane, klimatyzacja realnie chłodziła przestrzeń. Bardzo fajne miejsce w dobrej cenie. Można było zostawić bagaże kilka godzin dłużej po wymeldowaniu.

• Watson (5/5): We were looking forward to seeing Venice. We were disappointed in this place - The location was very good .however if you want to relax stay awa from this location. Every night was extremely loud. We didn't sleep. The host didn't respond quickly or did not respond at all. The airconditioner didn't work well so we had to clean the filter. Then accidentally we learned that because it was Sunday we were responsible for taking trash out! Really? Nowhere was the trash bin available. We were supposed to do it because it was a day off.
• Charlotte (7/5): Good - Really good location, easy check in and felt safe at this accommodation. The accomodation was a great size and had clean towels and nice bedding. There was a hole in the wood of the window that let out cold air and let mosquitoes in which was quite frustrating. We were also only given 2 toilet rolls for three nights between two people (not enough). Shower was also broken so we could not change the height of the shower head.

Gives a feel for living in Venice without the tourist crowds Clean and felt like a little cottage retreat. Plenty of wardrobes to store items. Spacious with a well equipped kitchen Washing machine was useful for mid vacation quick laundry The tiles on the staircase were broken and were coming off. Shower could be upgraded a bit.

• Jean (8/5): Charming apartment to retire to after a hard day’s exploring - The apartment is traditionally old and very quaint. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The entrance into the side street is very secure. 2 restaurants outside the door and easy access to lots of shops and other restaurants and cafes. If you want the washing machine it’s in the little room as you come in the entrance, just before the stairs up. Lots of walking but the vaporetto and gondolas are a good way to see further afield.
• Melanie (10/5): Excellent - Loved this little apartment. Nice and clean, safe, and the location is excellent. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and we're looking forward to returning. If you are a light sleeper, you'll need earplugs. Misbehaving, loud, drunk tourists pass under.the windows at night. Fold out sofa only suitable for little kids.

• Robert (6/5): Missed opportunity - Localisation . 10 mnts from Pia Roma , 18 min to Rialto. Appartment is not clean, hairs in bed, dust etc. Very loud place outside- party till late night hrs. No chance to sleep bcs of to thin windows. Extrimly unconfortable bed in saloon, 1/2 of Murano chandelier in sleeping room, hanging shower head and few others.... Outside doors hardly opening, inside doors lock worcking very bad. This appartment could ve 9-10 booking level specially bcs of size and quite well localisation but owners should invest few thousand € for very simple things. Difficult to understand why they prefer to reach 6?

Apartment had all that was needed for a short stay. Some light bulbs need checking. One bedside lamp didn’t work. Some sockets were intermittent.

• Dennis (8/5): Ideal place to stay if you like a bit of space and would like to self-cater some meals - if the fridge is working. - It was well located with plenty of cafes close by and easy walking distance to most of what Venice has to offer. It is quite spacious with a good kitchen and bathroom. The refrigerator was not working during our stay which rendered the kitchen useless and nowhere to keep some milk for our morning coffee. There are about 15 stairs to get from the Steven up to the apartment but you get used to stairs in Venice.
• Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - The place was great, clean, comfortable, we had everything we needed, the pizza and icecream downstairs were amazing, in the heart of the city, I would recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to people managing the place, you’re doing a great job!
• Ming (8/5): Decent accommodation equidistant to train station and San Marco - The location was great, 12min walk from the train station and a 15min walk to Piazza San Marco. Being slightly outside of San Marco also meant that it’s quieter and less crowded. There’s also an amazing cafe/bar that we visited for breakfast every morning - La dolce vita. The croissants were excellent! Super appreciative of the hosts for allowing us the flexibility to drop off our bags earlier and to hold our bags for just a little past check out while we await our train. Confirming that there’s also a washer and a drying rack in the utility room at the entrance, though we did not use them. Doors were a little rickety and hard to open/close. Although we kept all the windows closed, there were still flies and mosquitoes that mysteriously got into the apartment.
• Orna (7/5): Great sleep, not so great shower - Location was great, next to a quiet square The bathroom, especially the shower head which didn't stay up well when using.
• Anonymous (6/5): Handy but noisy - Great location. Good cooking facilities. Could use a handyman touch. Shower door broken, shower rose wouldn't stay up, soap tray on angle so soap falls out, entry door difficult to open, few power sockets, all with odd/old adapters needed, and some not working. Also very noisy... Street noise well into early morning hours on weekdays.

• Reece (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment for seeing Venice. Zero complaints about the location. Having a kitchen/laundry made it ideal for us. Plenty of space. Easy to check in/check out of. Got a little bit of street noise but wouldn't be an issue for most.

• Vadym (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to bus/train station and very close to major tourist attractions. The windows of the apartments offer an amazing view of a small square with shops and a nice restaurant. There are no loud parties in the area, you can only hear a group of tourists returning to their apartments in the evening. And during the day you have the opportunity to hear the church bells of Santa Maria Gloriosa de Frari. Only 1-2 minutes from this apartment to Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, Scuola Grande di San Rocco and Leonardo da Vinci Museum. The folding bed is the worst thing ever. I read the reviews before booking but I didn't think the bed would be so terrible. Of course, if you do not plan to sleep on the bed in the living room, then this problem will not concern you. Any sofa from IKEA for 200-300 euros will give this apartment the opportunity to get 9+ marks.
• Ekaterina (8/5): Very good - Good apartment in the city centre, close to the railway station (10 min by foot). We were able to make late check-out which was very helpful 👍 Heating was off for couple of days before our arrival, so it took one day to get comfortable temperature

• Iaroslava (10/5): Exceptional - Accomodation is great. There's all needed in the kitchen for cooking. The only thing, the front door into the building was tricky to open and to close. Highly recommended.
• Charlotte (8/5): A clean, nice apartment in a good area. - A nice and clean apartment. Everything you need to have for a great stay in Venice. The location is very good, not so many tourists but still central enough to have access to all the places you want to visit. The Vaporetto is just minutes away. No construction work anymore. Nothing actually but it's good to have something for the mosquitos if you want to sleep with the windows open.

Lack of a short written text explaining how things work. The bed is uncomfortable. The front door is difficult to lock and unlock.

• Vessela (9/5): A perfect Venice trip! - The apartment is in a great location, very close to Piazzale Roma, Accademia, but also to Campo Santa Margherita. Superb location! The apartment has a private entrance that opens onto a small square where there is a wonderful restaurant perfect for morning breakfast. At the moment, the facade of the building is closed due to renovations, but this did not particularly interfere with our stay. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The couch was stretched out for the third person when we arrived. It is very clean and has everything you need even to use the kitchen. Higly recomment! We have no complaints about our stay in the apartment.
