The room was spacious, with the basic essentials (kitchen & bathroom). Check-in and check-out was also very easy and smooth. Balcony had a beautiful view of the Parthenon at night!

• Glen (5/5): An uncomfortable night in exchange for easy access to the Metro. - Great location for its easy access to the Metro. Fulfilled a one-night stay prior to flying out. The bed was very uncomfortable and the tavernas at the base of the building were open and loud until 5:00 AM. The room had issues with broken items - the TV hung loose on the wall (not that it mattered as the host informed us it wasn't operational), the balcony's glass panels were cracked, the soap dispensers were broken, and the hair dryer smoked terribly as it was shorting out, so it was of no use. The host repeatedly wrote that if we needed anything to let them know. We needed a hair dryer and when we let the host know we were told it wouldn't be replaced until the next day after we left. It also would have been nice if the host had told us there was an electric shade to the balcony windows so we didn't have to rely only on the shear curtain, which didn't block out any light.

• Teodora (7/5): Good - The apartment is modern and newly furnished, and it was clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of appliances, making it easy to prepare meals, and a washing machine capsule was provided, which was a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights is the view of the Acropolis, which really adds to the experience. The host was also very responsive. However, there were a few drawbacks. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there was only one power socket on the kitchen island, which limited usability. The bedside lamp couldn't be used unless the WiFi was unplugged, which was inconvenient. Both the kitchen and bathroom soap dispensers were broken, and there was no shower gel or shampoo provided. The bathroom also had small flies and a broken soap stand. Additionally, there was no hot water for a day and a half, which could be frustrating during a longer stay.

You cant get a better location, in the middle of gazi,10 meters away from kerameikos station. It was really really dirty. If you look under the bed or the couch you may find belongings of people 5 years back. They dont clean the facilities good enough. Also it was smaller and a little inconvenient compared to how it looks on pics.
• Suud (10/5): Exceptional - Loved staying here, worth every penny. You're surrounded by everything that you need. Good restaurants, lots of tourists attractions, a minute to the metro- goes to the airport. Communication with the host is excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.

• Ioannis (1/5): Cold water and rude host - Stayed in the property for a couple of days and there was no warm water in December, right before Christmas. The host acted surprised despite other reviews stating the same and tried to move me to another room where there was no warm water. Not once they apologised or seemed to care about this issue. I had to checkout a day earlier due to this horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Noise from neighorhood bars and restaurants kept us awake at night. The air conditioner directly over the bed was loud and air air blew down onto our faces.

• De (10/5): Great location - The location is great, it is only a 5 min walk from the Karameikos subway, and this line takes approx. 1 h to the airport. It is located in a very central location. The place was super clean and had everything that I needed for my 3 day stay. The room is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. You can get into your room by yourself (they send you very detailed instructions about how to do it), so you don't need to worry about the host not being there at the time of your arrival. The area is a little bit noisy during the night. I didn't mind this at all, but perhaps this is something that other guests might not enjoy.

The coffee cups were ridiculously small as was the silverware. Like something from a child's toy kitchen. Not bad for a day or two but I wouldn't stay for a week. No local TV.

• John (8/5): Excellent location. - Location of the property was perfect. The housekeeper was great. Size of apartment good. Door lock was complicated and we needed to call host for instructions. Bathroom sink drain was leaking and requires immediate repair. We used the sink in the kitchen and didn’t store anything in bathroom vanity. We were on the 3rd floor. Despite closing windows and using the splitter, the local bar played loud music until 4:00 am. Had much difficulties with sleep.
• Manuel (9/5): Perfect place to stay for a City Trip. - Great location with the metro right in front of the door - but you can easily walk to the Akropolis. Many nice Bars in the area. Nice sunny balcony and a clean room. It's quite loud during the weekend nights - there are several Bars right next to the Apartment, playing loud music. If you close the windows the music gets less noticable but I do recommend bringing some earplugs if you stay during the weekend and can't sleep with background noise.

• Kamil (7/5): Hardly recommend for party-people, rather discourage the - + The apartment is located very close to the metro station, so without any trouble you are good to reach the place. + The living room is spacious, not a problem to fit your luggage + You can use lift in the building + air conditioning works well, quite quietly - the door lock is located in the knob, which got stuck at our checkin - as such we wasted 40mins before the door trying to unlock the knob and get into the appartment. After 10pm the owner does not provide support, even over telephone - the apartment is advertised as good starting point for your trip, but it is rather noisy as the neighbourhood parties hard. If you expect calm enviroment, expect a nasty surprise - the shower is not fully closed with the glass wall, so the water from the shower leaks out to the bathroom, do expect a flooding after a shower - our apartment had v tiny balcony, almost impossible to be leveraged for a morning coffee - the equipment (cutlery, coffee) is v limited, for 1 day it is fine, for longer stay be prepared to wash the dishes daily - the kitchen offers limited space to prepare even a sandwich

• Michael (6/5): Would have been a gooxxplace to stay if the bar next door had not been so noisy. - It was a comfortable, small apartment with modern fittings. Good washing machine and small balcony facing the car-free square. A/C worked well. Bed was comfortable. It was immediately opposite a Metro station, one stop to Minastiraki. Sadly it was difficult to sleep owing to the apartment being one floor up and next door to a cafe bar which played loud, vibrating music until early morning. It was even louder on Friday and Saturday nights. When I contacted the proprietor of the apartment, they were unable to help with this situation. Proprietor was anonymous and not personal in messages.
