Patrizio (1/5): - Build near the sea New building under construction at less than 1 mt by room. Impossible rest by 6 am. to 7 pm. the bathroom had one window always open in the front common elevator. Every time I listen to all the people saying and people listen to me. Cooking tools without protection on the pan, dirty, and unusable. The room wasn't The same as on the booking pictures. During the staying many concrete dust falls on the terrace. Impossible to stay. This is one of the worst experiences of all.
Hallana (10/5): - A infraestrutura é ótima, a rua é bem tranquila. O flat é bem equipado (faltou apenas uma cuscuzeira disponível), muito confortável, organizado e limpo. Ao lado do prédio estava tendo uma obra e nosso quarto ficava bem ao lado, acabava que pelo barulho não conseguíamos dormir até a hora que quiséssemos, e também não dava pra abrir a cortina da porta para a varanda e nem usá-la, pois sujava muito e não tinha privacidade, devido a obra. Sentimos falta de mais um edredom, pois só tinha o da cama e o outro era um lençol mais fino.

Andreza (9/5): - Tudo novo e limpo, boa localização, próximo ao pôr do sol do Jacaré, fica bem próximo da praia de Intermares O bairro todo está em obra, e tem uma obra do lado do prédio, além da cortina blackout não ser fechada em cima e entrar claridade
Roberta (6/5): As fotos enganam - não tem vista livre na varanda (há um prédio enorme em construção) - Prédio novo, apartamento novo com instalações novas e limpas. Depender de celular e internet para abrir qualquer porta. Fiquei presa por 1h na minha chegada porque a internet não pegava no estacionamento - algo bem óbvio, mas em momento nenhum foi dito que eu precisava de internet para abrir a porta do estacionamento para o elevador. Isso era 2h da manhã. Um dos motivos pra eu ter escolhido a acomodação foi a varanda. As fotos atuais estão desatualizadas: há um prédio novo a pouquíssimos metros de distância da varanda, ou seja, além do barulho insuportável de obras, era impossível ficar na varanda ou até mesmo com a janela aberta, já que os pedreiros estavam quase dentro da varanda. Achei uma falta de transparência tremenda te venderem um flat com varanda e vista livre e chegar lá e ser o oposto. Deveriam orientar a levar travesseiros. Os dois objetos que estão lá não podem ser classificados como travesseiros, bem ruins.

Jean Carlos (8/5): Bem localizado - Localização próximo das praias em Cabedelo. Automatização nos acessos tanto de veículos quanto de pedestres. Tranquilidade dos arredores. Sem comodidades no banheiro como shampoo e sabonete. Cama sem criado mudo. Registro de água do chuveiro quebrado. Interruptor de uma das lâmpadas do quarto localizada fora do quarto. Falta de sinal de operadora de celular no interior da Garagem dificultou muito o acesso remoto para comando de abertura da porta de acesso ao elevador. Existência de obras de construção de novos prédios em ambos os lados e bem próximos. A vista do mar a partir da varanda é bem restrita e lateral.

A internet, rede da claro e tim não pegaram direito dentro do prédio e o WI-FI do quarto estressou mais do ajudou, precisam melhorar a qualidade do sinal. Se precisar de internet para resolver algo do trabalho ou pessoal, não vai conseguir fazer dentro do quarto.
