• shaun (4/5): Avoid!! At all costs ! - Nice sea view ! Easy key collection victor agent 'was pleasantly helpful apologetic for the owners poor response to our complaints and sadly there were plenty ! The poor response from the owner who was not present The studio was poor in desperate need of refurbishment patio doors dirty stiff to open , Balcony very narrow and in poor repair 'patio table not stable and chairs were unusable disgusting beyond Repair ' we had one collapsed on us safety issue The location looked great but in a service yard constant noise refuse collected 11pm - 12pm every night shop and restaurant deliveries 7am noise of glass bottles lorries unloading constantly ' builders below with Jack hammer & banging removal of tiles nightmare 5days + When l complained l was told that's OK! I realised at that moment ' we were not in a good place not understanding our situation ' we had a guy come to seal with grout around a shower 2 days of access ? I said you should do this at a time when unoccupied ' the whole experience was dreadful ' the owner was un simperthetic quite rude l took photo's for proof just to had' the place needed a serious deep clean !

Seguro que volvereca aptos. La Roca Chica, son totalmente recomendables! Nada que objetar, si acaso para mejorar el estupendo apto. de La Roca Chica, se incluyera en el ajuar de la cociba una jarra para el agua y una bandeja de servicio..pero la puntuación siempre será entre el 9,5 y el 10.

• Kathrin (9/5): Beste Aussicht und schönstes Meeresrauschen - Super Aussicht, super schönes Meeresrauschen. Unten drunter ein Supermarkt der bis 2:00 Uhr nachts auf hat. Das beste Frühstück bei Elvira auch direkt schräg drunter. Sehr gemütlich und süß gemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert. Man kann richtig toll spazieren gehen in beide Richtungen. Die Lage ist einfach mega. Im abgetrennten Schlafzimmer ist ein großes Fenster zum Wohnzimmer, dieses ist aber nur ein Rahmen ohne Glas, war nicht schlimm man sollte es nur wissen. (-:

• Frans (8/5): Geweldige vakantie met een mooi uitzicht op de boulevard en het strand. - Ontbijt niet van toepassing. Locatie en de voorzieningen, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en alles werkte. Door de centrale ligging is alles wat je maar kunt bedenken binnen loopafstand. Ook het grote hoekbalkon was aangenaam om te vertoeven en te ontbijten. Complex grenst aan de boulevard zodoende geen auto's wat ook aangenaam is. De douche was klein en gedateerd, verder was alles in orde.
• Tovar (8/5): - Las vistas al mar, justo en primera línea de playa. Coge todo cerca. La cama y sofa comodos. Victor muy agradable y atento. Gracias. Un saludo. En general todo bien.

• John (7/5): OK, but mixed. - Excellent location, right on the beach in a quiet area, with a couple of good bar/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Easy access to Torremolinos town and to La Cariuela area, about a 15-minute walk away, where there were plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Hadn't appreciated that it was really a studio, with the bed in the living area. Only table suitable for meals was on the balcony, so not feasible in poor weather, of which we had some.

• Simon (8/5): it is a good location o a beach, good value for money, but there should be some things sorted out or fixed - it is directly on the beach beds were too soft, it woke me up every time the other one moved and there are not two bedrooms since the room doesn’t have door so you can’t have any privacy. There are two plastic containers on the balcony to collect the water from AC and you have to pour it off a couple times during the day. but if you forget the water get out of container and the entire balcony is full of water and there is no way out for the water, so you have to clean it every time or the balcony is not usable.
