• Junelle (8/5): Great Location - The location was fantastic, so close to bars, restaurants, and bullring. Also, a short walk across the bridge for more options. 2 bathrooms were great for 3 adults, 2 issues with the apartment, the shower hose has no proper connection to the wall and the toilet seat wobbles. These issues have been reported by previous guests but still not fixed. The outside door sticks at the bottom - you need to use force. It was not locked during our stay. For these reasons, we have given it a lower rating

• Simon (7/5): Bring toilet roll. - Very quiet at night, despite central location. Wifi and aircon good. Nicely decorated. Clean. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay. Good number of towels and some toiletries supplied. Plumbing worked well. BAFFLING lack of toilet roll!!! Not one square supplied and no reply to messages requesting some. Also, the other items reported as broken in many other reviews are still not fixed. They are not even difficult: a shower head, a toilet seat, a light switch and a couple of bulbs. Undermines an otherwise great apartment. I can forgive the intermittent smell of drains - that's Eau de Casco Antiguo.

Les 2 SDB et les 2 WC sont appréciables en famille. Excellente literie. Environnement très calme des petits défauts dans l'appartement: cafetière inutilisable, fils au plafond SDB du haut à nu, abattant wc du bas cassé, robinet sdb haut fragile, trou dans le mur derrière porte d'entrée(manque une buttée) Appartement un peu sombre car au rez de chaussé

• Adele (8/5): A great base from which to explore the beautiful city of Seville - Location was excellent. Plenty of space in the lounge. The property was clean. Not a lot of room in the bedrooms and no mirrors. Some maintenance is needed eg taps are not secure, no shower head wall hook, ill fitting toilet seat and no cover for the lounge light switch.
• Giuseppe (4/5): Struttura da curare perchè troppo trascurata nelle sue funzionalità di base. - A) Posizione centrale, nel cuore del centro storico di Siviglia. B) Distribuzione locali interni all'appartamento ben fatta. C) Finestre ben insonorizzate.D) Letti comodi. A) Macchinetta del caffè non funzionante e quindi inutilizzabile ( appena usata si è accesa la spia della decalcificazione che evidentemente non era stata fatta). B) Vano doccia al piano inferiore con deflusso acqua inesistente tanto da stagnare fino al bordo del box ( ho dovuto comprare un disgorgatore liquido al supermercato vicino per poter avere un normale deflusso dell'acqua). C) Il bagno mancava di reggiasciugamani ma erano presenti due chiodi penosamente piantati nel muro per agganciarvi gli asciugamani. D) Nella parte superiore dello specchio del bagno non era presente una lampadina, che normalmente c'è sempre. E) Nel vano doccia il supporto del doccione era rotto e non funzionava il dispenser del sapone liquido o non era stato caricato del sapone. F) La tavoletta del water era sganciata dagli agganci e quindi era inutilizzabile: siamo stati costretti a farne a meno!

Nice tv with Netflix included. The place was remodeled recently and is nicely decorated However…the place has some issues It appears that the owners have not maintained the apartment as they should Toilet seat was wrong size and not attached No toilet paper provided Fan not working in bathroom and bad smells from??? Outer building door will not close so less secure Bad smell from inner courtyard Bad smell when running heater Broken light fixture in bath Ceilings on upper level are very low Most of these items could be remedied with a few hundred euros. However after reading other reviews it seems like some of these issues are not new
• Lorenza (7/5): Discreto. Posizione eccellente - Posizione eccellente. Appartamento molto carino e ben organizzato. Purtroppo i servizi un po’ scarsi. Poca carta igienica a disposizione, abbiamo dovuto comprare diverse cose come il sapone per le mani perché c’era solo due piccole saponette per 4 persone di cui una rotta. Le asciugamani poche (una piccola a testa, una per viso/mani e una grande ogni due persone) e alcune di queste erano macchiate di trucco. Per i 4 giorni del soggiorno non sono mai state sostituite né è mai venuto qualcuno a pulire l’appartamento. Mancava l’acqua calda e il problema è stato fortunatamente risolto il giorno successivo ma il proprietario si è dimostrato abbastanza seccato quando è venuto. Infine chiedono agli inquilini di buttare la spazzatura prima di partire:la cosa risulta abbastanza scomoda quando si ha fretta o valigie ingombranti

• Christina (5/5): Meh 🫤 - Location was good and the flat was relatively ok. Air conditioning is a must for Seville. I ll start by mentioning that, even before our arrival, I reached out to the host via email to confirm whether our personal information had been successfully uploaded. Unfortunately, I never received a response. On top of that, the host was unreachable on the first night of our stay. Additionally, the shower head on the ground floor was broken, and the other shower was covered in limescale. Pillows were not very comfy. The flat didn’t have full-length mirrors, and there were no closets—just two small racks, which is not adequate for a flat that can accommodate up to four people. As a bonus, we also had an interesting encounter with a cockroach on the ground floor one night.
• Marie-Jean (10/5): Je recommanderai mes amis et reviendrai dans ce logement - Lorsque j'ai choisie The Bullring Suites sur Booking, le descriptif du logement ma beaucoup plus ainsi que sa situation dans la ville. Donc satisfaite de mon choix. Pour ce qui est de la luminosité de la chambre du rdc, dommage qu'il est juste la porte vitré qui donne dans une courette sombre ''puis de jour'' Et la climatisation n'as pas suffisamment rafraichie la chambre.

• Vanja (8/5): A very good apartment with two en-suites in a great location. - Fantastic location, two bathrooms, super comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area. Strong smell of damp, downstairs shower in poor condition (broken shower head holder), no hooks to hang the coats in the flat, no soap.

• martin (8/5): Quiet ground floor apartment - The apartment is on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and bars and a small supermarket, and not far from the centre of the city. The beds and sofas are comfortable. There was some smell from the drains inside and outside. While the kitchen is quite well supplied, there is just a small counter with 2 stools: no table and chairs to sit on and eat meals.

• Luca (7/5): - La struttura è carina e accogliente e in buona posizione tranquilla, non troppo distante dal centro città e dai principali punti di interesse. Buona disposizione interna, ingresso soggiorno e piccola cucina separata, bagno e camera con letti singoli, al piano superiore l'atro bagno e camera con letto matrimoniale. Visto il costo del soggiorno per sei notti per quattro persone mi ritengo molto soddisfatto. Avevo contattato i titolari che il check-in sarebbe avvenuto in tarda serata. Appena entrati in appartamento abbiamo fatto un giro per controllare e sono emersi alcune lacune/danni, quindi ho preso appunti e foto per fare segnalazione. Al mattino seguente ho inviato una mail alla struttura(venerdì), mi hanno risposto due giorni dopo(domenica) dicendo che il giorno dopo avrebbero provveduto. All'arrivo come benvenuto c'erano quattro cialde di caffè, inutilizzabili poiché la macchina non funzionava. Una tavoletta del wc che si staccava causa un supporto rotto. Un foro sulla parete causato dalla maniglia della porta d'ingresso. Un faretto bruciato. La fornitura di due asciugamani e un rotolo di carta igienica a testa, quattro persone per cinque giorni mi sembra pochino... ho risposto che ci eravamo già arrangiati. Peccato non abbiano risolto questi inconvenienti prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti, ma ripeto, per quello che ho pagato l'offerta del soggiorno, va bene così.

• Antonio (10/5): - Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, en pleno centro de Sevilla y rodeada de bares y restaurantes. El apartamento era muy cómodo, moderno y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue rápida y muy fluida, con instrucciones claras para la entrega de llaves. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable. Fue todo genial. Nada negativo que podamos reseñar.

• GESSICA (7/5): Posizione ottima e appartamento carino - la posizione ottima, permette di raggiungere sia la cattedrale che triana a piedi. La zona è tranquilla con locali notturni vicini oppure bar o ristoranti. Ha due bagni e l'appartamento è suddiviso in due piani. Ambiente silenzioso, aria condizionata centralizzata che permetteva di raffrescare in pochissimo l'ambiente. Il bagno inferiore non aveva finestra e la ventola di areazione non funzionava, il doccino era rotto e volava acqua ovunque. Il bagno superiore aveva il doccino rotto e la lampadina della camera da letto era fulminata rendendo l'ambiente molto buio. Appena entrati c'era un pò di odore di muffa / fogna ma appena accesa l'aria andava via

• Susan (8/5): Seville is definitely well worth a visit and the location of the Bullring Apartments made them a goo - The apartment suited our needs for a city break in Seville. Its location made finding our way to the main attractions quite easy and there were some lovely bars and cafes local to the apartment Showers could be improved

• Daniele (7/5): Good - Very clean and central location One of the two bathroom tanks was leaking, so we had to open and close the water tap each time we needed to use it.

• Ann (9/5): Great location on quiet street - The location was great, handy for all attractions, amenities and facilities, but located in a quiet street. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and bidet. These are separate from the bedroom which is convenient for friends sharing a room. There was air conditioning in all the rooms. With temperatures up around 30, it was very appreciated. The kitchen had a fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle and dolce gusto coffee maker. It was very well equipped. One of the showers blocked, but I sent a message through booking.com and the owner came round and fixed it that morning. There was holes in the alcove shelf at the living room window. We think a previous guest has stepped on it to try and reach the window. A suggestion for the owner if repairing this to maybe make the shelf higher so that it can not be stood upon. The air-conditioning works better with windows closed.
• Larasbg (7/5): Good - Central location, clean, has all amenities. Very modern and beautifully decorated. The very bad smell when you turn the AC on that stays all the time and gets really strong sometimes that it wakes you up during the night. There was no soap in the downstairs bathroom, and the showerhead was broken.
• Kerrie (8/5): Very good - Great location. Very quiet area at night. Apartment was nicely furnished. Clean and well-presented. Soft beds. Airless in the upper bedroom as we were told the air-con did not work. Bottom bedroom had episodes of a sewer/drain smell that was unpleasant.
• Nick (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable apartment - The location was perfect, in the centre but down a quiet street. The comfort of the sofa and the beds, the WiFi was good. Easy to find and enter the apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Needs electrical sockets checking, some were loose. More hangers needed, needs a shelf in the showers for shampoo storage. Perhaps 2 sets of keys would be useful.

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Proximity to the city centre. Friendliness of the manager, Ricardo. Cleanliness of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, The apartment has everything one needs - fridge, washing machine, pressing iron, dishwasher, etc. I definitely will recommend this apartment . There was an offensive ardour as one entered the apartment - not due to dirt, but perhaps lack of fresh air.
• Leila (8/5): good value for the money - location was fantastic - apartment was compact but clean - if you're tall you will prob hit your head on the beams (upstairs) at some point when you forget to duck your head! But it is great value for the money so overall is an amazing budget option. Also, being on the ground floor meant no stairs to worry about for the luggage! the apartment is quite dark, not getting much natural light and the lighting used is quite harsh - but on the plus side, I can imagine in the summer the apartment stays cool. Could have a few extra features like a kettle, paper towel in the kitchen. Maybe also an extra set of bathroom towels would have been useful. double mattress was on the soft side, so not great for those who have sensitive/ bad backs. Downstairs mattresses (singles) were more comfortable
