• Joanne (9/5): - Spacious clean apartment in a great location. Welcoming friendly host who arranged a taxi for us to travel to the train station when we were leaving. This was very much appreciated as the city was extremely busy due to the April fair.
• sophie (10/5): Bel appartement très bien situé - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Séville à pied. Pedro a été particulièrement accueillant et serviable. Il manque juste des couverts supplémentaires et des verres à vin 😉

• Sarah (9/5): A beautiful apartment in a great location. - Location was fantastic. Felt very at home straight away. Owner was very welcoming and talked us through everything. We had a one year old and the facilities were great with a cot and high chair. The rooms at the front were noisy if windows open.

• Vitor (9/5): Apartamento muito bem localizado - O apartamento é grande, limpo e confortável. Com as janelas fechadas nao se ouve nenhum barulho vindo da rua. As camas também eram confortáveis. 1. Do cheiro a esgoto (mas foi um problema de toda a parte antiga de Sevilha no final do ano de 2025) 2. Apesar do "Host" ser muito simpático quando nos entregou as chaves do AP, imediatamente nos informou que no dia da saída teríamos que sair até às 11:00, até aí tudo normal e segundo as condicoes do AP. No dia da saída eram 10:40 já o senhor estava lá fora ao pé da porta do prédio com a senhora da limpeza (o meu marido encontrou-o enquanto estava a levar as nossas malas para o carro) e faltando 5 minutos para as 11:00 já estava na porta de entrada do apartamento!!!!! entraram os dois enquanto nós ainda estávamos a finalizar tudo. Nao gostamos... foi desconfortável, sendo que as próximas pessoas só iriam entrar às 15:00, iriam ter tempo de sobra para limparem o AP com calma, não era necessário toda aquela pressão.
• Nicolas (10/5): We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! - Ana and Pedro went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. My dad left his phone back in our hotel in Granada. I asked Ana if she could recommend a courier service and to our surprised she volunteered to take care of it for us. The next day Pedro dropped off the phone. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. If I ever go back to Sevilla, I would 100% stay here. Everything was great
• Nieves (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento cumple con todas las expectativas que uno puede tener cuando viaja: ubicación excelente, limpieza absoluta y trato 10 por parte del anfitrión. Espero poder alojarme aquí en mi próxima visita a Sevilla. No ha habido nada que no me haya gustado.

• John (10/5): Fantastic spacious spotless apartment in a great location with a fantastic host thanks - The property was a spacious spotless apartment with great facilities and great location between the bull ring and the cathedral near the river on a quiet street with 3 bedrooms 2 toilets with 2 showers and a fantastic location . The host was there to greet us from the taxi and showed us around the accommodation then gave us advice on restaurants and bars and local sites , a fantastic host who offered to arrange a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay which we didn’t need , we all thank him for his hospitality , kindness and welcome .

Per noi italiani aver trovato il bidet è davvero top. :-) Essendo in 6 persone non avere la chiave, ma dei codici, è stato utile ed è stato più facile gestire la libertà di movimento di tutti. She made sure everything was there, gave great recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the property is excellent. It's close to everything. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The property was clean and spacious and had all the necessary facilities.

• Louise (9/5): Superb - We did not arrive at the apartment until 10 p.m, but after a brief phone call, the owners were there to give us a friendly welcome. They showed us around the apartment and explained the locking system and amenities available. The apartment is conveniently located down a residential side street in a central location to the historic sights, plentiful restaurants, and bars. We ate out, so we did not use the oven, etc, but it appeared to be well equipped, and it was very comfortable. Also, it was immaculate - not a dust particle or stray hair in sight. The apartment is a generous size, and we each had our own bedroom, so there was plenty of room, though there may be a shortage of hanging space if 2 adults were sharing and with maximum occupancy. The three of us really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Fantastic value for money and great hosts - thank you. The locking mechanism was a bit tricky at first, but easy when you know how.

• Eddie (10/5): Great option near the Old City Center superb hosts and many near restaurants. - This was a long stay for us in Sevillla of 4 nights and the host was superb in helping us arrive to the apartment and get our luggage settled. The apartment is very near the old city center and just a few minutes form the cathedral and alcazar which was great. Many restaurant options and access to the roof top which was great to celebrate the New year and see the Cathedral been lighted for the celebrations. We really appreciated the space of the apartment our family could pick where to sleep comfortably and separate since this was a long vacation and this options were not available elsewhere. Would highly recommend this apartment and host.
