Apartment is so so big and spacious, great to have two bathrooms. Very clean. Fabrizio was helpful. It was all good - lots steps to the apartment but to be expected in Rome

Усе було в наявності, повністю укомплектовані апартаменти. Дуже чисто та затишно. Є два кондиціонери, тож у спеку було комфортно. Чай, кава, сіль, базовий набір для приготування та компліменти. Швидкий інтернет, котрий був для нас важливим. Комфортний район, поруч визначні місця, магазини, ресторани. Були з дитиною 3 роки. Тож обирали детально. Апартаменти на 4 поверсі без ліфта. Та зустрів нас власник помешкання і запропонував допомогу з заносом речей. Усе показав, розповів, дуже мила людина. Тож ми вдячні за такий прийом, та будемо задоволені приїхати ще раз.
• Michael (10/5): Beautiful spot, clean and lovely host - Don’t bother looking elsewhere, this place has it all- so close to attractions, great restaurants and coffee. Thee flights of stairs can be a bit of a challenge for those who may not be very fit but just take your time there’s no rush!
• Kim (9/5): Location and comfort! - Location is wonderful. Space was nice. Beds are comfortable too. The stairs with a heavy bag is not fun but not a deal breaker. Waking the steps during the day justified all the great food in Rome!
• Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked that the apartment was located close to the main tourist attractions of the city so that in general we did not need to travel by public transport. Although we arrived at 3:00 in the morning, we checked in without any problems. We communicated very easily even at that time with the host. We rested very well, the soundproofing being very good.

• Christopher (10/5): Great apartment, great hosts and great location. - Beautifully presented, clean apartment in a fantastic location central to Rome and within walking distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. Very comfortable beds, including the sofa beds. Good facilities and pretty views. Fabrizio was very helpful when we arrived and checked everything was ok throughout our stay. I’d definitely return if ever back in Rome and would recommend the apartment for any families (there were 5 in our party). Lots of stairs, but it helped to work off the pasta, pizza and gelato!
• Kate (10/5): Fantastic in every way - We loved the comfortable beds and sofa, an oasis in the busy city. It wasn’t too noisy, and a perfect temperature in April. The location was the best, we walked to every location- 45,000 steps in 48 hours! I will recommend this property to anyone.

• Irwin (10/5): So pleased we chose Nesty Margana House - really hope we can stay again for our next visit to Roma. - Excellent location for sight seeing and just the right touches in the apartment for it to feel "homely" and not unwelcoming. Fabrizio was lovely on arrival and available via whatsapp if any Qs arose. Felt safe, quiet and had the all important shutters on windows. Great beds! No complaints! Possible suggestion : we like to use a moka pot for our morning coffee (nice to have options) but we managed ok with the espresso maker. ;-)
• Stanislava (10/5): Beautiful apartment - We welcomed the new 2025 in Rome in this lovely big and warm apartment. It is located in the heart of the city, furnished with everything you need. The bed linen is extremely clean and the bath towels were new. Coffee capsules and mineral water were a compliment from the host. The two bathrooms with toilets are very suitable for large families. The owner Fabrizio is very kind, checked us in earlier than expected and was always available.The stairs up to the 4th floor are quite normal and even my elderly mother had no problem climbing them. I recommend the apartment, we had a wonderful stay.
• Tania (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a very good location, absolutely convenient for walking around and seeing the sights of Rome. Comfortable, clean, air-conditioned in all rooms, with enough space to accommodate a family. Very good, large and comfortable beds in large bedrooms. The living area is separate and comfortable for relaxing. There is no elevator in the building, but this is completely normal for its authenticity. It didn't cause us any major inconveniences.
• Christopher (9/5): Would definitely recommend. - This apartment is in a great location, very walkable too many destinations. Two bathrooms with showers. Mini-splits in each room for AC. It was very clean when we arrived and met the host. Be aware that there are about 75 steps to climb to reach the apartment.

• Theresa (10/5): Great flat in the heart of Rome. - Perfect location to see all the sites of Rome. Wonderful large place for a family. Lovely view/aspect. We loved our stay in Roma!! Only down side was steps but we were met at the property for check in and they carried our bags up and down at check out. Wonderful service.
• Olivia (9/5): Lovely light filled, roomy apartment in the centre of Rome. - Great location in Rome close to main attractions and overlooking a lovely piazza with a great restaurant. Wonderful views, clean, nicely and well furnished and thoughtfully stocked. Hosts very helpful and allowed us to check out later to accommodate our trip to the airport. A very pleasant, roomy apartment that we enjoyed spending time in. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Dishwasher didn’t work properly- cube didn’t dissolve. After a few attempts on different settings gave up and hand washed everything. Lots of stairs but we expected that in a European city.

The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to key areas. There were so many great things about our stay. I can't recommend the apartment enough.
