Rodrigo (9/5): Una buena experiencia, que nos sorprendió. - Lo mejor del hotel es la gente, que hace juego con la paz que se siente en el hotel. Se trata de un hotel boutique muy pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, donde todo es hecho con amor. La gente es cálida, hay poco ruido y la habitación grande es cómoda; tiene buen espacio y un baño muy bonito. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos allá. Es confuso qué habitación está alquilando uno. Hay pocas habitaciones y son totalmente distintas entre sí, por lo cual hay que estar muy seguro de alquilar la habitación que tiene un balcón que da hacia el paisaje. Adicionalmente, vale la pena tener en cuenta que el hotel queda a unos 10 minutos de la carretera por una destapada.

El entorno es muy agradable, permite estar en medio de la naturaleza y desconectar un poco. Es un espacio seguro para todas las personas, pensado desde y para la diversidad. Me gustó el detalle de los individuales de mesa con juegos. Por el precio, podrían mejorar los amenities y la comida. También deberían mejorar la ventilación de la suite junior, pues no había ventilador ni aire acondicionado.

Chaves chaves (10/5): Superó mis expectativas - Me voy súper satisfecho del hotel, realmente fue una experiencia muy especial. Desde la llegada, con ese camino rodeado de naturaleza, todo empieza a sentirse diferente. La habitación era súper amplia, muy cómoda y limpia, perfecta para descansar sin preocupaciones. Todo fue maravilloso, pero sin duda la comida a la carta fue de lo mejor: me encantó el sabor, la rapidez con la que preparaban los platos y lo variada que es la carta, se adapta muy bien a todos los gustos. El lugar tiene un excelente ambiente, muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y descansar de verdad. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y se disfrutan mucho. La atención de todo el equipo fue increíble, siempre muy atentos y pendientes, incluso me ayudaron a gestionar el transporte desde la llegada hasta la despedida, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda, volvería. Muy recomendado. Nada.

Juan Pablo (9/5): Las suites son lo mejor ! - La primera noche elegimos una habitacion sencilla, hacia calor y era pequena, pero era lo esperado por el precio. La segunda noche nos pasamos a una suite, la cual es muy amplia, comoda y tiene un balcon espectacular (la finca esta en medio de la naturaleza, de modo que es natural que haya muchos zancudos). Las camas son comodas y llegar a las suites no es dificil, una cuesta pequena y listo. La piscina es pequena pero apenas para tomar el sol y relajarse. Hay sauna y turco disponibles pero el calor del dia 2 no nos dejo disfrutarlos. El menu es un poco limitado (sin embargo el sabor es exquisito) y llegar al lugar en temporada de lluvias debe ser todo un reto, aun si se llega en un jeep o camioneta, ya que la via s estrecha y en algunas partes no esta pavimentada

Itzel (8/5): Un lugar muy acogedor, con algunas cosas que podrían mejorar. - El lugar es muy bello, rodeado de jardines, de árboles, de vegetación. Sin duda, es un lugar ideal para descansar. El personal es muy amable y atento. El hotel y las instalaciones, realmente son muy bonitas y acogedoras. Entre semana, es un lugar muy tranquilo y realmente puedes descansar. Nosotros quedamos fascinados con el ambiente, la construcción es muy tradicional, esta muy bien conservado y cuidado. Es muy agradable que reciban mascotas y que ellos mismos tengan algunas en el lugar. El acceso al hotel es muy complejo, principalmente sin vehículo. Para los que viajamos, los servicios de taxi se molestan un poco en llevarte porque el camino tiene veredas y tramos de pura terracería (uno entiende que es una finca y por ello es así, pero, los vehículos pequeños circulan con dificultad), y de noche está muy oscuro. Eso se debería especificar en las características del hotel para que quienes no llevan auto lo puedan tomar en cuenta. Se debe estar recordando a la recepción que hagan la limpieza de las habitaciones, que rellenen los depósitos de shampoo, que prendan el calentador, que coloquen los cobertores, tal vez podrían mejorar eso. Las habitaciones pueden ser muy pequeñas, nosotros tuvimos una con tres camas, y el espacio realmente es muy reducido, y sólo tiene un estante para colocar tus pertenencias, por lo que el espacio se reduce aún más con el espacio que debes destinar a tus maletas. Los fines de semana llegan muchos huéspedes, y organizan eventos como música en la alberca y karaoke, de repente, el volumen es muy alto, aún y cuando ya es muy noche, entonces, podrían moderar un poco más eso, para que tanto los huéspedes que disfrutan de la fiesta como quienes llegan a descansar tengan una buena estadía. El desayuno está incluído, y aunque la comida es rica, de repente si se siente que es es muy poco lo que te sirven, y dado que en los siguientes 3km a la redonda no hay ningún negocio, si te puedes quedar con hambre, y hasta que sales de la zona puedes comprar cosas adicionales a lo que venden en el hotel.

Parece que permiten mascotas y un día anterior se había quedado en la habitación alguien con 3 perros y el cuarto olía asqueroso. Adicionalmente, permiten música y fiestas hasta la madrugada en la zona común, el ruido no permitió un buen descanso.
Santiago (10/5): Un lugar que supera expectativas - Mi experiencia en el hotel fue realmente maravillosa. Desde la llegada quedé encantado: el camino está rodeado de naturaleza y ver los barranqueros hizo que todo el recorrido se sintiera especial, como una bienvenida al lugar. La habitación era súper amplia, muy cómoda y estaba impecable. Se sentía como un espacio pensado para descansar sin afanes. La comida fue deliciosa; todos los platos eran a la carta y las recomendaciones del equipo siempre dieron en el punto, así que cada comida fue un acierto. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y transmiten mucha tranquilidad. La piscina, el sauna y las zonas comunes hacen que uno pueda relajarse de verdad. Y lo mejor, sin duda, fue la atención. Eliana, Frank y Mateo fueron increíblemente amables, siempre pendientes y con una energía muy bonita que hizo que la estadía se sintiera cercana y agradable. Sin duda, volvería. Muy recomendado. Nada, todo fue mas que perfecto.

Al llegar la habitación se veía muy cómoda y bonita, sin embargo desde la llegada sentimos mucho olor a humedad y olor a cañería. En la noche un aguacero tremendo y el baño se inundó completamente, llovía más adentro que afuera... Afortunadamente, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero una habitación pequeña que no era lo que quería para nuestra estancia, por lo cual al siguiente día desocupamos la habitación y buscamos otro alojamiento con instalaciones en buen estado de mantenimiento.

Una rodaja de pan de molde, unos huevos, una arepa y trozo de queso… algo de fruta y zumo. Pero muy insípido tod…. Creo que nos picaron chinches porque vamos llenos de picotazos y jamas nos había pasado algo así, llevamos el cuerpo lleno de picotazos. La ubicación no nos avisaron que era camino de tierra y nuestro coche era muy bajito…. Además que la habitación olía bastante raro….

Desde el primer momento, la atención del personal fue impecable, en especial de Iván, Frank, René y Mateo, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos, amables y dispuestos a brindar el mejor servicio con una sonrisa. La comida fue exquisita, con platos bien presentados y llenos de sabor. La habitación superó mis expectativas: cómoda, limpia, amplia y con todos los detalles que hacen sentir como en casa. El lugar ofrece excelentes espacios de esparcimiento, ideales para relajarse y desconectarse: bar, fogata, sauna, turco, piscina y jacuzzi. Cada rincón invita al descanso y a disfrutar de la naturaleza, sus dos gatos y la perrita. Lo único que podría mejorar es la vía de acceso, que no está en las mejores condiciones, pero una vez llegas, todo vale completamente la pena. Gracias.👍

Maria (7/5): Nice stay out of armenia - Lovely hotel just outside Armenia. Perfect to spend some days with family or friends resting. They have a restaurant, pool and sauna. Some of the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade, especially the showers in the pool area. But not a big deal, we were able to enjoy.
Diane (10/5): I felt like I was in paradise - I loved everything about this place and stayed an extra night . I don’t want to leave! I only speak English so a beautiful staff member called Julie wax on staff for me . Ghd surrounds are spectacular with a very beautiful established garden.
Juan (8/5): Beautiful location, a bit confusing to reach (beware of the double result on Google Maps) - The setting of the hotel is beautiful. Deep in nature, a very well kept traditional coffee finca house. The pool and wet zones were clean (sauna wasn't working but it wasn't a big deal for us). Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel has an LGBT theme (the rooms are all named after LGBT figures/activists), which was a very pleasant surprise. Hotel was a little hard to reach. There are two results for a location when you look for it on Google Maps and we went to the first result first, which was completely wrong. The hotel was 10 minutes into an unpaved/dark road and we arrived at night... wasn't the best experience. We asked for a quiet room (I was traveling with my elderly mother), and they put us next to the pool/bar area where music plays until late at night. They turned the music down for us on request, which was kind of them.

Daniel (10/5): Perfect LGBTQI+ location in Colombia - It was an amazing experience since the beginning when we were welcomed by hostess Eliana. She was extraordinary, and overall this was by far the best experience I’ve had for a while. People were kind, the place was beautiful and perfect location to relax. I’d love to recommend all LGBTQI+ people to come here. We need more places like this in Colombia.

Nikoletta (10/5): Wonderful, peaceful stay. - This location was a bit out of the way, but totally worth it. Once I reached the grounds, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained, with a little trail down to a stream. The pool area was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like.
Isaac (1/5): Worst experience I had in a hotel - nada The story of how we were robbed by the hotel's employees. We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon and placed our suitcases at the reception to hand over our documents for check-in. Once we finished, we were shown to our room. When I arrived, I brought one large suitcase and a sling bag. Inside the sling bag, I had my wallet, AirPods, and a battery. At the moment we were going to the room, I forgot the sling bag at the reception, and I didn't realize it. I went to the room and rested for half an hour before going to dinner with my girlfriend. When we finished eating, we returned to the room and couldn't find my battery. I looked for it in the whole room, but it didn't appear. I went to the reception and informed the receptionist that I had lost my bag. Once I arrived, I saw on my Find my iPhone app that my AirPods were still in the hotel. The bag was not at the reception where I left it, so I started to search the facilities using GPS instructions, and I finally found it hidden in the hotel's laundry room. The bag was slightly open. I checked to make sure everything was there, and I recovered my AirPods and battery, but I didn't find my wallet with cash and credit card. I informed the hotel management that it had been stolen. The police were called, but we couldn't prove anything since the hotel's cameras were coincidentally damaged. The hotel manager told the police that their hypothesis was that we had thrown the bag ourselves into their laundry. They didn't want to take responsibility for my losses, and if I hadn't had GPS, I would have never found my bag. I would never recommend this hotel. This has been the worst experience I have had in a hotel.

Sinan (3/5): was close to the airport but not comfortable. you can find better places with the same price - there were no hot water. there was a party lasting until 3 am. too much noise that we can not sleep. the towels were smelling moisture!
