• Magdalena (10/5): Highly recommend! - Great, spacious, clean apartment. Air conditioning in every room. Nice big beds, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The location is great- literally 2 mins to the metro station, bus stop is in front of the entry doors. Conad store is right around the corner. There is a plenty of parking spaces around and small park with fenced area for dogs. Many restaurants/ bars/ shops all around, reachable within few minutes on foot. Wi-fi was working very well. Matteo is a great host, we could reach out to him at any time and he was responding right away.
• Tomáš (8/5): - Seriózne a rýchle konanie Mattea pri vzniknutom probléme. Centrálne odomykanie dverí - zvonili do bytu aj počas noci, nedalo sa to vypnúť. A hluk z metra, ale pri zatvorenom okne to nebolo až také obťažujúce.
• Manon (5/5): C’est pas ok - La proximité du métro Matteo est très sympa et se soucie de l’arrivée de ses clients en restant disponible malgré une arrivée tardive Wifi ok 3 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bains, les serviettes de bain, une grande cuisine, le papier toilette, quelques condiments alimentaires (sel poivre ), le gel douche mis à disposition Les matelas ont pris la forme des gens, ils se sont creusés, des lattes sont cassés, même pas d’alaise… La Clim ne marchait pas dans une des chambre Dans la première chambre, une odeur désagréable Pas de torchons Pas de quoi étendre ses serviettes Les douches étaient bouchées après chaque lavage Les murs et rideaux sont tachés - un bon rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal L’éponge pour la vaisselle n’a pas été changé L’appartement n’est pas bien nettoyé, beaucoup de poussières, le sol est taché et n’est pas lavé à chaque fois - le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer! Beaucoup de bruits ( métro, personnes de dessus qui marchent, l’interphone qui sonne plusieurs fois et pendant toutes les nuits) Bref, si le bruit et le ménage à moitié fait ne vous dérange pas c’est ok

• Mukosera (9/5): - The apartment was very neat, clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. We had it all to ourselves, no disturbances. Most of all, I loved the flexibility of the guy who assisted me when I got there, Matteo, he had allowed us to access the apartment earlier than the usual 1400hrs as per their policy, considering that we arrived at 0600hrs. Looking forward to doing business with you again shortly.
