- Rasesh (4/5): Select other options - Location is on the ground floor. The views get blocked by the trees. For the price charged of SWISS francs 350 per day it’s steep price for what you get. Not worth more than 250 CHF.
- David (10/5): Memorable stay in Wengen -clean, safe and comfortable that we felt at home. - The property is very clean, safe and comfortable. It has everything you need, we felt at home. The property has a big garden, our daughter enjoyed running around outside every morning. When you sit outside it offers a great view of the opposite mountain on a clear day with no distraction. In terms of location, its close to the train station and COOP where we buy our food often. The property has a separate lift for all Panorama Soleil residents that cuts the steep journey half way going up to the train station. Wengen is a car free village however we loved the fact that they offered complimentary pick up and drop off to the property when we arrived. Also when you go for grocery shopping, however we never tried it, but we were told its possible. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would love to come back and recommend it to our friends as well. On our check out day, we scheduled for 10am (Monday) drop off to the train station. The driver came on time however we needed a little bit more time. We asked if he could wait for 5 more minutes however his response was very rude and said he did not have 5min as he needs to Go home. So we asked if he could take our luggages instead and drop it off the office and we will go on foot and pick it up at the office to bring it ourselves to the station. He said he could do it but no one will watch it for us. In the end we had no choice but to go with him. It takes only 2min by car to go from the property to the train station. It was also our fault that we were not totally ready on time. And im sure he has his own reason but I believe there is always a good or better way of saying things. We didnt appreciate his attitude to think he is representing the beautiful property that we just stayed in.
