• Adrián (8/5): Apartamento perfecto de salida temprana - Es un apartamento muy grande, a pesar de reservar del interior. Me parece maravilloso que tengan kit de limpieza de loza, café de cápsulas con su cafetera y gel/champú del baño. Además, dispone de cocina y de todo su menaje. La cama le hace falta algún cojín a parte de la almohada. Sería genial también ya que ofrecen azúcar y café, dejar un poco de sal por si se cocina. No veo también correcto que el check in sea a las 15:00 y que el check out la hora no sea concisa, ya que en el apartamento pone que es “antes de las 11”, en la reserva de booking “hasta las 11” y en los mensajes del casero “a las 10:30”… Ya que eran las 10:32 de la mañana y ya no estaban tocando la puerta. De resto genial
• Christoph (9/5): Fewo gut und sauber in toller Lage kurzer Weg zum Strand. - Uns hat alles gefallen Sauberkeit, lage, und grösse der Wohnung. Mit den Schlüsselcodes lief auch alles perfekt. Es hätte etwas mehr Licht einfallen können es war sehr dunkel in den räumen. Das ist nichts schlimmes.

Friendly and helpful host who sorted out missing bedding when we arrived in the middle of the night. Responded directly and sorted the problem. The sofa bed was extremely hard.

Le coin cuisine, manque d équipement et de vaisselle, le coin repas ...pour une des 2 personnes la difficulté pour s assoir ds le coin...l isolation phonique des fenetres...la rue est piétonnes et passantes...

• iwona (10/5): Super - Jak na duże miasto było cicho dzięki oknom i dobrym zaciemniającym zasłonom. Ładny pokój, wszystko było co trzeba. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Na dole zaraz przy drzwiach świetna knajpa na śniadanie, kawę, drinka, aperol. Nam się sprawdziło.
• Elizaveta (8/5): - Very good location and the apartment had a nice kitchen with quite a lot of appliances. The host is responding very fast, both with the check-in and any apartment related issues which was very nice. Considering that the place has a kitchen it was a bit unexpected that there was no salt or pepper. So if you stay for a week, you either basically cannot cook, or have to buy them yourself, which is not very convenient. Also the room name said “terrace”, to our surprise the apartment did not only miss a balcony, but also all the windows were facing a wall. Only upon arrival we realised that the name is slightly misleading because a balcony is not a part of the facility.
• karen (7/5): Sería maravilloso en otro lugar - El detalle de bienvenida de tener una cajita con varios cafés e infusiones; el colchón es muy cómodo y disponer de secador. El tener varios restaurantes y cafeterías cerca así como el Centro Comercial el Muelle que ofrece bonos bien de precio para dejar el coche unos dias. La insonorización. Es verdad que se encuentra en una de las principales zonas turísticas pero se me había olvidado lo ruidoso que es el barrio (zona de fiesta entre otras actividades de ocio y tiempo libre por así decirlo) con lo que el descanso es complicado por el constante ruido. Sólo nos han dejado dos rollos de papel de wc para una semana y al tercer dia el bote de jabón de la ducha se terminó.

• Andrea (7/5): muy comodo, apartamento espacioso y bonito, con terraza privada - la decoración del apartamento, muy moderno, la cama muy comoda, el lavabo moderno El edificio no tiene ascensor, es complicado subir las maletas hasta el atico El agua caliente de la ducha se acaba rapido, me duché con agua fria, a mi pareja si le salió caliente El barrio no és muy bonito, es una parte de la ciudad especial para ir a la playa, no hay nada más de interés para hacer por esa zona.

Era pequeño per acojedor, bien para dos personas. Cama cómoda, baño amplio, cocina con lo básico, tv grande.., terraza con parasol, tumbonas, mesita y sillas d terraza. Muy cerca del Parque Santa Catalina y tb de las Canteras. Muy cerca d tiendas y de cafeterías. Bueno, no está indicado para personas mayores pq no hay ascensor y se sube muchas escaleras. Otra cosa es que deberían poner en la puerta principal como algún estor o cortina no oscura sino para mantener la puerta abierta y q haya intimidad ya que hay vecinos d otros edificios enfrente y nos ven.

• jay (7/5): - everything within walking distance the street noise was unbearable very late into the night. inside was also noisy as a baby next door screamed ALL the time. there are quite a number of stairs inside and the terrace was a communal terrace
• Dominic (8/5): - It was clean, quiet with a great shower. The communication from hosts was great I would book an exterior room to have some natural light but the compensation was that the interior room was quiet in a busy area.

Tolles Bett und auch die ganze Einrichtung und das Bad, super! Dachterrasse. In unsere Wohnung war nur keine Sicht auf die Straße. Wirkte etwas isoliert dadurch. Da wir hauptsächlich unterwegs waren, war es kein Problem.

• Katja (3/5): - Ainut hyvä puoli oli sijainti. Meillä oli varattuna huoneisto 39m2 parvekkeella mutta annettiin n. 15m2 koppi jossa ikkunat toisen talon seinään eikä mitään parveketta. Ei saatu mitä oli tilattu, asiasta taisteltiin mutta kun ei ollut vapaana mitään muuta niin lopulta vaihdoimme majoitusta kun alkoi tulla klaustrofobia. Saimme lopulta nimellisen hyvityksen. Paikallinen asioiden hoitaja oli kyllä ystävällinen ja teki parhaansa mutta se ei auttanut kun omistaja ei ollut yhteistoiminnallinen.

Sorry.... - all necessary requirements were supplied by host. the location was disastrous!! the local behaviour at night, the constant requirement of police, NO VIEW, felt captive when inside. the local guy who seemed to be keeping "look out" outside our door, onto the side street, wasn't nice feeling. he should be moved!!

• Adis (10/5): - Property itself is very good and clean. It’s walking distance, some 5min to beautiful Playa de Las Canteras and also about 10 min walk to main Santa Catalina station. The owner is very accessible, responds very quickly to inquiries. All in all, one pleasant stay☀️

• Marlous (8/5): Angenehm für 2 Nächte und sehr gute Komunikation, waren schnell erreichbar vei Fragen. - Das Studio liegt in die Nähe von Strand Las Canteras und Santa Catalina. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da und es war wichtig das wir mit den Bus hingehen konnten und schnell an die Boulevard con Las Canteras waren, also für uns gut. Alles war gut, dachte nur das ich ein Studio/Apartment mit terrasse gebucht hatte, aber es gibt eine Dachterrasse die mit andere Gäste geteilt wird. Es gibt nur ein Fenster zur Halle und vom Badezimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer Fenster zur Luftschaft, also nicht viel frische Luft....

• Lorena Virginia (9/5): Muy cómoda y satisfactoria - El alojamiento es exactamente igual que las fotos, bonito y limpio. La recogida y devolución de llaves es práctica y muy cómoda. Nos ha encantado la ubicación, al lado de la playa, cerca de supermercado, parada de guaguas, restauración y ocio. Nos alojamos en un apartamento interior por lo que se notaba un poco más el calor, aún así el aire acondicionado nos salvó. La cama es cómoda, la cocina está muy bien equipada y el apartamento dispone de secador de pelo y plancha para la ropa. Nos gustó mucho al entrar ver los detalles de tener botellas de agua, cápsulas para el café y azúcar. En un principio la reserva era de 3 noches pero en medio de la estancia decidimos ampliarla una noche más y el anfitrión lo gestionó rápido y sin problemas. Estamos muy agradecidos por el trato, no dudaremos en repetir si se vuelve a dar la ocasión y de recomendarlo a nuestros amigos.

Samt avsaknad av en enkel sak som brödrost.

• Valeriia (9/5): Світло, чисто, затишно. - Обрали це приміщення для відпустки на 19 днів. В цьому комплексі як на мене це найкращі апартаменти, бо були панорамні вікна. Кімната дуже світла. Кухня не велика, є індукційна плита і мікрохвильова піч, невеликий набір посуду. У ванній кімнаті туалет і досить великий душ. Ліжко дуже зручне, в наявності є великий телевізор. Місця для зберігання одягу не багато, але в самий раз якщо ви подорожуєте не на довго. Потішав фен з дифузором, бо брали свій. Будемо знати що можна не тягнути. Не було сушарки. Ми придбали розкладну сушарку для мокрих рушників. Не знаю, чи залишили її власники в апартаментах. Досить шумно бо вікна виходять на пішохідну вулицю де гуляють люди.

• Joseph (5/5): Not a hotel. Best part is location. Room was dissapointing. - Location. Kitchen. Bed size. Damp smell. Bright light coming from window with no curtain. Thick comforter on bed was too hot. No flat sheets for bedding made the bed uncomfortable. When I asked for a sheet they gave me a fitted sheet. Cheap quality pillows. I didn’t sleep well. AC works great. Café conveniently located at ground floor of building. I wish they tidied the rooms during the day.

• Michel (9/5): Un agréable séjour chez ATW suites - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement, la propreté, le toit terrasse commun, la réactivité liée à nos demandes et l'amabilité du personnel d'entretien. Malgré des fenêtres et de la lumière, notre studio ne disposait pas d'ouverture directe sur l'extérieur. Il serait par ailleurs appréciable de pouvoir disposer d'un étendoir à linge.

• Mauro (9/5): Ottimo alloggio per un soggiorno a Las Palmas! - Camera Veramnete accogliente e ristrutturata con tutto il necessario. La camera numero 3 con finestre che si estendono in maniera circolare è veramente accogliente. Disponibilità massima del proprietario che ci ha consigliato e con cui è stato molto facile comunicare. Nulla. La strada sotto é molto centrale e quindi un po rumorosa alla sera. Ma le finestre isolano perfettamente quindi assolutamente nessun problema.

• Pablo Donato (9/5): Para repetir - El alojamiento es perfecto. Muy cómodo, muy limpio y una ubicación muy buena, con autobuses y taxis cerca para moverte sin problemas por el resto de la ciudad. Lo único a destacar es que no tiene (o no emcontramos) ascensor. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas pero lo dejo aquí escrito por si alguien lo necesitara.
