• Maria (10/5): A lovely, peaceful, and comfortable stay - We really enjoyed our stay at Arctic Suite Evakko. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt easy to settle in and relax right away. We also loved how quiet the building was, which made the stay even more peaceful. Tiina was very kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated being able to park our car in the parking lot. Overall, it was a lovely and stress-free stay, and we would be very happy to come back.

• Aino (10/5): Täyden 10 asunto! - Asunto oli juuri niin kuin kuvissa, jopa viihtyisämpi. Oli erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Ala-aulassa tuoksui uudet pinnat. Kirjautuminen oli helppoa. Oli positiivinen yllätys, että asunnossa oli kahvia. 👍🏻👍🏻 Toinen tyyny olisi voinut olla, kun on tottunut nukkumaan kahdella tyynyllä. Kylpyhuoneen katossa ilmastointi venttiilissä oli pölyä/ likaa, tämäkin pisti silmään vain, koska olen alan ihmisiä.Parkkipaikka oli loistava juttu, mutta isolla autolla nurkka paikka oli äärettömän haastava.

• Monika (8/5): A grat place to stay for couple of nights in Rovaniemi. - It was small, but very cozy. It was always very warm in the room. There are all facilities you may need on a short stay, including plates, cutlery, dishwasher etc.

Host rapidissima nelle risposte, gentile e, a fronte del caldo anomalo, pronta a recapitarci in ventilatore.

• Karen (7/5): Great experience - Hosts was very responsive. When we could not the internet she came immediately to provide a replacement. Also provided us with a standing fan as it was really hot The aircon was not strong so was a little uncomfortable to sleep at night

• Natasha (10/5): Dreamy - We only stayed for a night but lucked out with the weather, which made our stay even better. The small snow-covered playground in front of the building was great in the sunny weather. The location was superb, a cozy neighborhood within walking distance of the main attractions. As for the apartment, it was impeccably clean and stylish, with attention to detail in every aspect (I loved the Moomin ceramic kettle and snowflake lamp). Tiina was too kind to let us check in early, although we ultimately arrived well after 15:00 because of other reasons.

• Yanthi (8/5): Very good - The room is nice and tidy The staff is friendly and she let me put my luggage eventhough the check in time was too early. Too far from public transport or train station specially when it was snow on the road. Draging the luggage all the way to the place was very hard.

Very spacious and clean, comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom are good and the balcony was nice to pop onto. 6th floor easily reached via elevator and parking the car for free on the street was fine. The host provided all the information I needed, easy to follow, no issues at all. Lovely night and I'd stay again.

Personally, I think an allocated parking space would be better. rather than having to find on-street parking. There was a parking area directly in front of the apartment block with no one in it, but we were not allowed to use it.

• Pekka (10/5): An excellent and cozy top-floor apartment - I travel to Rovaniemi quite often and I have seen quite a many rented apartments in Rovaniemi. This apartment belongs to top-class among those I have stayed in Rovaniemi. The apartment is in newly (2019) built house at top-floor. It's a modern and fresh flat, with big windows from floor to ceiling. The view is neutral, over the roofs of neighbouring block of flats. There is no direct insight inside the apartment since the opposite high-rise building is lower than this apartment. Apartment is quiet, elegantly decorated and it has a black-out curtain (which is very important equipment in windows in Rovaniemi at summers due to midnight sun) The apartment is very well equipped and the hostess has even eye for small details which increase hospitality and comfort like free coffee and cooking fat in the fridge for the visitor to use. There is very little to improve in this apartment because almost everything was perfect. The things I mention here are very small things so don't take me wrong (I'm a picky, experienced traveller seen lot of apartments, please remember that... ;-) But I'd add a second black-out curtain in the window because the one hanging there doesn't completely screen out the two windows currently. Besides free coffee, I'd leave free tea for the visitors since it virtually costs nothing for the hostess in courtesy. (I actually left couple of tea bags in the apartment I happened to have with me). Besides free coffee and tea, I'd probably add some small milk portions in the fridge for whitening the beforementioned beverages. (some of us cannot drink their tea or coffee without milk, sorry for that...) But as said, this is almost perfect apartment to rent in Rovaniemi and you are gonna have hard times finding better than this especially for this money.
