• Nayara (8/5): - Esteban foi muito atencioso e disponível para o que foi necessário. A localização é boa, próxima de cafeterias, supermercado e relativamente perto do centro, de onde conseguimos ir a pé. A limpeza, no geral, deixou a desejar. Poderia ter sido disponibilizada pelo menos uma troca de toalhas, visto que ficamos 4 diárias. O papel higiênico também não tinha reposição. O aquecimento de água é a gás, mas o tamanho do recipiente não era suficiente para fornecer água quente para dois banhos confortáveis. Eu e minha amiga precisamos revezar quem iria lavar o cabelo: uma de manhã e outra à noite, para não terminar o banho gelado.

Ya no recuerdo las veces que le dije gracias! Atento a todas las consultas. Vamos a lo importante la cama comoda, una tv grande con cable y smart, una cocina chica pero para cocinar y desayunar esta mas que bien! En la zona tenes varios lugares para comer, estas cerca de la plaza Independencia y sobre todo, no te pierdas de ir al campo historico del general San Martín, un paseo historico!

No real natural light as windows are small and blinds are closed to prevent people seeing in. Apartment 1, ground floor. Photos are of multiple apartments on offer.

When he learned that we were arriving early in the morning, he made a special effort to prepare the apartment, so that we wouldn't have to wait till the official check in and we were able to enter at 7 in the morning. He also gave us a lot of tips about Mendoza. At night we could sit on a rooftop terrace sipping wine and enjoying the stars. Outstanding stay. Everything was perfect.

Some company person who reside same building let us inside the building & contacted owner of our unit. There were no paper towels, napkins, dish washing/drying towels, especially no extra toilet papers which we ran out.

• Marie (7/5): Good - Great location, well equipped apartment. Host was late for check in and again for check out. It's a very busy street and window is single glazed so pack ear plugs! Payment required cash in dollars so that makes it my most pricey stay in Argentina, about twice more than any other place.
• Alice (5/5): Very basic and dated - Rooftop terrace was lovely. Apartment has some good facilities like a small kitchenette, hairdryer. Centrally located to get around Mendoza. Photos make apartment look nicer than it is - was very small and cramped, no window in the bedroom. Street outside is so noisy so you can hear trucks all night, which made the bedroom door rattle (we worked out that if you leave the door ajar this doesn't happen). WiFi was patchy and only covered half the apartment. Be aware that you have to pay in cash, they won't accept card. The shower was tiny, all of the facilities were very worn and sometimes the drain in the bathroom smelt.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location to discover the city. The center is reachable within a short walk. The appartment is really lovely and decorated with a love to detail. The host Esteban is one of the most helpful people I ever encountered on my travels. He is a really kind person and he and his team made sure I had the best stay in Mendoza. The room is quite dark. The street in front my be bothersome for some. For me, both were things were no problem at all, as I spent most of the day outside.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - We had the chance to stay in 2 different apartments as we did come back a second time to Mendoza and wanted to stay here again! Both apartments were great. Very well decorated, very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, internet TV... The apartment was super clean and very close to everything one need, shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. But the best was the very warm welcoming we got from Potty! She made us feel at home, answered any questions we had and even when we had an issue with a device on a bank holiday, she made sure to replace it within 1hour! Amazing service and very caring (she welcomed us with a bonus treat) We highly recommend this place if you go to Mendoza! You'll be treated with love. The car traffic from the street can be a bit noisy sometimes but we were ok
• Micknor (10/5): Excellent location, great facilities, very secure if a tad noisy - An excellent location with good facilities for cooking and very secure. Potty and Estebanez were most helpful in providing information. The rooftop terrace was a very pleasant place for relaxing in the afternoon/evening with a beer or wine or both. Lovely views of the sun setting over The Andes Mountains. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary welcome bottle of Malbec wine. Av Rondeau is s very busy through route for all the buses with squeaky brakes and suspension systems. If you are not prepared to put up with a bit (lots) of noise this is not the place for you! We got used to it.
• Guilhermecatarino (6/5): Pleasant - First, the communication with the owner/hosts was very fast and efficient. They help in any aspect and are polite and trustful. The apartment is located near the city center, within walking distance of supermarkets, groceries, and public parks. Kitchen well equipped, spacious bed and TV room. Primero, la comunicación con el propietario/anfitriones fue muy rápida y eficiente. Ayudan en cualquier aspecto y son educados y confiados. El apartamento está ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad, a poca distancia de supermercados, tiendas de comestibles y parques públicos. Cocina bien equipada, cama amplia y sala de TV The bedroom has a window in front of the street and is very noisy. If you need to rest and don't like the sounds of cars, buses, and motorcycles will be challenging to sleep/rest. The bathroom, with ancient furniture/equipment, is tiny and uncomfortable to shower in. El dormitorio tiene una ventana que da a la calle y es muy ruidoso. Si necesita descansar y no le gustan los sonidos de los automóviles, autobuses y motocicletas, será difícil dormir/descansar. El baño, con muebles/equipos antiguos, es pequeño e incómodo para ducharse.
