Anam (1/5): Don't book here, the owner is a scammer! took us to a different hotel! complete dump! - The location is close to the pyramids. We booked 2 double Deluxe rooms at Flower Pyramids Inn for 4 nights from the 30th April to the 4th May which from the pictures looked like a nice size room with a decent bathroom. That was not given to us and instead they took us to another hotel (The pyramids art) on a different floor and said that was our room. It was small and had a really poor bathroom. It looked like a hostel with the small plastic bathroom door, nothing like the room we saw in the pictures. It was 3am when we got to the hotel so the staff said to stay for the night and they will sort it out in the morning when the manager comes in. The manager didn't come in the morning but the staff said to keep our stuff packed in our suitcases as they can move us to another room, so we went out for the day. Later in the afternoon the manager messaged me telling me to come back to the hotel where we met the owner. The owner claimed that the room we were given was the same thing. He then said he would move only one of us upstairs to the room we actually booked as one room had become available. Clearly overbooked the hotel and then tried to cover it up. We ended up leaving after that first night and found ourselves a better hotel up the road. The rooms are all next to the lobby and the place has no sound proofing so you can hear anyone speaking in the lobby and they can hear anything you say inside the room. The hotel is also located on the main road so there is no chance of getting any sleep as the cars are beeping and horning all night long. I slept here for only 3 hours and had the overcooked egg and chips they served for breakfast... save yourself the hassle and find yourself somewhere better than this dump. I have attached pictures of the room they gave us on the 3rd floor at The pyramids art to show in comparison to what they show on the listing. Also neither the hotel or booking.com have issued a refund for the nights that we did not stay at the hotel and the hotel does not respond to emails.

Harry (6/5): Great for a quick stay to see the pyramids. - The hotel is very close to the pyramids which was the only reason for chossing this place The staff were extremely helpful with everthing I needed, mohummad inparticular was so helpful and so was the younger brother of the manger but Im sorry I dont no his name, he helped we with a wifi hot spot when all the wifi in the area was down. I enjoyed when it was time to leave. The place is confusing, a different hotel on each floor of the building with no indication of which floor I needed to get to, all the other hotels were clearly singed but not this one. Oh and our driver didnt bother to turn up at the airport so we had to arrange another taxi. And the wifi was down for both the days we were there which made in nearly impossible to communicate with our activity group

sarah (1/5): - Séjour très décevant. Nous avons finalement préféré partir. Arrivés à 2h du matin à l’hôtel, on nous informe qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible, prétextant un problème de douche. On nous renvoie alors vers un autre établissement, soi-disant “surclassé” par rapport au premier. Mais en découvrant la chambre, c’est la stupéfaction : chambre sale, literie également sale, impossible de dormir dans ces conditions. Si cet hôtel est censé être un upgrade, je n’ose même pas imaginer l’état du premier… Nous avons donc décidé de partir immédiatement et de réserver dans un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles, le Hilton . À éviter absolument.

ALEXANDRE (10/5): Friendly, charming hotel with an amazing view of the pyramids! - The staff were very friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to help - always offering to help carry luggage, arrange rides to different parts of Cairo, give advice about local shops, etc. They also speak a wide range of languages, making communication straightforward and effortless. The room was spacious and came with a beautiful balcony view of the pyramids - perfect for relaxing and contemplating the world, as well as for photos! Nothing to say here - the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The only thing is that wifi is unstable, but that is the case more or less everywhere in Cairo and Giza, and the hotel staff are always happy to help with finding a solution (e.g. offering hotspots from their own mobiles or giving you space on another floor where the signal may be stronger).

The manager was very polite and correct in his handling. There is free bottled water upon request. The breakfeast was not good. The food was basic but okay, what bothered us the most however is that it took >40 minutes to prepare.

The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from the Giza Pyramids, and waking up to that view right from our bedroom balcony felt surreal every single morning. It’s one of those rare places where the photos don’t even do it justice. The area around the hotel is full of life, especially at night. There’s a vibrant, energetic atmosphere with plenty to see and do, giving you a real taste of Cairo beyond the typical tourist experience. What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional hospitality. Mr. Zeyad, Teto and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Between the unbeatable views, prime location, incredible service, and lively surroundings, this place made our trip to Cairo truly special. Would absolutely stay here again. .

Giulia (9/5): Unreliable - Unfortunately, when I arrived, the check-in guy at the receptionist told me that there was no room available. He first brought me to another hotel where I was supposed to stay. Then, he probably realized that the other hotel wasn’t suitable, so he made me walk further to reach yet another hotel, which is actually called New Arena. That said, the staff member was extremely kind and helpful, and I do thank him for that. Since he tried his best to help me in this situation. However, it is definitely not professional to arrive at a hotel and find that your room is not available, be sent to another hotel where there is still no good room, and ultimately end up in a third one. Overall, it means that reservations cannot really be relied upon, as they are not respected! That being said, at the final hotel I stayed in, New Arena, I can say that the staff there was also excellent, the rooftop view is beautiful, and the environment was quite clean.

We came to see the pyramids and wanted to stay somewhere with a v - It’s location and view of the pyramids from the balcony The entrance area may put people off, it’s not clear from the booking info that this is in a building which many other businesses share. But inside it is extremely clean and well finished.

Mina (10/5): Stay at Flower Pyramids Inn - The location was very close to the pyramids which can be seen from the rooftop. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Overall my stay was great and I would book this place again in the future.

BeamMeUp (10/5): An amazing stay - Hanya, Zayed and Ahmed really made the stay great. They're very kind people and it shows in the way they want to take care of you and make sure you have a good stay. I decided trust in then to get me a guide to the Pyramids and the guide was funny with lots of Knowledge to share. It made for a wonderful tour of the place. The views are just as great if not better then the pictures. It's for certain one of the best views of the Pyramids in this area. Sadly the wifi did not reach the top floor as that wifi is owned by a different hotel. Was asked to pay extra but that is no fault of the hotel. Would be great to get a collaborated wifi so it's free.

Krishna (9/5): - Breakfast was fine. Staff are cool too. They will try and sell you a tour at the start but that's just typical. Decent places to eat nearby, as well as fast food American chains if you are interested in those. Flies are rampant, given the area, and occasionally a few will get into your room, or pester you upstairs during the rooftop breakfast.

However, the hotel is located by a very busy street but I felt it shared a lot of authenticity to our Cairo/Gisa experience.
