• Benoit (8/5): Très bon séjour à Séville - L’accueil de Vanessa toujours prête à aider. La situation géographique près de la rivière et du terminus de la ligne de bus en provenance de l’aéroport. Quartier vivant et animé à environ 20mn à pied du centre historique. Un supermarché et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Tout pour être indépendant (cuisine, machine à laver…) La salle de bain mériterai une petite rénovation.
• Nickerson (7/5): Good location and service, some minor improvement needed - Excellent support and responsiveness to our every request and need (prior to and during our stay). No issues accessing or exiting. Cleanliness was excellent. The apartment misses a few important details or maintenance issues: no small dining table with two chairs inside the apartment; fitted sheets that do not fit the mattress; small sized pillow cases that do not fit the individual pillows (which seem old and were uncomfortable); and the shower attachment and shower hand hold bar fell apart when touched.

• Bradley (9/5): Quiet location close to the river. Would recommend! - We booked and arrived late but the boat was kind enough to meet us there anyways. The location was perfect. Just a 10 minute walk along the river to the sights and so quiet at night we slept like babies. All the amenities we needed. Perfect for two people!

• Susan (10/5): Superb; excellent location and great host. - It’s perfectly located. The host, Vanessa, was exceptional. She met us at the door, gave a great tour of the apartment, which was filled with all the necessities such as butter, ketchup, toilet paper, etc; she answered all our questions and gave us great information on sights to see and places to eats. Most of the sights are within a mile or so of the apartment. The elevator works great, there is a stove, oven, washing machine, etc. The apartment was everything we are always hoping for. Very fairly priced! Highly recommended!
• Lynn (10/5): A perfect apartment for a visit to Seville - Perfectly located facing an open street, close to the bridge leading to old Seville. Clean, warm, light and airy with a lovely array of extras such as teas, coffee pods, butter, oil, jam, croissants, bread, beer, coke and breakfast cereals. The kitchen was small but well equipped with cooking and cleaning materials. The cosy bathroom contained useful toiletries and a washing machine with detergent tabs. The bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was comfortable. Vanessa, the host, lives in the building. She is charming and keen to assist you. This has been our favourite place to stay in our visits to Seville

I arrived before 4 but was later sent repe - Make sure you plan your arrival when the manager doesn’t has to pick her kid up from school or she will be constantly texting you making you feel terrible. Not a nice way to start a vacation.
