- Claire (1/5): Terrible ! - Told them my arrival time but despite this no one turned up to let me in despite telling them I was travelling with my children for one of there birthdays. Tried all week to get in contact with the person that was suppose to let us into the property and nothing. Would not recommend! Out of another £380 for another stay in a hotel plus the money I payed for this apartment
