• Chrystelle (9/5): - Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été agréablement surpris !! Un lieu paisible entouré de champ, loin du vacarme des klaxons et de la circulation. Idéalement placé pour les visites (vallée des rois, des reines, des nobles, artisans...). La chambre était agréable et climatisée. Une grande piscine nous attendait. Les photos n'ont pas été mises à jour!! La piscine n'a rien à voir avec les photos actuelles : elle a été refaite, plus grande et très propre! Le service est topissime, à tout moment vous pouvez commander des boissons fraîches et repas. Les jus de fruits frais sont très appréciables et très abordables!!! Les repas étaient excellents et à moindre coût, avec des produits issus du site. L'absence d'eau chaude dans la douche mais nous ne l'avons pas signalé. Il aurait certainement trouvé une solution ai vu de la réactivité de nos échanges.?

• Mirko (10/5): Angolo di paradiso a Luxor - Tutto, dal cibo alla location un po wild. Il proprietario è stato super gentile, Per noi è stato come un piccolo angolo di paradiso in un contesto particolarmente caotico. Avremmo volentieri passato una notte in più. A nostro parere è stato un soggiorno migliore di quelli in hotel. Se dovessimo tornare a Luxor torneremo sicuramente al lodge. Avrei aggiunto qualcosa di dolce nei pasti ma è sicuramente una cosa in piu e superflua. Siamo stati benissimo.

La piscine est splendide et l’atmosphère du lieu est un vrai havre de paix. Mohamed, le propriétaire, est passionné et cela se ressent immédiatement : quand il parle de son paradis, il a des étoiles plein les yeux… et je confirme, c’est réellement le paradis là-bas. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Il y a des grenouilles le soir et c’est ma phobie 😂😂😂

• 民英 (10/5): - It was very nice, I would 100% stay there again. The workers, especially the owner, are very knowledgeable and helped us with everything, like organising tuktuks and taxis for us. The breakfast is farmed there directly and really tasty. The west bank is way better than the east of luxor to stay at, since on the east side everyone tries to sell things to you in a very aggressive way. It‘s easy to cross the river and only takes about 15min with a tuktuk and the ferry. The west bank also has an insanely beautiful nature, and the farm is right in the middle of it. You can also pet all the animals. Would recommend!!

Die Unterkunft mit Pool ist auf der Ruhigeren Seite von Luxor und super zum entspannen. Der Garten des Hotel bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und alles ist mit der viel Stil, Detail und Liebe eingerichtet. Das essen wurde immer frisch gekocht und war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns so herzlich von allen aufgenommen gefühlt und uns wurde bei allem geholfen. Danke dass ihr uns wie eine Familie bei euch aufgenommen habt. Wir kommen wieder🥰
• Pedro Andres (10/5): Little zoo farm oasis in the country side of Luxor - This is an oasis in the desert beautiful rustic and natural traditional accommodations with all the amenities you need. Ac, hot water, restaurant, pool and an amazing fruit garden. The staff is the best Ahmed goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, Youseff makes great food and Mohamed makes sure everything runs as expected. They got 2 camels, 2 goats and 2 dogs which you can pet and play They are learning how to treat the animals in a more humane way. If you please check on the animals and show them how to give them love ❤️
• Lija (8/5): - Place has hippie style, jungle notes, diy, they have their own garden/farm where everyday you can join the tour around it and have more information about different plants they grow, mostly it consists of guava trees and you also can get the fruit to try, with no additional cost. Nice view to the mountain. There is swimming pool, towels are also provided, but water was quite cold Staff nice and welcoming, Ahmed was very caring We had lizards sneaking in our room, we liked them. Owner seemed arrogant and mostly addressed my boyfriend and not me (just something i noticed, it's subjective), staff was nice anyway. There wasn't kettle in the room, so you had either buy drinks there or go restaurant, so you are trapped in paying more. We ate there only once (breakfast), it was good, tasty, jet salad leaves had dirt unwashed.

Being nestled in the calm of the countryside is a super peaceful way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Mohammed and his team are helpful, welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable and charmingly decorated, the meals are delicious, and you should definitely do the free tour of the farm offered every day! Finally, there’s nothing like relaxing by the pool, surrounded by a guava orchard and fields and in the distance, an incredible view of the Valley of the Kings. If you go to Luxor, Bedouin Lodge is the place to stay!

People in the town were all very welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. Because it was still a bit cold at night they gave us extra blankets for if we needed them. Absolute 10 out of 10 and would love to visit again one day.

Bravo au cuisinier, les repas servis sont savoureux, un vrai délice. J’ai même pu manger une goyave fraîchement cueillie de leur arbre. Le lodge a également pu m’aider à organiser mon programme. Je recommande.

• JULIE (10/5): Un petit coin de paradis dans Louxor - Petit havre de paix, on s y sent si bien. La décoration a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. Peu de chambres ce qui rend le lieu intimiste. L endroit est un petit peu reculé de la route ce qui fait que nous entendons les oiseaux chanter avec la vue sur la vallée des rois. Nous sommes pour autant à proximité de tout et en plein cœur d une vie de quartier. Les repas sont excellents et faits (en partie) avec les produits du jardin potager. Une promenade explicative gratuite nous a été proposée concernant les arbres, fruits et légumes qui poussent dans l hôtel ou dans les champs aux alentours. Le personnel est charmant et vous accueille toujours avec le sourire. Une piscine est en cours de construction, j aurais aimé l’essayer ! Rien

• Špela (10/5): The only thing in Egypt we would do again and again. - Top accomodation option in Luxor. It is like an oasis in otherwise crazy Egypt. Mohamed and whole team (Ahmed...) made us feel very welcome. The rooms, the garden, the orchard, reception area are all very simple and extremely nicely arranged. The lodging become "your second home" in the minute you enter. The dinner they cooked it's real, homemade Egyptian cousine and we enjoyed it very much. We were also very happy with the tours they arranged for us. I cannot say that there was anything wrong. There were some works going on in the new swimming pool (which looked gorgeous by the way) but everybody were so nice that it didn't bother us at all. I am a little envy of all of you who will enjoy in this pool ;-)

• Aurélie (10/5): - En général, je n’écris pas forcément d’avis, car les choses se déroulent juste comme elles le doivent sans plus. Ici au Beduin Lodge, c’est une toute autre histoire. Nous sommes d’abord acceuillis avec professionnalisme par le propriétaire des lieux qui a décoré cet endroit avec beaucoup d’originalité et il peut en être fier. Une véritable oasis de folklore dans le désert. Vous êtes d’entrée de jeu, charmé par l’atmosphère paisible qui y règne. Les lieux sont entourés de jardins potager d’où proviennent la plupart de ce que nous mangeons au menu de l’hôtel, et comment ne pas le croire quand cela faisait bien longtemps que je n’avais pas senti le vrai goût d’une tomate. On vous propose même de visiter le jardin qui dispose d’herbes, d’arbres frutiers, d’une ruche, de canne à sucre et céréales. En parlant de manger, pourquoi voudriez-vous aller manger ailleurs ? Les menus proposés à l’hôtel sont succulents et tellement généreux, viandes, salades, riz, soupes, tout y est délicieux. J’y ai pris tant de plaisir. Le propriétaire fera absolument tout pour vous satisfaire, et le pire, c’est que vous pouvez sentir qu’il aime ce qu’il fait. Exemple ? La piscine du Lodge était en travaux d’agrandissement (pour les beaux jours, car nous n’étions quand même qu’en Février, je pouvais largement m’en passer) qu’à cela ne tienne, il nous a trouvé une piscine d’hôtel à 500m, qui nous a reçu avec le même acceuil enjoué, pour un prix tout à fait ridicule. En résumé, nous avons séjourné ici avec ma fille de 6 ans et avons été traitées comme des princesses, que dis-je ? Des reines. Je compte revenir le plus vite possible et pour plus longtemps. C’est un 5 étoiles 100% mérité parce qu’il n’y a pas 10 étoiles. C’est même un rêve pour moi de vivre comme ce Monsieur, c’était trés inspirant. Et Merci aussi à toute l’équipe derrière, sûrement en cuisine qui m’a véritablement régalé plus que de raison. Merci pour ces moments. Rien

• Bruno (10/5): - De groene oase die doordacht is uitgebouwd met nuttige fruit en medicinale bomen waar we in de schaduw konden genieten van al het lekkers dat werd opgediend en we vele interessante info meekregen. Ook de kamer in de vorm van een Bedouinen hut was zeer aangenaam ingericht en heerlijk om er te vertoeven. We hadden een beetje pech dat de pool buiten werking was en een vrij groot zwembad in aanbouw. Voor onze opvolgers zal het dus nog beter worden op de al zo fantastische plek.

• Christian (10/5): Eine Oase der Ruhe in Luxor - Ich bin froh, dass ich diese Unterkuft gewählt habe. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das gerne beim Organisieren von Ausflügen hilft. Das Essen ist wirklich großartig, probieren Sie unbedingt das sehr leckere hausgemachte Frühstück und Abendessen zu guten Preisen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Die ganze Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und gepflegt, ein schöner Ort, wo man sich gut entspannen und eine gute Zeit verleben kann. Sehr persönliche Atmosphäre. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der West Bank von Luxor sind alle nah und können mit dem Fahrrad oder einer kurzen Fahrt erreicht werden. Schöne und interessante Umgebung. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich wieder hierher kommen! Klare Empfehlung!
• Noé (10/5): - Mohammed est un hôte très sympathique et soucieux d’offrir à ses clients une belle expérience de l’Egypte. Il a passé du temps à nous montrer le lieu, les plantations, a nous aider pour nos déplacements, à nous conseiller les meilleures activités de Louxor sans jamais nous forcer à les faire avec ses contacts à lui. Bedouin Lodge est un charmant petit hôtel à proximité de la vallée des rois, temple d’Hatchepsout, Medinet Abou… On s’y sent bien, que ce soit à l’ombre des goyaves et des papayes autant que dans les jolies petites huttes où l’on dort. De plus, les petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners qu’on y propose y sont délicieux et à prix plus que corrects!

This place truly feels like an oasis, surrounded by greenery and far away from the chaos of the East Bank, offering peace and authenticity in equal measure. Mohammed and his team were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the very first moment. A special mention goes to the daily tour Mohammed hosts at 4:30 pm, which is both interesting and insightful, as he explains the agricultural production of the area and of his own farm with great passion. The décor is beautifully curated, very traditional and full of character, while everything is impeccably clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would wholeheartedly recommend the Bedouin Lodge to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and memorable experience.

Ils ont un restaurant donc la production de legumes est fait maison . Nous avons pu faire un tour de leurs champs et ce fut très agréable , leurs nourritures est très bonne ainsi que leurs jus . La chambre était propre , le lit confortable. La salle de bain était impeccable. Ils vous proposent des excursions si vous le souhaitez, elles sont super . • Thomas (9/5): Un lieu superbe pour un moment de détente en Egypte. - Le lieu : bien loin de l'agitation de Luxor. Le personnel : très sympathique et anglophone Le feu le soir où nous avons pu griller des marshmallows Le cadre très vert. Le repas le soir. Le quartier où on peut se promener le soir sans se faire harceler par les vendeurs et taxis en tous genres, comme de l'autre côté de la rive de Luxor. Comme lu sur d'autres commentaires : le petit déjeuner est très basique. Je préfère payer quelques livres de plus pour avoir mieux. A revoir. Notamment pour les enfants qui n'ont rien mangé. La première nuit nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit au matin à cause des montgolfières, mais ça fait partie du charme. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hotel. Notre chambre n'avait pas de rideau, juste des fenêtres obscurcies qui laissent passer le froid mais heureusement les couvertures sont très bien. Nous n'avons pas eu froid.

The comfortable and artistically decorated rooms open onto a lovely garden area with relaxing seating all surrounded by fields growing fruit and vegetables. They serve cheap and delicious food made from their own produce and can arrange any local tours for you. Guests are offered a free tour of the farm and invited to share tea and conversation around a fire in the evening.The hosts are helpful, kind and friendly. We would highly recommend this place - it was great!!

• Macabéo (10/5): Une vraie bulle d’air frais - Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique au Bédouin Luxor Lodge, grâce au personnel qui est toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoin. La cuisine est excellente, avec beaucoup de produits frais, cultivé aux alentours de l’hôtel. Mohamed nous a fait visité les plantations, on a même pu goûter de la canne à sucre ! Super expérience. Notre chambre était parfaite et la localisation de l’hôtel est idéal : proche de la vallée des rois et dans un coin calme et reposant. On recommande à 100% :) Tout était parfait
• Michele (9/5): I greatly enjoyed this little oasis in Luxor! - This property is a quiet retreat in Luxor. It’s the only place I stayed in Egypt where I didn’t hear cars honking all the time. It was also nice to be surrounded by trees and greenery. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Mohammed, the owner, was especially nice. He is able to arrange things for you and he really helped me out with a problem I had (not related to the lodge). He is a very nice man and seems to really care about his guests. This isn’t a fancy place, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and big, and everything in the room was clean. It is very walkable to an area that has some shops, places to eat, and ATMs. The breakfast every morning was the same, but it was very good and filling. It’s also nice that you can order lunch and dinner there if you don’t want to leave the lodge. When I was there, there weren’t many other guests around which was disappointing because I wanted to meet other people. The electricity went out a few times, but it never stayed out for long. Also, the staff promptly came around with little lights for the guests to use in their room.

Nous avions la maisonnette la plus en retrait et nous avons passé des nuits très reposantes! Les repas étaient délicieux et le personnel très sympathique et disponible ! • Abhishek (10/5): Song of the South - The intent behind keeping it raw and close to the nature is commendable. Sudden fresh energy you'd feel at this place after all the haggling, hustling, and history of the trip. For the price charged, I wonder how could they provide this level of hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, reasonable amenities, great common space, an entire farm to explore, and the wonderful host. The location is easily approachable from the main road. It is a shame that we could not spend much time there and we had to leave in few hours, but If I ever visit Luxor again, this stay will definitely be my first priority. Breakfast needs improvement. It's a healthy feedback. Please don't mind.

Chambre style bédouin - L’emplacement au calme et dans la verdure loin de l’agitation et du bruit de louxor, le ferry boat accessible en 5 minutes à Tuk Tuk. Le personnel adorable et toujours prêt à aider pour préparer des excursions, commander des transports si besoin. Karim nous a fait faire un tour de l’hôtel au coucher du soleil dans les cannes à sucre, super moment. Le restaurant excellent. Beaucoup d’endroits pour se détendre à l’extérieur des chambres. Rapport qualité prix incroyable, style bédouin donc si on aime c’est le coup de coeur.
• Jorrit (10/5): Most unique and relaxing place to stay in Luxor - We had a lovely stay at this very unique lodge, the whole place was very nicely decorated and we felt very welcomed by the whole staff. All food was organic and the manager took us around the lands where all vegetables grow. It was inspiring to hear the managers’ vision about the place and about life in general.

• younes (10/5): - We are all coming for the same tourist things but if you want to make your staying bit different than a normal hostel you definitely need to come in Bedouin Lodge. This place is a piece of peace, in the west part of Luxor (more quiet and tipical than east one). You will enjoy your staying in this beautiful garden (cleaner than some hostel) with everything you need. The staff and the host Mohammed are really kind. They are doing everything to help you and make you staying pleasant. They also propose some extra (if you want) up on you to do it or not. We did the sunset dinner / Luxor west Bank tour / sunrise ballon and it was worth it and the price is kind of honest (specially when you are tourist)

• clash30 (7/5): Séjour vert à Luxor - Petit déjeuner copieux comme souvent en Egypte et possibilité de demander la préparation d'un petit déjeuner à emporter. Endroit trés vert et calme mais à proximité du bac permettant de traverser le nil. La réparation rapide de la fuite d'eau signalée. La pseudo piscine. La nombre impressionnant de piqures reçue par ma femme pendant ce séjour (puces de lits ? moustiques ?) La difficulté d'accès à l'hotel qui se fait par un chemin sabloneux.

Pas de belle vue sur les bananiers depuis la piscine… tres dommage

Un’oasi di pace nel caos di Luxor..ottimo lo staff, tutti gentili e disponibili, senza essere insistenti o invadenti, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto! È possibile consumare pranzo o cena lí, con opzioni molto varie e cibo molto buono. La colazione è molto abbondante. La struttura non è facilmente visibile dalla strada, anche se rimane in un punto molto comodo per visitare la Valle dei Re, il tempio di Hatshepsut e il resto (tutto a pochi minuti di taxi)
• Orianne (10/5): - We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome by Mohammed and his family and staff. He organised transport and excursions at a decent price. The food was amazing, especially the kofta and their mango juice was the best. The pool was regularly cleaned, and they did our laundry and cleaned our rooms, supplying fresh towels and bedding as soon as we asked. The room was lovely and big and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to get to know the people there. If we ever come to luxor again, Bedouin is where we would stay, without a doubt. Nothing. We loved our time there.
• Joelle (10/5): Home - I wasnt planning on going to Luxor, as Ive been here a couple of times before. But as I was around this lodge called my attention because i felt the need to rest and reconnect. I booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 8. From the comfortable rooms with all the facilities you can need to the incredible fruit and vegetable gardens around, where they cook their organic food from, to the most kind and helpfull staff. This place ended up being my favourite stay and I havent felt this at home anywhere In Egypt. I would have stayed forever if I could. Many thanks for the owner for making me feel like part of the family. Highly recommend for solo female travelers who need to a place to lay back and relax. Nothing
• Merced Xavier (10/5): Enjoy Nature, Peace, & Quiet at this Great Farmstay, Close to West Bank Historical Sites - It was a really special experience staying here. It is essentially a farm stay in a traditionally decorated Bedouin village. Very green and peaceful. Surrounded by nature. The pool was really cold and fed by underground well water, which was amazing after a hot day out visiting all the sites. The food was ridiculously good, with a lot of the ingredients being freshly picked from the farm around us. This was one of my favorite places we stayed during our trip in Egypt. It is extremely close to all the West Bank historical sites and also close to the hot air balloon tours, but out of the way and not in the city.
• Christopher (10/5): Fantastic stay for anyone looking to escape the noisy tourist side of Luxor - What a wonderful team Bedouin Lodge have. We felt very spoiled and well-catered for throughout our trip. I especially enjoyed the tour of the grounds, through the fields and the orchards. Beautiful to see Luxor in this light. A very peaceful place with very friendly and kind people. Would 100% recommend.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Its delicious to cool off from the heat in the little plungepool in the garden. Its a quiet place but close to all the tourist attractions in Luxor. The people are very kind and generous - the sense of family is strong - I look forward to seeing you again.

Bassam was very helpful and assisted in getting us urgent medical care. He was really lovely- thank you Bassam! The wifi in the common areas was really good too, not common in Egypt. It’s in a really quiet part of the West Bank and feels like you’re living rurally. The food is also delicious- we had several meals here and they were all outstanding. We would recommend staying here 100% We didn’t always get wifi in our rooms but this didn’t bother us and we probably could have asked the staff to help if we were desperate
