• Pamela (10/5): Excelente ubicación y anfitrión inmejorable - Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este piso. Todo estaba impecable y muy limpio desde nuestra llegada. El anfitrión fue extremadamente amable y atento en todo momento; incluso nos guardó las maletas, lo que nos ayudó muchísimo. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos. Además, la ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy buena y muy cerca del centro histórico, lo que hace muy fácil moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí Todo nos gustó

• Ewa (9/5): Wszytsko zgodne z opisem. Wygodny, czysty apartament. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem - Dobry kontakt z właścicielem lokalu. W lokalu było czysto i wszystko co jest potrzebne do kilkudniowego pobytu. Jedyny minus to zepsuta deska do prasowania, ale właściciel obiecał ją wymienić :) więc następni goście już nie powinni mieć z nią kłopotu
• Christos (7/5): Comfortable and well-located. - Good location, within walking distance of the city center. The place was clean and cozy, and it worked really well for a larger group. The property seemed freshly painted, so there was a noticeable smell at first, but airing out the rooms helped. Amenities were a bit limited, and it took some searching to find essentials like shampoo and body lotion. Nothing too serious overall.

Check in war problemlos und wir haben viele Tips und Vorschläge erhalten. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt!
• Arpitaben (6/5): - The apartment was clean and spacious, and one of the rooms had an en-suite bathroom. It also had a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with good cafés and grocery stores nearby. The shower door leaked even when fully closed. There was also no clothes drying stand available for drying laundry after washing. If you plan to use the kitchen or washing machine, I would not recommend this apartment. During our 6-day stay, the electricity repeatedly tripped whenever more than one appliance was used, and we had to keep resetting the fuse. When we raised the issue, the owner kept saying it was limited due to energy-saving measures, but no practical solution was provided.

• Mark (8/5): Well priced spot to feel like a local - Apartment is in a non tourist part of town so all the cafes are reasonably priced. There is a newer cafe around the corner that was very welcoming and well priced. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Kitchen was adequately stocked. There are language schools nearby and this might be a good apartment for that The flip side of a non tourist location is that it is a 40 min walk to bus and train and 20 min from Picasso Museo. The apartment building has a lot of children that stay up until 23:00 so… The shower door leaked quite a bit no matter how careful I was

• Toma (7/5): - Locația foarte bună, este aproape de centru, comod pentru 4 adulti, chiar și 5 pentru ca exista o canapea in sufragerie. Raport preț-calitate ok. Încă din prima seară experiența nu a fost una plăcută. Am ajuns la ora 01:00 noaptea, după un drum de aproximativ 6 ore din Málaga, fiind nevoiți să venim cu Uber deoarece trenurile au fost anulate. Din păcate, la sosire am fost nevoiți să așteptăm aproximativ 10 minute în fața proprietății, deoarece proprietarul nu răspundea la apeluri, iar vecinul de la etaj nu înțelegea ce dorim când am sunat la interfon. La check-out am menționat pe Booking că dorim eliberarea camerei între 11:00 și 12:00, însă proprietarul ne-a transmis că trebuie să plecăm la ora 10:00. Când am făcut referire la intervalul selectat în rezervare, răspunsul a fost unul acid, menționând că check-in-ul era între 15:00–20:00 și că noi am ajuns la 01:00, de parcă situația întârzierii ne-ar fi fost imputabilă, deși aceasta a fost cauzată de anularea trenurilor. Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, prosoapele aveau un miros neplăcut, iar în apartament era destul de răcoare. În plus, comunicarea a fost dificilă: la orice problemă, indiferent de importanța ei, primeam răspuns abia a doua zi. Am întâmpinat inclusiv probleme cu apa caldă și cu întreruperi de curent. Consider că atunci când administrezi o astfel de proprietate, este important să fii disponibil și receptiv la nevoile oaspeților, mai ales în situații neprevăzute.

There are two bedrooms, one smaller and the other bigger with ensuite bathroom. We found basically everything I the house and the kitchen. Having a private parking would have been fantastic.
• Ilja (10/5): Highly recommend! - It was super clean, perfect location, aircon and the apartment is good size, the owner super nice and helpful over whatsapp, Slight issue with the shower cubicle, even with door closed in the en suite shower, the water managed to escape so needed to mop a bit, 2nd bathroom doesnt have a door in shower cubicle so it is even worse there, so we opted to using just the en-suite as it was less likely for the water to get out

• Hamzabintila (10/5): Nice affordable place - Apartment is clean and has modern amenities. Oliver was accessible for all of our questions. And was quiet clear on the guidance on check in and check out. Size of the apartment was great for our family of three. Price was very reasonable. Location is 15 - 20 mins walk from many of the major attractions. So a great location from approachability perspective . In addition grocery, cafes, food is less than 5 mins away. This doesn't impact my scoring, but something useful for others. You are in an apartment building you will hear barking dogs, loud tv /music, loud neighbors every now and then. It's not a hotel so shouldn't be compared that way.

• Petra (9/5): I would recommend this accomodation. :) - Very nice apartment near Malaga center. Everything was clean, had an air conditioner, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Host is nice and easy to talk to. Just minor things like the water is going real slow in a shower but I believe that is related to building, not the apartment. Wish the bed is a bit bigger for 2 people.

This is a spacious flat, ground floor with the windows into the internal building courtyard. Many useful facilities (kitchen stuff, bathroom, even umbrellas!). some minor issues with hearting solved righ away. for the ones like us - walking freaks - also nice location (bus stop right on the corner if needed). for my taste - a bit too dark, bit of noises from the neighbourhood, especially when windows opened. sitll, not mayor things in the overall stay.

• Shaun (8/5): Nice apartment, approximately 15 minutes walk to the outskirts of the historical centre...... - Nice spacious apartment with pretty much everything you need, equipped kitchen, lovely modern bathroom, large lounge, wi-fi etc This is just a minor personal preference - it would be nice to have an electric kettle in the kitchen, more than one pillow per person on the bed and in winter a duvet would be nice
• Alexisk (10/5): An excellent location in Malaga. - The place is located not that far away from the city center, one can walk there, it takes only 20 minutes. The place has everything one can imagine of, including a set of spare linen, a lot of towels, all kitchen devices, including the dishwasher. The hall is also very spacious. The host was very responsive and very helpful. He even walked an extra mile for us and permitted us to leave our luggage on the premises after our check out (since we had the late flight and leaving early with the luggage would mean for us to walk around with four big suitcases). All in all - a very good place to stay in Malaga. Maybe that all the instructions sent to us were in Spanish. It would be nice if the host could dub it in English (or at least to add English sibtitles). At some places we guessed what we should do despite the videos the host sent to us were of good quality.
• Kamil (9/5): I recommend this place - Apartment is located in walking distance to historical center (1,2 km) and is well contected with center via buses. There are nice cafes and tapas places nearby. Apartment is nice (like you see on the photos) and spacious. You don't hear traffic noises inside,t is quite. Host is responsive and can provide solution when you have some needs or problems.
