- Jian Ya (1/5): I cancelled my booking because the place looked bad - Nothing. I went to there and there is no receiption desk. The door was closed and no one answered the button supposed to answer the call. I looked around and asked a person passby if they know anything about this "hotel". I was told the place is unlicensed. I should be careful if I stay here. The place looked like a private unit in an apratement building. I did not feel safe to stay there. I booked this "hotel" via booking.com, I ended up with a place like this. I decided to cancel the booking and booking.com said they send a request to the property owner for a refund but there was no response. According to HongKong Law, every hotel must be licensed. The government published a list of licensed properties for guest accommendation. This property is NOT on the list. I have requested booking.com's intervention and requested a full refund.
- SottoLwrence (1/5): Almost terrible - The location. Everything. Firstly when we came there, we kept ringing the bell and noone answered the door so we called the number from the booking we made. After calling, there was someone who opened the door after. The hallway was a bed for the person looking after the place and it looks dodgy. And when he took naps, he snores was so loud we could hear it from our room. When we went inside our room, we saw a rolled joint inside. When we asked for a remote for the TV, the care taker said 'no remote'. We locked the door and minded our business. Atleast the aircon was good and working and the heater as well.
